The service is so great! Even with a long line you don't wait long for your drinks. They are super customizable and they have signature flavors for everyone's taste. The vibes are great too. Love that every cup gets a cute sticker! Prices are also amazing compared to what I am used to paying. 10/10!! read more

One of the most pleasant experiences that I have had at a local coffeeshop! While vacationing on Topsail Island we were missing the coffeeshop experience and found a listing for Coffee Haven back on the mainland. We drove 15 minutes and easily found the super cute, delightful shop. The shop is located in a trailer with indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is varied with a large offering of delectable delights! The staff was super helpful and so very welcoming and pleasant. They have a motto of 'coffee and kindness matter' and they certainly portray that in their work. I had a 'Salty Beach' which was coffee with salted caramel and white chocolate with a caramel drizzle. It was an orchestra in my mouth! Do yourself a favor if you are vacationing or traveling in the area and visit this fine coffeeshop. You can thank me later! read more

The kindest staff ever, so helpful, and had some good recommendations :) The teas are super yummy! The dragon berry is the best. The place itself is super cute, they have a mix of outdoor and indoor seating. There's also an option for drive through. They have a lot of drink options: coffee, teas, smoothies. I kept seeing people reviewing Coffee Haven and decided to stop in on my way to Jacksonville. This is a drive through place, that has a small shop where they make your order. I had gotten there right when they opened and there was a small line, which to me, meant it was going to be good. They were pretty quick with getting people their drinks and it did not take long before I was up. I get the same thing in most places and went for an ice vanilla latte with an extra shot. I usually am a plain black coffee person for every day coffee, but when I go on vacation I always like to try unique places. I have to say these were the best frappes I've ever had. The sweetness wasn't overwhelming and the flavor was phenomenal. I also like to base the quality of place on their plain black coffee and theirs was great! It's was smooth, no burnt taste, and definitely gave me the pep I needed. The outdoor seating is cute to sit down and enjoy the morning. The line was packed and understandably so. I think I speak for everyone when I say real coffee drinkers needed a real coffee shop in Sneads Ferry! Before it's inception I had been in contact with the owner Katie Rochelle. I was curious about her mission and I liked what she had to say about spreading "the stain of kindness" with her coffee brand. Prior to the shops opening, she had a few coffee events around Sneads Ferry and Jacksonville. I participated in Operation Warm-Up in conjunction with Bombas (sock company). As a former homeless veteran, I was aware of the Bombas company (for every pair of socks purchased they donate a pair to the homeless). When Katie told me about Operation Warm Up inspiration struck and I got Bombas to donate 500 pairs of socks for her event. Katie had a soft opening on January 3rd. 2020 and her grand opening was the following day. I am in the picture with Katie as her first customer and the coffee is nothing short of fantastic! My doggie Daisy and all pups are treated to a "pup cup". Katie has coffee punch cards and offers discounts for military, firemen and police officers. Coffee Haven merchandise such as mugs and T-shirts are also available for purchase. read more

It's a cute little drive through coffee place that serves great coffee. I have tried three things so far and can't wait to try more. The mocha swirl was the perfect amount of chocolate with a hint of vanilla, the razz white mocha has an interesting but good taste and would be the perfect valentines days drink, because it had a little hint of pink to it! They also have cake pops if you are craving something sweet. If you are rolling through Sneads Ferry on the way to the beach or even want to try something new go here. Loving this little coffee spot. Today was the first time I've gone & all the girls working were so sweet and personable. I got the lav-bliss tea which was recommended from the staff & 3 cake pops. The tea was so good! The cake pops I cannot speak on since I didn't eat one but I'm sure they were amazing, my son ate one in like ten seconds they are also huge! & the packaging was to cute! Great local place to get the best cup of coffee. Much rather go here than one of the "franchises". Super friendly staff and quality cup of coffee. One observation. I would recommend closing the walk up window If only one person is working and a long line of cars are waiting to get java. It makes it a little awkward when you have been waiting patiently then someone drives up, parks and walks to the front of the line via the Other window. If it stays open I guess the Consumer tip is to park and walk up for service. read more

I really want to like this place since it is one of the only drive up coffee spots in town. The lattes I have received here taste like there's no espresso in them at all. Even the iced coffee seems to be lacking coffee. Expect to be waiting in line for more than 20 minutes. I have seen a van order more than 6 drinks knowing there are about 5 cars behind them. There's one barista on duty, why would you order so many drinks? Call ahead. Give them a heads up. Pull into a parking spot and wait. There has to be a faster way to get through the line.
