Tried their new Buldak chicken and it wasn't too spicy compared to the noodles (but still delicious)

The staff there was really nice and the food was great! No pan was left empty. The only thing is the fortune cookie was stale

Panda.. what is this? You are ok with serving this to your customers? For reference, this is what string bean chicken is supposed to look like....

This pandas gets pretty busy at dinner time. I'm writing this review on my last experience here. I went with my mom and she had a coupon through the app so we just tried to confirm with them that it would be valid. The employee asked another lady who I guess was maybe the manager or supervisor and she had that she would help us once she was done with what she was doing. Then she proceeded to pull us out of the line to ask us more about the coupon and then told us ok. I don't know what the reason was for pulling us out of the line as no other customers needed up passing us and we had already ordered the starches for the plates. The portions for everything seems to be getting smaller and smaller every time I go.

I will never eat here again. I ate here this past Saturday. I suffered a severe case of food poisoning. I was down for 5 days. I was dehydrated fainted in my bathroom hit my head, sprained my foot and ended up in the emergency room. This is unacceptable!

Pops gotta have his Panda Express grub! Notice da bonus container? I filled out da survey to get an extra entrée. DEALAGES Yo!

Whenever I do my shopping at Costco Hawaii Kai, I sometimes stop by this Panda Express for some Chinese fast food grub since it's in the same shopping complex. Is da grub for me? Nope! But for some strange reason, my pops really digs Panda, so several times a week I would buy him a plate to satisfy his Chinese fast food craving. Da two things I like about Panda's - 1. The Chinese fast food selection is made fresh, and there is a pretty good food selection. 2. I no need cook for my dad, and he is very happy whenever I bring him home a Panda plate! Lol! For you folks who are not Panda pro's like me, let Bruddah Fran give you da scoops and strategy about going to Panda's......... Rule numba #1 - Save da receipt & go online and take da survey. Why do I tell you folks this? Cuz if you do da survey, Panda's will send you a code to your email address for a free entrée! Can we say DEALAGES Yo???? Rule numba #2 - Skip da starch (I'm talkin' about rice, noodles, & chow fun) because what local family doesn't have rice or noodles at home? Just get da Super Greens so that way you get more vegetables, you can always get your starch from home. Rule numba #tree (3) - Again, if you did da survey like Bruddah Fran told you to do...........when you buy your plate, you buy da 2 entrée plate, but wait! Since you filled out da survey, you can get one free bonus entrée, therefore it's like getting a tree (3) choice plate, but you payin' for a 2 choice plate! DEALAGES Yo!!! Das da 'ol Hawaiian Trick! Buwahahahahahaha! You'll thank me for it later when you go to Panda's! Buwahahahahahaha! Anyways, although I'm not a Panda eater, the food here makes my pops happy, and that's all I care about. :D

Got great service here on a Saturday evening at 8pm. This place accommodates their patrons by quickly cooking requested menu items and adding more to your plate. They really treat you like a valued customer unlike other Pandas. Plenty of parking, this place is right next to the Ross Dress for Less. Also noticed that the kitchen and dining area were spotless, which is another plus. I'll definitely be visiting this location when I'm visiting my parents in this part of town.

    Plate missing orange chicken

We ordered using the Panda Express app and have never had any issues with our orders. This is the first time we had an error with our order. Ordered a plate with orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp but we did not get orange chicken despite the ticket on the plate shows that we ordered orange chicken. Unfortunately did not see this until we got home.

I definitely love eating Panda express. We happened to be in the neighborhood and hubby got us all kids meals..I got half and half. I got fried rice and thick chow fun noodles. My main course was mushroom chicken which is my favorite dish here. This was delicious. Ordering was quick and easy. There's a Coke fountain drink station. I'm a major coke fan mostly diet coke or coke zero but I saw mango fruit black tea which was delicious and wasn't too sweet. Plenty of tables inside to sit and a single restroom in the back.. Parking is up front. I definitely would come back here if in the area..

See all that black? Thats all burnt pieces & some eggs were burnt too

We were on this side on Saturday & my kids wanted to eat pandas. So i searched up the nearest one & it showed this location. PARKING: HUGE parking lot but gets really busy. SERVICE: I do like that enforce 6 feet apart & so much can be in at a time. To be honest i wouldnt have think that any if the food was burnt because that never happens & you cant really tell until you look at the food in your plate. So when we left & ate our food at a park/beach. We noticed a burnt smell when we opened our plates. The fried rices was straight up nasty, if you look closer you can see black stuff inside. We couldnt enjoy eating our food so we ended up just eating the sides. What a waste.

If you don't know where to eat, just grab something at PE! Big deal, no time to be choosy, what's important is that you gotta take away the feeling of being hungry/hangry. You gotta feed your tummy! Ordered a plate. Broccoli, chicken w/ green beans that swam in oil, & chicken.... simplest lunch before doing our Costco grocery. T'was pretty good. Love how they cook the broccoli though. It's flavorful & ain't salty. The garlicky flavor compliments well. The chicken dish is mediocre on the other hand. But good enough to fill in my tummy. Though the green beans is too greasy for me, it's still flavorful. They cooked the beans a lil bit too much but still it's okay for me. Not a bad lunch for that chilly afternoon. Next time I'll make sure to come in Costco after lunch so that I won't be having indecisive mind on where to eat. There ain't a lot of choices for dining in Hawaii Kai Towne Center so I'd be better off eating at home next time. Customer service is just okay. Pretty straightforward & no time for de-le-da-ling. I get it. And at that time, I don't care either. LoL. I just need to have my plate coz GERD starts acting already! Mahalo for reading & happy juandering fellow yelpers!

We had to order one of their sig crab dishes, and we rounded out the meal w/ beef and long beans, sweet & sour pork belly, eggplant and fried rice. The crab was amazing! The curry sauce was so deep & complex. In addition, the crab was fresh bc they have tanks in the restaurant. Of course I called dibs on the head, and it was packed with goodies. I added rice to the head (in Ilocano this is called "labay", adding rice to soup or broth to extend the meal). I was in heaven. The other dishes were all big portions and very good. The meat was tender, and the veggies were fresh and crunchy. I believe all the other dishes were ~ $20/each. The staff was super nice. We didn't have a res, but luckily we were seated in 20 min on a busy Sun night. Regarding the dining area, its tight but comfy. You have to wash your hands after, and the bathrooms are clean. I will def return the next time I come home. I want to try another crab dish (about 8 versions), and build a meal around the crab.

"Cake" refers…read moreto the noodle being pressed into a round, compact disk before it's pan-fried, which is exactly how you get that crispy-meets-soft texture moment. And yes, now I will absolutely be thinking about them often. If you think you know cake noodles because you've had Cantonese noodles before, Lee Ho Fook in Honolulu's Chinatown is here to humble you. I was definitely humbled. Tucked along the canal in Chinatown, Lee Ho Fook Restaurant is one of those cozy little neighborhood spots where the tables are close, the room is snug, and the noodles do all the talking. My Honolulu homies, twinsie "Auntie" Nadine C. and Cycle Buddy Randy S., brought me here for noodles and I'm eternally grateful they did. We ordered the Minute Chicken Cake Noodles, tossed noodles with choi sum and won ton, plus a side of ong choy. Every plate understood the assignment. As an Arizona girl, I had never had minute chicken or cake noodles before and fully assumed they'd be in the same lane as Cantonese noodles. Yelpers, I was wrong. Delightfully wrong. Cake noodles are a Cantonese classic but the magic is all in the texture: pan-fried until golden and crisp on the outside, while the center stays soft enough to soak up all that glossy savory sauce. It's the best of both noodle worlds - crispy and chewy. A true textural delight. The Minute Chicken Cake Noodles were the star for me. That contrast between the crispy edges and soft middle was wildly satisfying, and the chicken was silky, savory, and exactly the kind of comfort food that makes you stop mid-bite just to appreciate what's happening. The tossed noodles with choi sum and won ton were equally comforting in a more classic, no-fuss way, and the ong choy was the perfect green side dish that was garlicky, fresh, and necessary. Lee Ho Fook is small, comforting, and exactly the kind of place you want when what you really need is a bowl of something delicious and humble. Come hungry, bring a few friends, and order the cake noodles.

My buddy really likes siao mai, and he said KSR has the best ones out of the places I have brought him to in HNL. On the other hand, the manapua was just okay: The ratio of meat to bao was low. I took char siu fr the platter and added it to the bao. We might have been better off skipping the baos and ordering a rice or noodle plate. The har gow and spring rolls were pretty good. The rolls arrived piping hot, and the har gow had a nice texture in the wrapper. Fourthly, the cucumber was fresh & crunchy, and had lots of garlic. I ate some with the char siu to cut thru the fat. Lastly, the char siu & duck platter was very good. They do a good job of putting some char on the bbq pork. The duck was tasty, but there were a couple of bony pieces.
