On a previous visit, I tried the shrimp and grits, and I'll give credit where it's due--they were actually phenomenal and easily the best thing I've had there. When I asked for the general manager or district manager name and contact number so I could follow up, the employees indicated they were new and didn't know their names - other than possibly a first name of "Ed" as the purported district manager. But they didn't know how to contact him. God forbid there is ever an emergency in this store. It could burn down and no one in senior leadership would even know. Terrible that the local managers don't even have enough interest to talk to patrons. Sad - just a sad excuse for a restaurant.
