I had recurring issues with the driver's side window alignment after all the reparation had been completed at Pacific Collision Center (PCC). I drove pretty far to get it checked out twice within a year. Despite how much I hated driving long distances, it was worth it. So far there has been no issues, fingers-crossed. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning and my car was done literally one week later. Although all I needed was a new lip and bumper respray other places I've been too have either done horrible paint match work or took almost a month to complete. The paint match on my car was excellent and they detailed inside and out of my car before pick up. I had THE best experience getting an abrasion on the hood of my BMW M4 fixed. I was heartbroken when I, myself, caused such damage on my black beauty, so I immediately started searching for a bodyshop to go to. Recently having a poor experience locally, I researched and found out that there are only a handful of BMW North America sponsored shops in my immediate area and they hold a seal of legitimacy and plaque from BMW themselves to certify that they are a brach of the actual brand (so legit- if you know BMW, this shop is like Port/VPC level) "collision repair facilities". The nearest to me is at Pacific BMW. Be careful when looking on BMWUSA.com as many shops will show up as "independent certified center", and shops such as Pacific will show up as their own name only. BMW enthusiasts: you want to come here. You can practically eat off of the floor of their facility and it looks like you're at an official BMW factory or something. I inquired about the repair late at night and I had a response in my inbox early the very next morning from the friendly, SO knowledgable, detail-oriented, and efficient Collision Center Manager, Andrew Batenhorst. He immediately was sympathetic to the situation I was in and offered me an appointment quickly! I knew I would feel better as soon as it was there. He always responded as soon as possible to any email or questions I had along the way. He is a stand up gentleman, and his customer service manner is fantastic and inspiring. Leadership's attitude reflects the rest of the staff, and I can tell you that everyone else I had interacted with had also been extremely professional, kind, and accommodating. I was running late to my appointment so the super awesome Jayson checked me and my M4 in. He was super friendly, listened to everything that I was concerned about, even the small details, and documented the work that needed to be done. I left feeling like I was in good hands, and I was. The repair was out of pocket due to it being my own fault (yeah, I dropped a lightbulb on the hood of my baby). :( Anyway, Andrew got me the estimate super quickly and once I gave approval, work started, and I got timely updates every couple of days via text. I read on my estimate that Andrew estimated that my car would be done on 2/9, and look, here we are on 2/9 and she is sitting in my garage looking perfect. What a reliable and awesome dude! Another great upside to using a BMW bodyshop such as Pacific BMW Collision Center is that you get a certificate of authenticity of the repair that confirms it was done under strict BMW guidelines and warrantied as such. How amazing is that? Directly from the manufacturer. Very, very comforting, and their warranty is also great when you read into it. Shout out to the body technician that worked on my vehicle. I find the paintwork to be literally better than factory level. It looks gorgeous and you can't tell that there was ever an abrasion there. The color match is absolutely perfect and since it is a metallic black, it is definitely not easy. I was very specific about certain things and I can tell you that everything was followed to a T. I'm so satisfied with it. I honestly have never seen better work on a vehicle, especially one with lines as intricate as the G82 M4. I also know for a fact that Andrew B was involved in the QC work of my car as well, you can tell that it was looked over with a fine tooth comb. Again, stunning work. The whole process in all in so transparent and easy, and of such high quality, there is no way I would not recommend them to ANYONE! I checked when I got home and immediately called it in - manager Andrew says I misunderstood him , they can only retouch not fix ?!? I took my car over here for a front bumper touch up since a car wash chipped my car with a tiny scratch. The car stay with them for a week, and when I went there I had to show them overlook job on the bumper which took almost an hour to buff it and removed dirty on the paint. Now, after a month i decided to wash my car, I am noticing the other side of the bumper that was fine with no issue has a sanding unless a clear coat. How can BmW allow this type of negligence in their service? I am disappointed with this dealership. They never do the job properly. read more

I had the zero star experience for a second time at this location. Gave them a second chance but this time their action is "negligence". Picked up my car after it was kept for maintenance for 5 days at this dealership and less than 24 hours later, the red engine "overheated" light came on with another alert that said "coolant level low"! The car was not drivable with smoke coming out so I called the dealership after hour to leave a voicemail but no one had the decency to get back in touch! I was so upset that I asked the roadside emergency tow truck to tow my car to a different location! I am a full time nurse practitioner who cannot afford to stay a day without a car! I am sitting home right now the day after with no loaners car! This matter smells like a full on law suit as it endangered my life on the four wheels on the road! Shame on BMW! I had an obvious door ding (medium size) on the drivers side door along with some scratches from the garage door hitting the hood and trunk. I looked at the door ding every day for about a year and finally took the car to BMW for an estimate. The estimate was cost prohibitive for just a "ding" to repair the door. However, Daniel recommended a cheaper alternative, Paintless Body Repair. The result was fantastic! The ding is completely gone. In addition, The Collision Center took out the scratches leaving only a very tiny trace of residual which only I can see if I look for it at a fraction of the cost. These people are so incredibly nice, professional and helpful. They have the best BMW customer service, the best BMW repairs. I hope I don't need them anytime soon, but knowing they are out there would bring some comfort if The Zipper (my car's name) ever got hit. My BMW X3 is my first German car and my first non-Japanese car. Driving it brings me joy, and it is in its 9th year, so it has served me well. But there have been a few disappointments. The cover on my glove box peeled away from the metal base, after warranty of course. Having it glued or trying to fix it myself didn't work long term. (It's a thing for older models. Google it.) It had gotten so bad this year, the hanging vinyl took over the front passenger side. I had to do something to get ready for a road trip with my husband. Unfortunately BMW was completely out of my part. I was able to find it from a third party source after communicating with the team here and having them look worldwide to try to help. I was just so impressed that they were willing to help me even when there wasn't a profit in it for them. They were so much more helpful and smart than all of the other dealer shops I called. And when the part came in and it was more difficult than I realized to install, they actually were willing to help me and replace the old door cover. Ana was phenomenal in always communicating what was happening with my car. From coordinating a loaner to pickup, she always made sure I was taken care of properly kept up to date. I had an issue with my insurance company not wanting to pay for the damage repairs even though it wasn't my fault, but they advocated for me and eventually resolved this major headache in my favor.
