    Jjajang, Fried Dumplings

I love coming here with my friends and family. Service is always great and they're attentive. Portions are generous and perfect for sharing, and the food comes out quickly. The interior is clean and modern. We ordered: - jjajang (4.5/5) - fried dumplings (3/5) - jjampong (4/5)

Stopped by for a quick lunch and it wasn't too busy. The portions are huge so it's great for sharing. Jjajang- with veggies and little bit of pork. A bit watery and less black-bean compared to the traditional dish. Still very flavorful, with a bunch of onions. Jjampong- I enjoyed this alot but heard it's not as traditional. It was filled with seafood and flavor, with plenty of noodles in the soup. Came with more red pepper powder if I wanted it to be more spicy. It had a bunch of clams, mussels, crab, shrimp in here

Finally a local Korean Chinese restaurant! Jjajangmyun is good price and good flavor jjangppong superrr good great seafood broth! Beef chow mein was good too! Also got the no range chicken for the kiddos, good flavor they loved it! I don't even like orange chicken and I liked it!

Finally a reasonable and local Korean family restaurant. The menu is diverse and the seafood is fresh. I even found one closed mussel which to me means they were fresh went they went in the soup. Also had a cluster of blue crab in the soup. Delicious! We tried the red soup but will try the white version next time for variation. Excellent service for a tiny new restaurant. Other families ordered fried chicken or squid and it looked great. next time!

Best sea food soup I've had in a while! If in the area and craving an amazing large bowl of soup, try the SEA FOOD UDON.

Visited Pan Holic for a quick lunch on a Friday afternoon and was seated immediately. Probably a bit more empty due to the hot weather but I was craving a clean seafood noodle soup. The shop is run by a sweet couple and had a variety of korean dishes. I ordered their Korean Udong noodle soup and it was a HUGE portion. The soup was piping hot when served and came with the yellow pickled radishes on the side. A bunch of protein ranging from mussels to squid was mixed into the soup and it was a very white peppery flavor that warmed the soul. I would come again to try their other signature noodle dishes like the jjajangmyeon or jjampong.

Husband & I came here for lunch on a Sunday. Place is small & there was only 1 other table of 4 & only 1 server working. Service was quick & good. I'm rating this place a 3 star bc the Korean udong was pretty good. The broth hit the spot. The portion is big & you get an ample amount of seafood in the soup. My husband ordered jja hang myun. He thought it was good but I thought it was absolutely a no. I've had much better at other Chinese restaurants. The black bean sauce at this place lacked flavor & the portion was much smaller than other places. I also don't like that they don't serve kimchi! I felt something was missing. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.

    Combo Fried Rice Combo

4.5 stars - rounded up. :-) Casual place, quick service, friendly staff, good food. First time visit, ordered the combo fried rice. I liked that it was freshly and immediately prepared, served piping hot. It was not overly salted and mild flavored; I added Sriracha sauce which I did not mind. The only draw back and loss of half a star was the pork was very tough at times and pieces I could not chew. Would I order it again? For sure. The shrimp was cooked perfect and there was a lot of it. The portion size was huge which I could not capture in the picture.

Jjampong, jjajangmyeon, Pork Sweet & Sour Sauce Special

This place is a hidden gem!! The jjajangmyeon is always consistent. Parking in this plaza is always easy too which is a plus!!

Their Jjampong is delish with a generous amount of seafood!

I ordered Togo. Everything was delicious! I ordered jjampong, jjajangmyun, tangsuyuk. I am so glad I don't have to drive far for my Korean Chinese dish fix.

I was sad to see Pho V1 close but excited to see another eatery come up fairly quickly. After searching around for dinner options this past weekend, we landed on Pan Holic. Located in the same plaza as Target, right next to Make It Fit. Jjajang Noodles with Pork ($12.99): Ordered the noodles for take out which had a separate containers for the noodles and sauce. The noodles were quite stuck together - scissors were necessary! Good amount of sauce provided which had chunks of pork (minimal), onion, and I think zucchini bits? Wish there was more pork - black bean flavors was good, not overpowering. No issues with parking in the large shared parking lot. Indoor dining only. Will definitely be back to try other items.

Great Korean Chinese food in the area since there's none in the area. Generous portion also. I'm coming back!

It's a small, quaint, unassuming place, but their kitchen cranks out rich flavors. We all got different things so we could try out what they have to offer. I was the only one brave enough to try the (bulgogi) mazemen, and it did not disappoint. I followed the instructions on the table & I liked it w/ the vinegar! Another person at our table got the donkatsu w/ rice; it was gobbled up pretty quick so I imagine it was delicious. The other 2 were in the mood for tonkatsu ramen - 1 got spicy, the other, plain. It looked like there was a lot of green onions for my taste, but they didn't complain. Another hit was the karagge chicken and gyoza - both came w/ tasty sauces! It's a great restaurant in an area filled with other great spots, so we'll be back!

I enjoyed the donkatsu rice bowl, which was flavorful and perfect portion size for 1 person. Service was excellent and we especially loved how clean and well kept the restaurant was. We look forward to coming back for seconds!

I ordered - Kalguksu (with chicken broth) $17.99 : Portion size is very generous, the soup is so hearty and filling, especially on a cold day. The noodles are cooked perfectly and is topped with a generous amount of beef. My #1 recommendation from MDK. - Pork dumplings $17.99 : My favorite dumplings in all of OC. They are so incredibly juicy and flavorful and the thin wrapper helps bring out the flavors even more. The spicy kimchi here is also so yummy, the perfect balance of spicy and garlicky. I highly recommend you try it, even if you're not the biggest fan of kimchi. Overall, MDK has been here for years, and will always have a special place in my heart for the yummiest, heartiest foods.
