I am so grateful for Yelp recommending me here. I didn't feel like I was in Jacksonville (which is a good thing) when I was there. It's such a wonderfully decorated, friendly atmosphere with incredible food. Amy and her staff were super friendly and walked me through all of my questions. I tried their homemade chicken salad and it was fantastic, the Italian pasta salad which was also delish and I had a wrap with avocado and honey mustard (yummy) They serve breakfast and lunch all day and ensuring is made fresh. So happy I found this place. I usually stop for breakfast and pick up something for my wife and I. You can count on good service here, as you're always greeted with a smile at the counter. The breakfast sandwiches here are unique with a blend of sweet and savory flavors. They have some unique caffeinated options and are always trying to bring something fresh to the menu. What a great location! Right across street from sheriff office in downtown Jacksonville. The menu is breakfast items served all day.. I ordered a salted Carmel latte hot and it was sooo good! The staff was very nice and helped me pick an item based on popularity which I'm good with because I didn't wanna hold them up trying to decide. Food is made when ordered so takes few minutes but everything looked delicious as it was coming out and being served! Lots of tables and comfy vibes inside. I've been wanting to try the Grazing Tray for a while now and finally got the chance to yesterday. I had the Avocado Toast (added a fried egg). Husband had new chipotle aioli bacon chicken sandwich, son had the Basic Breakfast Sandwich on a Bagel with a side of French Toast sticks. I also tried the Cloud 9 Iced Latte. Everything was delicious! We loved the comfortable vibe and the service was prompt. It was pretty busy when we were there and it's really hard to hear your drink order when it's called if you are seated on the right side of the restaurant under the speakers. (Enjoyable music was being played!) If they could write the order number on the drink cups it may relieve some confusion. read more

I have been wanting to try this place for the longest time, so I'm sad that it was really bad. I walked in after 11 and they only had breakfast menus on the counter. The girl saw me looking for another menu and informed me she didn't have a lunch menu at the moment, but breakfast is served all day if I wanted to order from the menu she had. Luckily I looked at their menu before I got there and knew what sandwich I wanted, but that's weird they didn't have a single lunch menu to order from at lunch time. I got the honey mustard avocado chicken sandwich and house chips, and both fell short. The sourdough bread was tasty, but the chicken was very tough and the sandwich was dry, bland, and lacking flavor. I regretted not getting a drink because it left my mouth so dry. My chips on the other hand were not dry. Every chip I grabbed looked crispy in the box, but would be uncooked on the bottom half and covered in grease. I'm giving this place 2 stars because the girl at the counter was kind and I don't think it's her fault she wasn't provided menus or wasn't trained on where lunch menus are stored. read more

Kindly ignore Cody H's review. He has lost his mind calling the peanut butter cookies dry. My wife and I buy these cookies by the dozen and I mean it when I say they do not last week. The perfect balance of richness and sweetness and don't get me started on the Reuben and garlic parm fries. 5 star restaurant by a mile would be 10 stars if I could. Any review under 5 stars is objectively wrong, this place is fantastic and worth eating at daily. The 2 star review from Angela B is also nonsense. Imagine complaining about a chill laid back and calm place with delicious food. That woman has lost her mind and should probably stay home and away from any restaurants and leave the cookies for the rest of us. 100/100 read more

So writing this review on my second visit. Our first visit was right after the "Great Snow of 2025". So the fact that they were out of a decent amount of things can't and shouldn't really be held against them. The first time we came in we had to piece together our sandwiches with what we wanted with a bunch of substitutes due to them being out of stuff, however both sandwiches came out great!!!!! The first time we came in there were numerous dirty tables (could be from a lunch rush) this time, a few customers but definitely a lot cleaner. Last time we came in we waited a decent amount of time for our food and drinks. Decided to time it this time. All came out with in 8 min which I thought was great! Last time we tried a muffin that was Extremely dry, this time we tried the "monster peanut butter cookie" same as before extremely dry..... as some one who works in the customer service industry I am a firm believer that manners can and do go far. Waited at the counter for 5 min before our existence was acknowledged. A simple "hello we will be right with you" would have been nice. As it was with the first visit the food with the second did not disappoint. I will come back to try it again in two weeks let's hope they have a full menu. read more

Been to the new location multiple times and it hasn't disappointed. Now if you're expecting fast food wait times, then go to a fast food place. They make everything to order fresh so it takes some time, especially if you're during a busy time. So expect to wait at least 10 min at the very least, sometimes even 20 min. It's worth it though. With that said, I've gotten the breakfast poutine twice and my goodness it's so good. That gravy is my favorite. I've also gotten the blt and added some of their pesto, such a win. Lots of bacon too, at least 5 or 6 strips! My babies get the grazy babies waffles typically. It's 4 mini waffles and they're perfect for toddlers. They've also gotten the grazy babies grilled cheese but the cheese wasn't melted so my kids just pulled off the cheese and only ate that haha so probably won't get that again. They also have toys for kids to play with, which is nice to be able to let my little play without expecting them to sit for a long period. It's definitely got a cafe feel, very homey feeling. The staff are all really nice and helpful. When things get busy you may notice things get a bit messy but they do their best to keep things tidy. All in all it's great spot to come eat and hang out, gives you brunchy feels. Something I greatly miss about California. So loving this little hidden gem! read more

The place is beautiful and clean, I love the place since it is a great place to grab breakfast when having to attend to civil matters downtown. Had a protein bowl with sausage and a friend had avocado toast with egg and bacon. He said was really good. My bowl was a bit bland but the salsa reminded me of a breakfast place I used to work at when I was younger. That's where all the flavor was at. I paired my bowl with sweat tea. Very nice place. This is like the coolest place in Jacksonville. Great place to get breakfast/lunch and some amazing coffee from Coffee Haven. My main reason for coming was the coffee flight. I had the oatmeal cookie, lavender sky, court street crunch, and Nutella with the court street Cuban. My favorite ice coffee was the court street crunch followed by the lavender sky! This place was fantastic, while it may be hard to find it is so worth it. My boyfriend and I were worried it would be one of those nice looking places with decent food but nothing note worthy. We were pleasantly surprised at being wrong. It is has a cozy ambiance and the interior is very picture worthy, as well as the food. The kitchen has to love food because everything was delicious!! I recommend the Strawberry Blonde Latte! The price is worth it for the food and gorgeous cafe. Food was good, but it took forever to get food. If you are coming during lunch make sure you have a very long lunch. We had 2 grilled cheese and BLT sandwiches. Took over 20 minutes. At old location (much more comfy feeling at old place) used to get chips with sandwich. Now you get a pickle and that is it. $7.95 for a grilled cheese and no chips. Will not be returning. Also closed early at 130 because of the rain. And they made sure they told everyone that walked through that door. read more

I've been meaning to hit up The Grazing Tray for breakfast or lunch for a while now but because of their day time hours while I'm usually working, I haven't had a chance. Today I had several appointments so on the way home I had to stop to grab a quick lunch! Looking over the menu I saw several things I wanted to try but the Mac and cheese Sammie caught my eye, plus you had the option to add bacon, ummm yes!! The Mac and cheese sammie was such Ooey gooey cheesy yumminess, with the perfect cheese pull!! I don't know what kind of cheese they use to make it so cheesy but it wasn't your mama's or that blue box Mac n cheese, it was spectacular!! Plus that crunchy bacon just threw it over the edge making it even more awesome! Definitely will come back for this again!! The Sammie came with a pickle and bag of Ruffles which was a nice addition, but the Sammie was so big I didn't really need the extras lol. I also grabbed the Salty Beach hot latte from the satellite Coffee Haven (which is my favorite drink at their Sneads Ferry location!) and it was just as good as they always are!! Mixed feeling here. Was given a small charcuterie box as a gift once. It was perfect. Recently bought a 20$ (22-Maybe?) box, got it home and picked at it for a hot minute before I threw it away. Two tiny pieces of sub par Brie, a very fair amount of salami and pepperoni but literally like 6 stale pretzel rods broken in half, and a few scraps of walnuts that barely made a whole walnut if put together. My review is solely based on the "charcuterie" My friend and I had high hopes as she and I are big charcuterie fans. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The charcuterie we ordered was an adult Lunchables with only one cheese option, Brie (great if you're a brie fan, but disappointing if you're not), and the meats were pepperoni and salami. There was no Proscuitto to be found and no complex flavors to switch it up. The cheese board lacked fresh fruits and nuts, and we were only provided a bit of honey instead of a flavorful jam. I was so sad as their Instagram makes the cheese boards look decadent, but I found this lacking complexity and lackluster. I think if this place committed to upgrading the quality of their cheese boards with more cheese options and more meats, they would be highly successful. Until then, I won't be back for the cheese. However, I will say their teas were yummy! I write this review hoping not to bash this business, but with the hopes that the owners will take this as constructive criticism because the space and ambiance are very welcoming, and the staff is superswee,t and I want this business to succeed. My my, this place has it all! A great, quiet atmosphere to get some work done, aesthetically lovey decor, kind humans, and DELICIOUS food and coffee. This is such a darling and warm spot; it should certainly have more Yelp hype than it does. A walk down the precious art walled cafe takes you to a lovely open space with gorgeous hanging foliage and Stevie Nicks playing on vinyl! There is plenty of room for larger groups and live music.
