Very cool location! Great location and love the modern styling. But much more than that was how I forgot how much I love Pagliacci's Pizza! So delish! They really are a Seattle icon! read more

We have been ordering from Pagliacci for years. When I call their number to have pizza delivered, the customer service reps are always friendly. Delivery is usually pretty quick. There was only one time where our order took an hour and twenty minutes to be delivered. I love the crust. I could probably eat just the crust and be happy. The centioli and the Pagliaccio salad are my favorites. I love that they are a local company. read more

Really liked the pizza here. Today was no different. Wish they had one down south in Puyallup :) Hint himt

A consistent, perfectly decent slice of pizza. The staff are lovely and the price is right.

What has happened to your pizza, Pags??? I have called this my favorite pizza place for over 20 years. My taste buds know what it should taste like, but tonight (and recently), you have missed the mark! The cheese seemed different, the sauce was off, and the crust was flat and boring. I loved the grated stinky parm of old, but tonight's was more like the stuff you get commercially. Did you change vendors? Change recipes to save a buck? I never thought I would say this...but...for the price, I would rather have Zeeks. Honestly, I've had better tasting pizza from Domino's. Sad to say, likely our last time. You are not at all what you used to be. read more

Wow has the pizza at Pagliacci gone down hill. We have been ordering it for years and the last handful of times it has not been good . Soggy crust - tasteless! Gross - kept thinking it was a fluke. It's not - will not be ordering from them again. Also seasonal heirloom salad was a sad joke. Nice delivery driver so I am giving 2 based on him alone. read more

Custom Small 11" Pizza $17.24: When it comes to pizza, I'm simple and wouldn't hesitate to name pepperoni as my favorite. I wanted to try both the regular pepperoni and Salumi's Spicy Pepperoni so I did half half. It was alright. I was in the mood for a cheesy pizza like that one scene in A Goofy Movie where they are having pizza in the hotel room. The cheese just wasn't gooey enough. My favorite pizza spot back home in San Jose is Pizza My Heart, so with my stomach set on that, this just didn't compare in my opinion. Gelatiamo $9.99 for a pint: Orange Cream was the seasonal flavor. The orange flavor was very subtle. I remember orange creamsicles being more on the sweet side, and I felt that sweetness was missing here. ***** My Star Ratings: 1 Star - Terrible. Just thinking about it makes me angry. 2 Stars - Meh. Unlikely for me to return. 3 Stars - OK. Open to coming back, but wouldn't go out of my way to. 4 Stars - Yummy! Will definitely return if I haven't already. 5 Stars - AMAZING!!! Would plan my day or even a trip around eating here. read more

Terrible pizza, greasy, doughy, chewy crust. One and done sorry but at least we gave it a try.

I've had Pagliacci a couple of times but most recently was the first time I ordered it myself (the other times were at parties). I placed an online order for their seasonal pies - the truffle potato and the prosciutto fig (these might not be around anymore). I did the half and half. I paid online and I got texts confirming the order (and the estimated time that my pizza would be ready for pickup), and then i got another text when my pizza was ready! So high tech. I picked up my pizza (they're observing all safety precautions - al staff were wearing masks). The potato pizza was really good. I like their thin crust and i just like carbs on top of my carbs. The fig pizza was good too - the figs were amazing. The prosciutto was good but the pieces were thick and i like mine to be thin. The potato pizza was my favorite of the two. Good pizza, local to Seattle! Would go back to try their regular flavors when i'm in the mood for pizza. They deliver too! read more

Went here on vacation and it was my first time ever being here that i live on the east coast and i orderd a calzone with 2 extra toppings and when i got the calzone there was like 5 pieaces of pepperoni inside it especially when i paid $17 for it read more

So, generally for a pizza place to get 5 Stars from me they have to be in Naples, Italy, but I have made an exception this time for great reasons. 1. The pizza is great and after ordering maybe 10 times in the last year, not a single screw up. 2. Their Gluten free crust (for my wife) is awesome. Actually tastes good. 3. They have an order option online that is "same thing as last time". That shit is brilliant!! Every take out or delivery place should have that option 4. When the driver arrives, they stay, have you open up your order and make sure it is what you want. 5. Always friendly and all smiles on the phone and when they come to the door. If we get delivery Pizza just for us or even for a group, we call them. read more

And now for my review.... pagliaggis west seattle, normally on point... today...NOT!!! I call to order my usual, 20 minutes to pick up... not a problem... when I arrive 2 minutes early, come to find out they burnt my original order... so, they had to make me another pie... wait another 17 minutes for a pie... The manager, Pierce, didn't even show face to apologize about the wait. That's part of the job description as manager of your store, btw... he stayed behind the kitchen "p-willowed" making pies. So, not only did you make me wait and not apologize I'm receiving a nice gift card from customer service.... I can't wait for my free pie.... you make me wait... you gotta pay my time... thx for the free pie read more

Have been frequently to this location for many years. The fairly recent remodel / expansion is a nice change. Having slices available is good too. But man service here is very hit and miss. Not unusual to have to wait a half hour for a dine-in pizza. Counter seems to be staffed to handle no more than two people in line. Last visit they burned to a crisp our four slices and took forever to get replacements. They apologized and everything. But the odd deal is they had slices left and served them to customers who arrived and paid after us. Another problem is when 4 pepperoni slices and two sodas costs nearly $35. Their Pizzas isn't anything special for that price. Will continue to frequent Talaricos more as their happy hour is an awesome deal, service superior and pIzza much better. read more

We had two pizza's, the extra pepperoni and a vegan sausage one. Both were perfect. Love the thinner and light crust. A real winner.

Outstanding pizza...some of the best in Seattle. Generous toppings & great crust. A bit pricey but worth it. Try it! You won't be disappointed. read more

Great food, delivery gentleman was very nice to me and my young daughter. We will order again soon!

Delicious pizza and salad tonight and delivery was quick and efficient!!! We love Pagliacci!

Pizza is good, menu is thoughtful, always get a half and half so you can enjoy two options. Real reason I'm writing this is that I ordered delivery tonight and when the driver showed up he said the food ($40 or so for pizza and salad) were free just for being a loyal customer. I was very surprised because I order about once to twice a month (I don't think that's that crazy). The food also came with a signed card from 6 employees saying thank you for my business... seriously awesome. Totally unexpected and also very smart marketing since I'm now writing this review and will tell a ton of people. I'm not saying you should expect free pizza but maybe you get some... and if you don't then you at least will get a good one! read more

Best pizza in Seattle I like margarita pizza the restaurants are dress down casual and each restaurant is different in styles

Pagliacci is hands down up there on my list of favorite places to go for pizza. I love thin pizzas and Pagliacci does it just right! This location is very nice and clean inside, very nice people working there. My boyfriend and I like basic pizza but sometimes you can go wrong with being basic... not at Pagliacci though! We got two slices of pepperoni and two slices of cheese, but to be honest with you we could probably finish a whole pizza.. EACH. It is that good. So if you're ever by California ave in West Seattle swing by Pagliacci. Parkings a little stickler there but worth itttt! read more

Ordered through their app and had it delivered to our Airbnb, we chose the 17" Brooklyn Bridge and a large Caesar salad to share. Delivery was friendly and on time, and the pizza was tasty and hot. The salad was fresh, crisp, and delicious. It wasn't the best pizza we've ever had, but it was a very good one. We were happy with our meal, and we would order from here again. read more

Great NYC-style pizza. Really scratches the itch! Pricing is reasonable, and pick-up and delivery are both easy. There are fun seasonal toppings, too. read more

Delivery = FAST Delivery Boy = CUTE (even better!!) Phone person = FRIENDLY (and not rushing me, thank you!) Pizza = GOOOOD (now I sound like a cavewoman... but it is) Total = 5 Stars! Okay so let me break this down. They make the entire process of ordering pizza easy. They're sweet as pie on the phone, and yes I swear that pizza boy was so cute I almost invited him in. Yowza. But the important part -- the eats -- are delicious too. I always get their calzone, because I don't like pizza sitting around in my fridge for days. Their calzone is to die. It's soft, folded over and twisted dough, and plump. (So basically, unlike other pizza chains, they don't just fold over a medium pizza and fry it ... talkin' to you, Garlic Jim's!) The calzone is melt in your mouth great. The cheese is fabulous. The crust is tasty.. you won't want to leave any crust on your plate, even you low-carb (i.e. crazy) people. I'm so glad they're right down the street in my hood, because they're pizza is poppin'! read more

Stopped in for some salad and pizza during the West Seattle Street Fair. My local Pags takes FOREVER to make a salad. Not sure why, but they do. I was pleasantly surprised to find that even though they were super busy, our salads got out of the kitchen pretty quick. They also had cold water on tap and AC so we could relax out of the heat. Mental note - next year we're eating here again. read more

Pretty close to perfect pizza, or as close to perfect as you'll get in Seattle. Crust is delicious, toppings are fresh, menu is creative and everything tastes great. I also love that you can order online or in the app and accrue small credits as a thanks for your loyalty. Only knocking off a star because it's pricy and service is SLOW. One time it took almost three hours to get one medium pizza delivered. read more

The pepperoni and veggie pizza were amazing! Fell somewhere in between thin italian crust and American fluffy crust-perfectly done!!

I have to say I was disappoint with our last order. Not only did they forget to give us marinara with our bread sticks, they forgot to put the pesto on our verde pizza, but then for some reason sprinkled it a little parsley. It was like a sad consolation prize. I do like their new version of the pesto primo with the thyme roasted artichokes on the pest base. read more

This was the third pizza of theirs I've had delivered in the past several months. The first two were very good. This time I ordered their seasonal special, Wild Mushroom Primo and requested extra wild mushrooms for an additional $10. The bill was $40 plus a $10 tip for the driver, for a total of $50. I normally love the woody flavor of fresh wild mushrooms. Add cheese and garlic and the combination should sing. Instead, the mushrooms and cheeses were flavorless. The sharp flavor of the raw garlic was the one and only flavor that came through -- and completely overpowered it. The crust -- also flavorless -- was floppy and thick, and barely baked through. And to boot, the pizza arrived about 15 minutes late, and was lukewarm. .... Nothing was right with this pizza. I ended up covering it with pesto sauce and baking it in my oven at 450 degrees for about 12 minutes. It was much better after that. But for $50 a pizza should have been stellar right out of the box. read more

My go to spot in WSEA for a slice or delicious pizza. Their new mobile app is awesome and can earn reward points (Pags) towards a pizza and do all of your customizations as needed for your order like getting the crust well down for that extra bit of strength and crunch. Pagliacci is awesome re-heated in a Waffle Iron or Pan so I always order the big one knowing I'm going to snack on it over a few days. read more

Just got my pizza first time eating here and I will say it like this. The flavor is OK the look of the pizza and the amount of crust for $26 no thank you. I did have it delivered but when you only live five minutes from the pizza place it shouldn't look the way it is. I know you're asking if I only live five minutes away Why deliver, I'm home alone with a little baby. I will give it another try but this time I will dine in I do enjoy the flavor. read more

I ordered delivery last night, the Brooklyn Bridge, and some gelato. The pizza was fresh and hot on arrival, and the delivery driver was on time and in great spirits. Only down sides were that we wanted a pint of chocolate gelato, and they were out, and it's over $7 a pint, a bit steep. Ended up getting 2 pints of the chocolate chip mint which was really good. It's one of the better pizza places on the street. Their product is about on par with Zeeks and the service is pretty good. I definitely spend less here though. It's a relaxed place where you can get buy by the slice. What more can you ask for? read more

Fix your app. If your kitchen is running late, fix the app's ETA for order pick up/completion. SO many times it will say your ETA for order pick up is such and such time. You get there and then they say, sorry! We're running 30 minutes behind! Come back in 30 minutes or wait for a text. Don't give us an ETA if you're not going to stick to it! I get it if it's just a few minutes over/under but 30 minutes or more?!? That's ridiculous. Just tell us "DO NOT COME TO THE STORE UNTIL YOU GET A TEXT THAT YOUR ORDER IS READY". Under promise and over deliver instead! read more

Pizza delicious, salad was great had the spicy chicken salad I thinks. Crisp, good dressing, chicken was good and enough in the salad.

This is probably the best pizza in town. They are consistent, and that PSR is no joke.

Friends, if I'm just reviewing the food... of course at least 4 star, we all know how good the pie and the salads are, they deliver to me semi-often thus not super familiar with the dine in option. And maybe this is how it should be? I found this place to basically be a delivery store with what seems to be an ill attempt to offer dine in. Confusing when you walk in not knowing if they only sell slices.. no menu board just small printed menus tucked away that you try to navigate while people are waiting behind you, and basically no direction at all. We didn't know if we were supposed to sit down and wait for help or go to the counter to order. If you are going to enjoy their delicious food I would recommend delivery... that by the way has recently started costing more. read more
