I never leave reviews but just had to for this one! We are visiting Topsail Beach for vacation and decided to give this place a go and I wish we had it at home!! We have only done the drive thru. The service is so great! Even with a long line you don't wait long for your drinks. They are super customizable and they have signature flavors for everyone's taste. The vibes are great too. Love that every cup gets a cute sticker! Prices are also amazing compared to what I am used to paying. 10/10!! read more

One of the most pleasant experiences that I have had at a local coffeeshop! While vacationing on Topsail Island we were missing the coffeeshop experience and found a listing for Coffee Haven back on the mainland. We drove 15 minutes and easily found the super cute, delightful shop. The shop is located in a trailer with indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is varied with a large offering of delectable delights! The staff was super helpful and so very welcoming and pleasant. They have a motto of 'coffee and kindness matter' and they certainly portray that in their work. I had a 'Salty Beach' which was coffee with salted caramel and white chocolate with a caramel drizzle. It was an orchestra in my mouth! Do yourself a favor if you are vacationing or traveling in the area and visit this fine coffeeshop. You can thank me later! read more

Nice people, great service and decent coffee. Lots of coffee flavoring options if that's your thing. Better than Starbucks.

Coffee is great and the staff is always so friendly. The drive thru gets long, but it's still worth it to wait. Dog friendly! And military discounts! read more

Great coffee with a wide selection of unique lattes. So many to choose from. The aesthetic is cute and passionate, it gives the feel of true coffee fanatics that poured their money into a spot to share their passion with the world and you can taste it through each sip. Note: At first impression I thought there was not a drive through but there is. You continue down the street past the shop and turn around towards the store and the sign. read more

The kindest staff ever, so helpful, and had some good recommendations :) The teas are super yummy! The dragon berry is the best. The place itself is super cute, they have a mix of outdoor and indoor seating. There's also an option for drive through. They have a lot of drink options: coffee, teas, smoothies. They have some bakery items as well and food options too. We went twice on our trip to Topsail Beach and will be back whenever we return again :) read more

My go to spot for a yummy treat! The most fun coffee place between Jacksonville and Wilmington! Love this little gem. The girls are always so kind, they inform customers of events coming up in the area, the small talk while in the drive thru is my favorite. I have never had a bad experience here! Seasonal drinks to keep it fresh are always available! This is my favorite place to get my girlfriend's gift cards for their birthdays and such! Can't go wrong with recommending this place to others Thanks Coffee Haven! read more

Sweet ladies working. Love they repurposed a trailer for a drive thru coffee & bakery. Super cute. Coffee was delicious & they had dairy alternatives which is always a bonus. Car line was super long though. Took me almost 25-30 mins to get a coffee. read more

I'm a Strong coffee type of guy. I think I may have ordered the wrong thing. Service was super fast and the drive through is convenient.

I kept seeing people reviewing Coffee Haven and decided to stop in on my way to Jacksonville. This is a drive through place, that has a small shop where they make your order. I had gotten there right when they opened and there was a small line, which to me, meant it was going to be good. They were pretty quick with getting people their drinks and it did not take long before I was up. I get the same thing in most places and went for an ice vanilla latte with an extra shot. It was absolutely delicious. Not too sweet and the use good quality coffee. read more

I usually am a plain black coffee person for every day coffee, but when I go on vacation I always like to try unique places. I have to say these were the best frappes I've ever had. The sweetness wasn't overwhelming and the flavor was phenomenal. I also like to base the quality of place on their plain black coffee and theirs was great! It's was smooth, no burnt taste, and definitely gave me the pep I needed. The outdoor seating is cute to sit down and enjoy the morning. The line was packed and understandably so. Though the line was long everything moved fast and efficiently. Very friendly staff as well! I can't wait to come back! read more

I think I speak for everyone when I say real coffee drinkers needed a real coffee shop in Sneads Ferry! Before it's inception I had been in contact with the owner Katie Rochelle. I was curious about her mission and I liked what she had to say about spreading "the stain of kindness" with her coffee brand. Prior to the shops opening, she had a few coffee events around Sneads Ferry and Jacksonville. I participated in Operation Warm-Up in conjunction with Bombas (sock company). As a former homeless veteran, I was aware of the Bombas company (for every pair of socks purchased they donate a pair to the homeless). When Katie told me about Operation Warm Up inspiration struck and I got Bombas to donate 500 pairs of socks for her event. Katie had a soft opening on January 3rd. 2020 and her grand opening was the following day. I am in the picture with Katie as her first customer and the coffee is nothing short of fantastic! My doggie Daisy and all pups are treated to a "pup cup". Katie has coffee punch cards and offers discounts for military, firemen and police officers. Coffee Haven merchandise such as mugs and T-shirts are also available for purchase. read more

Cute little coffee drive through in Sneads Ferry. Great coffee with a smile. The owner thoroughly thought about her menu and concept. It's a cute little drive through coffee place that serves great coffee. I have tried three things so far and can't wait to try more. The mocha swirl was the perfect amount of chocolate with a hint of vanilla, the razz white mocha has an interesting but good taste and would be the perfect valentines days drink, because it had a little hint of pink to it! They also have cake pops if you are craving something sweet. If you are rolling through Sneads Ferry on the way to the beach or even want to try something new go here. They are open Monday-Saturday. read more

Got some coffee haven before work. First thing off is that it's some tiny little trailer, but that didn't bother me. The thing that bothered me the most was the huge line of cars. i waited for about 30 minutes and finally ordered, when i got my drink, it looked like absolute poop mixed in a cup full of water with whipped cream in it read more

Loving this little coffee spot. Today was the first time I've gone & all the girls working were so sweet and personable. I got the lav-bliss tea which was recommended from the staff & 3 cake pops. The tea was so good! The cake pops I cannot speak on since I didn't eat one but I'm sure they were amazing, my son ate one in like ten seconds they are also huge! & the packaging was to cute! Loving the spot and will deff be coming back again soon! Keep up the awesome work and great vibes. Also to the person complaining about the mask, it's a Free country & that isn't a law. Great local place to get the best cup of coffee. Much rather go here than one of the "franchises". Super friendly staff and quality cup of coffee. One observation. I would recommend closing the walk up window If only one person is working and a long line of cars are waiting to get java. It makes it a little awkward when you have been waiting patiently then someone drives up, parks and walks to the front of the line via the Other window. If it stays open I guess the Consumer tip is to park and walk up for service. read more

I come to coffee haven regularly. The baristas are the sweetest humans and they know how to make a good coffee!!

Coffee+Kindness is such a fitting slogan for them. Always so nice, and I'm a big fan of their hazelnut latte. When I'm in the mood for something more of a "treat", literally ANY of their specialty drinks hit the spot. Makes me not even miss Starbucks, tbh read more

Coffee Haven - Lady enjoying her pup cup - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Sneads Ferry, North Carolina

I have been visiting local businesses during the epidemic to help support them. I was very excited to finally try Coffee Haven, whom I've been following on Instagram for some time now. I set out on a 40 minute drive just to try Coffee Haven. Upon arrival (according to Google Maps), I wound up at a do not enter no trespassing private residence on a gravel road! I was not only disappointed but also scared the Coffee Haven address took me to this location. I called the store and they said "that happens all the time" and gave me directions to their store. As a business owner why would you allow this to continue to happen? I looked on Instagram, Facebook, and their website; none of which had a listed address. Customers continue to use the google map location. If I were the home owner I would be highly upset that the business hasn't corrected this or better direct people to the correct location. I ordered the pot of gold and Cinnamon Toast Crunch iced coffee. Both were absolutely delicious but had virtually no coffee. I watched them fill my 16oz cup with maybe 2oz of creamed coffee and the rest with milk. I am not a huge caffeine fan, so for me it was fine (but I did expect more coffee and black coffee at that). If you need caffeine or enjoy coffee, this $5 drink isn't for you. The business owners were very busy and still attentive and friendly which I appreciated. The location is in a good visible and easy to get to location (just don't put Coffee Haven on google maps). The shop is also very cute and quaint. read more

Great service... great coffee/tea! We were headed into a storm at the beach and these folks stayed open as long as they could for folks like us finishing our vacation week up with some shopping. The whole bean they had was great that we bought for home. read more

I really want to like this place since it is one of the only drive up coffee spots in town. The lattes I have received here taste like there's no espresso in them at all. Even the iced coffee seems to be lacking coffee. Expect to be waiting in line for more than 20 minutes. I have seen a van order more than 6 drinks knowing there are about 5 cars behind them. There's one barista on duty, why would you order so many drinks? Call ahead. Give them a heads up. Pull into a parking spot and wait. There has to be a faster way to get through the line. I have seen cars leave because the line is taking too long. Losing business. The girls are very friendly here. There's nothing wrong with the customer service. read more
