Friday Feb. 16th, I went in on a spur of the moment to look for a car for my family. I am a single mom of toddler twins, an 8 yr that lives in Cali and a 16 yr old man child. I needed a car with plenty of space, that was reliable to get me to Cali to see my 8 yr old and that was safe for the twins. Jesse was the first to approach me! He was very kind and seemed to understand exactly what my family needed. He showed me their 2015 Ford Flex (I love flex's so I was mostly already sold!) I took it for a test drive and decided to go for it! She was perfect for my family! I noticed by Sunday the car started to jolt. I had a feeling it was either a misfire in one of the cylinders or the tranny was slipping. By the following Tuesday morning, I went to get coffee before work and the check engine light came on. I emailed the guys there, and calmly voiced my frustration and said that I would be missing work that day to bring it back in. When I pulled back up, I was greeted by Chris and Jesse. I explained to them what had happened. Chris ran a code reader on it, sure enough it was a 4th cylinder misfire! Jesse introduced me to Thor, the mechanic next door and he said he'd get it fixed up! I was so pleased! We went over prices and what it would cost to switch it out. And it was way cheaper than going to Jiffy Lub to have it done there!! Which made me even more happier! Given Kitty (My Flex) was my only transportation, the guys decided to allow me to borrow one of their cars off the lot while Kitty was getting worked on. All of these guys, Jesse, Chris, Drew, Brad and Thor, are all such wonderful people!!! Very friendly! Very welcoming! Willing to listen to frustrations and concerns! Just amazing people!!! By midday Wednesday, Drew calls me on my lunch to inform me that Kitty was all done being worked on and she runs like new! Man, I was so excited to get off work to go pick her up! Drew also told me that they felt that with me only having the car a few days, that it wouldn't be right to have me pay for the work. I was so shocked and surprised when he said that, I cried!!! Not only did they switch out the bad spark plug, they went ahead and replaced ALL SIX OF THEM!! WHEN I SAY THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING, THATS A HUGE UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!! I would absolutely recommend anyone and everyone to get a car from their lot!!!! They don't treat you like you're just another customer, they really treat you and take care of you like family!!!! My Kitty runs soooooooo amazingly!!!! From the very very deepest parts of our hearts, THANK YOU TO ALL FIVE OF YOU GUYS!!!! We sure love our Kitty and I can't wait to take her to Cali at the end of next month!!! read more

Awesome service! We bought a car here at Pacific Cars & Trucks about two years ago. The car has lasted us and we bought it in great quality. Keith & Andrew we're both very great negotiators and incredibly friendly. This morning I was ready to leave for work when my car couldn't start. I called Keith and he was quick to help. He sent his mechanic to my home to check out what was going on with the car. The mechanic jump started my car and I drove it to the dealership. There, they gladly replaced my car battery, checked my car fluids, and made sure I was completely satisfied and everything was all good. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pacific Cars & Trucks. People who you can TRUST & very RELIABLE! read more

My experience with purchasing a vehicle went like this, I went in and picked out a car. I went back the next day to run the car fax, and they said to take it on a long test drive so I started to do so. Within 15 minutes this vehicle completely broke down, it started shaking violently and overheating. I called my sales guy who was currently at the car lot to inform him of the situation with the car. I sat on the side of the road for 30 minutes with zero help. I finally took the car back to the lot whether it blew up or not I didn't care at that point. I did not buy that car even though the sales guys tried very very hard to convince me it would be alright and they would fix whatever the issue was. I then picked out a truck, I was never told anything was wrong with the vehicle. 5 minutes before I was to show up and start the paperwork I received a call from my sales guy to inform me that they were completing the repair of an actuator and the truck would not be ready for me to take that day. I also did not buy that truck. Then I picked out an SUV, at this point, I will not work with the original sales guy due to the fact I thought he was intentionally withholding information about the truck, I was also frustrated with how he left me on the side of the road. The third car I picked out I ended up buying with a different salesperson. I had the following issues all before my second payment ( 8 weeks ): My battery died and cost hundreds of dollars to replace. I have never received any type of reimbursement from this company. Two weeks later while driving my car started to shake and made a terrible noise coming from the gas tank. I called the lot and I ended up taking my car in to get fixed. Turns out the pressure in my gas tank was not correct because the sensor had gone out. Now before I have even made my second payment for this car the check engine light is now on. I am about to spend hundreds of dollars to repair my car which I just financed for over 10k. I am also about to walk into the car lot office with a lawsuit. I was told I was sold a car that was in good condition and working and I have received anything but those things. This experience is a complete disappointment as well as a huge frustration. I also waited before writing this review so the information within this post would be accurate. So take it from me that if you would like a huge headache and to spend a ton of money on repairs this would be the place for you. If you would like a dependable vehicle I would shop elsewhere. read more

Great dealership, associates are easy to talk too and they make sure all your needs are met. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a good car at a fair price. Brad, Andrew and Jesse are all great people and they worked as a team to make sure everything went smoothly when buying my truck. read more

These guys are awesome. No bullshit like other car lots. straight up and honest. I gotten two vehicles from these guys, and they are working with me to get my third. Never let me down. If I could give them more than five stars they'd get a 10. -Tommy Thompson read more

If you are looking to buy a car or truck come here first! You won't regret it. Jesse James has went above and beyond to help us, he is always so polite and helpful. He knows what he is talking about and doesn't push you into something your not comfortable getting. Drew in the office is also amazing, he was fair on price and our value for our trade in. He helped us get into a truck and then as SUV. This is our 2nd purchase this year from them and have zero regrets. This will be the only place we buy cars and send all our friends and family. Thank you pacific cars and trucks for being amazing genuine people! read more

Honestly the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had! Andrew, Jesse, Brad, Alyssa are all great! They not only worked with me, they worked for me and got me the best deal possible. I will and have recommended them and will continue to do so! They made sure that everything was in proper working order and have continued to be so helpful. Great experience, great people, great vehicles, just all around great place. read more

Do not shop here. These guys will take complete advantage of you and tell you anything even if it's not true. Bought a car and was told the hybrid Battery was new. After a year the battery failed. Now I'm told it was used and they never stated that it was new. These guys are scammers. read more

Keith, Drew, and his entire crew seriously went above and beyond to get me financed, make sure I was happy, and getting a good reliable vehicle. My credit is horrible for a couple reasons. They really went to work for me and got it done! They allowed me to take my time. And when there was a vehicle they weren't sure about .... They flat out said... " I won't sell you that car, it may have mechanical issues" What car lot is honest like that? They are at pacific cars and trucks!.. Thanks guys! Love my new rig! read more

Jesse and Andrew were great! Honest, no pressure, and friendly. I was able to test many cars with ease, no hassle or sales pitch. Had a great experience buying a very reliable vehicle. read more

Stay away from these guys. Bought a 2002 Honda Odyssey two months ago from these guys. While buying it, they informed us that they had installed a brand new alternator into the car. After owning it for two months, the alternator that they had installed ended up falling out of place (nearly fell off car engine). Took car to a knowledgable mechanic and he said the alternator was missing bolts, things were not tightened properly, was out of alignment, and whoever installed it had no idea what they were doing. He also said that whoever installed the new alternator failed to secure engine bracket during the job. He also found a bolt INSIDE the alternator! 300 dollars to repair the car dealership's faulty lazy installation. Also found out a month after buying it that three of the four tires were cracking and unsafe. needed to be replaced ($500). Also informed that the brakes are extremely worn and unsafe - and that the transmission fluid needs changing. I am not too upset about the tires and breaks, as this is a used car and I should have had them checked before buying the car (although you would think a car dealership would avoid selling cars with cracked unsafe tires). The thing that upset me was that they installed the alternator in a lazy fashion using an unskilled mechanic who takes shortcuts. read more

Just bought a 2001 Nissan Frontier from these guys. Had been looking for a similar truck for a while so I made the stupid decision to put a down payment right after my test drive. Signed the as is form and what do you know. I start the truck the next morning (after a few tries) and it's running on half the cylinders. Took it back to them in a panic and they took it and had it fixed TWICE for free. Truck works great now a week later. It is what it is but anything I don't like about it is kind of on me.good people here. read more

This was a great place to purchase a car! We wondered around the lot for a period of time looking at different SUV's and never once felt uncomfortable by salesmen rushing towards us. Brad gave us an awesome greeting and let us test drive the car we had been eyeing the most right away. The second we drove it, we knew it was the car for us! Brad got us in his office even though it was late in the day and quickly had us out the door in our new GMC Yukon Denali. Everyone working that day was super friendly and talkative and we will definitely be going back for our next car purchase! Hallie & Levi Lind read more

I would not buy from or recommend this business to ANYONE! I purchased a Dodge Durango from Pacific Cars and Trucks and the transmission went out. What really disturbs me is the owner of the business said that the transmission had been rebuilt by the best Transmission shop in the area. I called them and I was told that there was nothing they could do. I took the vehicle to my local mechanic and he was flabbergasted. He informed me that the transmission was missing several parts including the bolts that hold it together. He also said he was surprised it didn't fall out. They only reason he knew the transmission was worked on is because there were a parts replaced. He is a Dodge certified mechanic and he said it was some of the shoddiest work he has ever seen. So steer clear of this business. read more

I would definitely recommend pacific cars and trucks to anyone who is looking to get into a different vehicle. I went in with the idea that they would be pushy and aggressive with their sales. They were not. I told them what I was looking for in a truck, color, make, model, and year. They didn't have anything on the lot at the moment, but that they would look around for me. Just a couple of days later, I got a call from the owner saying they had found what I was looking for. I came down to the lot, he showed me the numbers, and pictures and found it to be perfect. It came on the lot a few days later, signed the papers and left a very happy man. Thanks to Andrew and his team, I have an awesome truck. I will be back again if I need another rig. Thanks you guys! read more

If you value your sanity, stay far away from here. We went here just to view their inventory. We took a test drive and were then herded into the sales office and extremely pressured into buying our test driver. We tried everything to get out of there but felt forced to stay and buy a vehicle. The salesman, Andrew, will do anything and everything to make you stay and buy a vehicle; we felt like we could not leave without signing a contract. Since then we have spent close to half of the vehicles sales price trying to get the car running right and be able to safely drive it down the road (bad brake modulator $800 + labor, catalytic converter $250 +labor, 2 wheel bearing assembles $50 + labor, just to name a few). That plus the speedometer assembly was bad so we had to send it out to get repaired (another $100). If their chairs had restraints built into them I'm sure they would use them all the time to force others into buying bad cars and using high-pressure sales tactics. Bottom line: we felt cheated and lied to by theses people; definitely would NOT recommend! read more
