[Location] Pacific Seafood Distribution is located near the airport (close to Chef Zone and Dunkin). They have plenty of customer parking (read the signage). Make sure to bring an insulated reusable bag (or bags)! [Service] Let's talk about their service! I called ahead to order a dozen mussels to eat raw. Michael was super patient, informative, kind and pro-active. He made recommendations and helped me place my order. Michael even made the effort to call me when the order was ready for me. How sweet is that? I can't think of any other places that would do the same. This is why we support local. This is why we support places like Pacific Seafood! A woman greeted me at the front counter. I didn't get her name but she was very friendly and helpful. She wore a gold chain necklace adorned with jade. She reviewed my order to make sure it was good to go. I needed an oyster knife and she helped me choose from straight and curved. I went with the straight knife as it is more versatile. She even went as far of demonstrating how to safely shuck an oyster. I cannot gush about their customer service enough. Will definitely return! [Food] The oysters were unbelievably fresh! I am hooked (pun unintended). The New Zealand mussels were also great! The oyster knife was cheap and effective. The prices are super fair and the quality is beyond-words amazing. Please support this business! I will be back to order crab legs--yum!

Pacific Seafood Distributors located on Ualena St..near the airport. I made sure to go in before New Years Eve cause they sell out fast. I scored my boxes snow crab legs. Snow crab 11 lbs less than $300. Their snow crab legs is pretty big. (without the king crab pokey legs) Parking no problem plenty parking. Opens at 9 am.. I got there 745 am only one car waiting. At nine he jumps out his car and I do the same.. helloo..behind the big box truck there was like 6 people in line..so go early and stand in line!! Service Great service, I didn't feel rushed with my questions. Very clean. Assorted seafood, however they sold out on some products by New Years Eve eve. Price...best value at today's prices.

We ordered the frozen 20lb box of snow crab legs and Shigoku oysters. The crab legs were pretty thick and the oysters were alive lol super fresh. Their customer service was the best because we originally ordered fat bastard oysters too, but they called saying the shipment was coming in at a later time than expected. So they asked if we wanted to order something else instead or wait for the shipment. We ended up not ordering the fat bastard oysters, but it was considerate of them to call and check with us. Will be ordering from them again :)

If you want fresh oysters and fresh seafood, this is a place to go to. They have lobsters, crabs, and oysters. This is where I get my shigoku oysters. Small fresh oysters. You just need to shuck them. They also sell tools in case you don't have a shucker for your oysters. Located closer to the Dunkin' Donuts in Nimitz. There's a small sign so it's easy to miss. Price is pretty good too.

This is always my go to for oysters, crab legs, clams and other Seafood items. This is highly recommended for your party, picnic, got together or just when you cravings. Fresh oysters, high quality and the medium size. The crab legs are so meaty. Price is much lower than other retailers. The ladies are so helpful and friendly.

Yo this spot Right here (Pacific Seafood Distribution) is a place I just fell in love it specially when coming for them OYSTERS ohh wee. Bruh they get the good OYSTERS here at Pacific Seafood Distribution been buying oysters from them couple times already and never disappointed with their oysters. Their OYSTERS are 64pcs for $70 and it's so worth it to be honest. The only other thing I bought here besides their oysters is their JUMBO SCALLOPS (1LB) for $13.95 and bruh it's BIG size Scallops. Parking - parking could be a little challenging specially when their busy cause they share parking stalls with other business in the same complex area. But if you come on a normal day during the week or so parking shouldn't be a problem, I pulled up ima Thursday after lunch and I parked right in front of their entrance. Seafood items - they carry a good amount of SEAFOOD products like * Oysters * Scallops * Crab Legs * Calamari (Squid) * Lobster * Octopus(Tako) * Manila Clams * Ahi Cubes etc Hours of operation change a little , Due to this these times April 2020. Also call before going down to make sure they have the product in hand cause things do sell out quick here hella fast please believe me I've experienced it myself.

Shigoku oysters were delicious!

Shopping in Waipahu, O'ahu, Hawai'i…read more.. After lunch and dessert, we decided to walk off some calories and stroll through Seafood City Supermarket. Shared, free parking is available with Longs, Starbucks, and many other businesses in Waipahu Town Center. Inside, there are more vendors such as Magnolia Ice Cream, Valerio's Bakery, and Jollibee. It's a spacious, well-lit, clean, busy environment. There are many choices - from fresh produce and Household items, to lots of cooking ingredients, and, of course, seafood! When you're in the area, stop by!

Geez, the last time I was here was ten years ago. Some things are the same and some are different…read more Grill City, Jollibee and Magnolia Ice Cream are still here. Red Ribbon has been replaced by Bakers Avenue. They still have their meat, seafood, produce and poke departments. I love that they have fresh seafood lying all around on ice. Their prices are higher than what I'm used to seeing. They have live blue crab for $14.99 a pound. I know other places where I can get it for $8.99 a pound. I still would have purchased some, since I was there. However, all the crabs were dead. Never buy dead crabs as bacteria multiplies as soon as they die that turns into toxins. Cooking them will not get rid of the toxins. Live Dungeness crab was $38.99 a pound and live lobster was $37.99 a pound. Their shellfish are priced high. The produce was fresh and colorful. We saw mangoes that were $3.99 each. I bought a whole box of the same mangoes yesterday for $8.99 at another store. Needless to say that I left empty handed.

One of my fondest childhood memories is going to Tamashiro Market with my dad…read more When we lived in Kalihi, this was our usual spot. And even after we moved, we would still drive out just to come here for the seafood. That's how special it was to us. The reason why he chose Tamashiro over other grocery stores was simple--it was quality and because of my Nanay (grandma). His mom purchased from here and made so many delicious dishes. He knew what to look for, and he trusted this place. For him, it wasn't just about buying food... it was about getting the best for his family. My dad isn't the type to say "I love you." He shows it. One of the biggest ways he showed love was through his cooking. Even after a long day on his feet cooking for others, he would come home and cook for us. That was his way of taking care of us. I loved coming here with him. It was a five-senses overload--the smell of fresh seafood, the sound of people talking story, the colors of fish on display. Back then when you were allowed to sample a grape or poke to make sure it was good before buying. But more than that, it was time with him. I still remember the excitement I felt when I saw the pink building with the huge crab. I thought back then was to look at everything but now I understand that it meant something more..... something special--time with my dad. It's with a sad heart that Tamishiro Market is now closed. Thank you, Tamashiro, for providing quality food and memories for so many years. You were more than a market--you were part of my childhood

It looked the same as it did the first time I went with my grandfather. I picked up a couple pounds of dry aku for my favorite sister and some tee shirts as memorabilia. Awesome place to get seafood at a fair price! We order our oysters here when we're having a group…read moreof people over our house. They changed their location from Kaka'ako to Sumner Street (Iwilei by Dole).

I had a very unpleasant experience with one of Seafood Connection Hawaii's drivers…read more I'm a Spark delivery driver, and I was delivering fruits to Gelato Hawaii, a business next door. I parked in the area while making a quick delivery when one of their drivers started yelling at me, telling me to move my vehicle farther forward because he would need to get out later. I politely explained that I wasn't going to be there long and was just dropping off fruits next door. Instead of speaking to me respectfully, he continued yelling and told me that if I wasn't going to listen to him, I should get out and not park next to him. The frustrating part was that there was already another car parked directly in front of me, and I was only a few inches away from it. I couldn't safely move any farther forward without risking hitting that vehicle. I even politely asked him if he was leaving already, since I was only going to be there for a short time. There was absolutely no reason for him to be so aggressive. What made the experience even worse was that as I was about to leave, I overheard him talking badly about me with his coworker in Taglish. I'm Filipino too, so I understood what they were saying. It was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand that drivers need space to maneuver their vehicles, and I would have gladly cooperated if it was safe and possible. But yelling at someone, threatening to make them leave, and talking badly about them to a coworker is completely unnecessary. Being respectful costs nothing. I was simply doing my job, just like he was doing his. I hope Seafood Connection Hawaii reminds its employees to treat other delivery drivers and people in the area with basic courtesy and professionalism.
