Great place for a Mother's day lunch. I had the Buddhas feast due to some diet restrictions for a procedure but it was very tasty. Service was friendly and prompt. Ambiance is always nice, clean, organized with nice mood lighting. Prices are very reasonable. Fun place to celebrate!

The main dish is delicious, flavorful, plentiful and served hot. The salad was tasty and plentiful, as well. The servers were attentive, professional, personable and proficient. The ambiance is dimly lit feeling like a very fancy restaurant but still has a casual and comfortable feel to it. It is very spacious . The location is centrally located with ample parking.

It's been a year since I've been here and the best part is Molly my bartender is still there. She has been working at PF Changs for 6 years. She is one of a kind and a diligent worker! AIM to please, I love service like hers, it's so hard to find anymore. She is cute as a button & so hard working. Everyone at the bar commented how great she is!! PF Changs has two sizes for the chicken lettuce wraps, I got the one for two people, whole order almost $15 and the chicken sweet & sour sauce, I got the traditional almost $18, I paid $3.00 more for fried rice and barely got any! I would hate to see the special and the medium size of sweet & sour Chicken, because you barely get much for the traditional size. I wonder if I eat in, if I world get anymore? I really think the portions are off balance for the price! Very off balance. It's so tasty!!! I sat at the bar and I had my very favorite thing, happy hour, I started with a Chardonnay until I realized they have my very favorite beer on tab, Sapporo! Yes, it's only $5.99. The people next to me asked for an Espresso Martini and they loved the flavor. I'll try that next time!! Molly is going to give them the recipe, it certainly didn't come out of the machine that's for sure., If you get a chance come & see Molly, but make sure you go at happy hour, because the traditional menu will cost you an arm & a leg!

$8.99 cocktails!!!! I haven't been to PF Chang's in over a decade and went on a whim because I wanted to try something 'new.' The inside looks the same as it did ten years ago -they are doing a great job keeping the interior clean. Service was fast and friendly. Food was how I remembered it - good, hot, flavorful and the portions were large enough where I needed to get a to-go box. I really liked the appetizer option of being able to order full or half orders. I ordered two half order apps so I could try more. More than anything though, the $8.99 cocktails have me hooked!! I haven't seen a cocktail under $18 at a restaurant in so long, that I was shocked how cheap the cocktails were. The $8.99 cocktails are listed clearly on the bar and in the menu. There were plenty to choose from so anyone can find at least one cocktail they will enjoy.

Service is topnotch. Our waiter was very nice. I should have gotten his name but was a great guy and ready to serve. We had questions about some dishes and he accommodated us to make our visit worthwhile. Pf Chang's, You are lucky to have someone like him! Food came out fast and place was clean and empty as we were there as soon as they opened. My husband enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken. When i make one at home, i cook it less saucy. He said this one the rice was drenched with the sauce. But he said it was not bad. But that was his opinion. Otherwise, still a good meal.

Enjoyed a Saturday night here for dinner with a party of 9. They were pretty busy and we were glad to have made reservations. Our waiter was really nice but he did forget my husband's birthday desert and another friend's last drink order. All appetizers and soups/salads came out quickly, which we appreciated because we were all starving. When the main course came out, it was quick as well but it wasn't hot... just slightly warm. Everyone's orders came out just as we had ordered them. Mine particularly didn't have much flavor. The egg rolls were delicious though!

Decided to get some lunch and glad we came here. Service is excellent and food was tasty. The mongolian beef was a tad chewy but the crispy honey chicken was really good. Check it out.

I haven't been to P.F. Chang's and maybe six years but I always remember it being delicious so I had to take my boyfriend because he has never been. We absolutely enjoyed every bit of it. The atmosphere was great. The food was beyond delicious just as I remember service was good friendly. He wants to go back all the time now. it was so good that we forgot to take pictures of the chicken, lettuce, wraps, the pork pot stickers, beef, and broccoli and the shrimp but trust me it was good.

Lettuce Wraps are famous at PF Changs. It is their signature appetizer. Absolutely fantastic. I also love their BBQ ribs but always come here for the Lettuce Wraps and Asian atmosphere. Service from Bartender Bray was outstanding and the food was Five Star as always. I highly recommend PF Changs. Love it! Julie A

It has been YEARS since I have been here! I am also surprised I have never written a review for this before. I hosted a UYE there and we were given a 5star treatment with a private room, comped apps, amazing service and "no problem" response to separate checks. My Book Club met there for a food and drink filled event. I believe we did maybe mention the book. And I have been here for a huge Yelp Event, and for dining with my best beloved and friends Jump forward to 2025 - PF Chang is still here, Still has good food, Still has good service, and still is part of my list for "chain restaurants that are worth the drive" The food is good. On my most recent visit with one of my "Besties" we decided to go with a slew of apps and share. Always a good choice. The Pork Ribs were outstanding as were the Dynamite Shrimp. Liked the crispy green beans and the pork dumplings. The Spring Rolls were just OK. We were pretty stuffed after all that food. Will I come back? Probably. It is a nice place to eat when in the area.

P.F Chang's NEVER disappoints. I normally don't eat here often, oftentimes it's for special occasions. There was one time I ordered through Door Dash because my family and I wanted some bomb Asian fusion and to be honest with you, it didn't taste the best as if you were to eat inside their restaurant. That's just my opinion. I didn't get the chance to take pictures of the meal dishes and took pictures some of the appetizers, and my all time favorite will always be the bbq pork spare ribs (wet). I haven't tried the dry version which I will definitely give a shot next time. The main dishes were Mongolian beef (10/10), firecracker shrimp (9/10), stir fried Buddha's feast (10/10), and Singaporean street noodles (7/10). I will have to update my review here next time and will definitely upload more delicious food pics. Also, the service is always on point each time; friendly, funny, and quick!

We've been "Date Nighting" here since 2013...our spot is at the bar. Staff are always friendly and attentive and can't say enough about our favorite of all, Barry I., so happy you've taken the reigns, and you're recognized for your hard work! Food is awesome, the lettuce wraps never disappoint, a great menu overall. We also ordered the BBQ pork ribs last night..."fall off the bone"!

Honest food review: Expensive for a dinner and a drink, but good share worthy portions. 3.5/5 but we'll give them a 4/5 because they have a dedicated allergy free menu!!!!! There's always going to be room for improvement when you're done with your meal and you just get your noodles... at least we got the rice though. For the experience, it was a little over well priced dinner with a drink, soft drinks, an appetizer, and 2 entrees with a kid meal added. My food recommendation goes as followed: -Chang's Lettuce Wraps w/complimenting drink -Mongolian beef w/fried rice -Changs spicy chicken w/noodles 4/5 for the experience as it was an American Chinese menu experience. The dinner was later in the evening, but it felt very underwhelming. The lettuce wraps are always a go to as you get a well prepared crunch with your bite, and you just start your meal fresh. Add a spicy bite with the chicken and a savory one with the beef and it's complimented very well with the fried rice! Unfortunately... the noodles tasted very poor, it's what brings down the experience as we received it at the end of our dinner, and it was noodles tossed around in a teriyaki/soy sauce. The consistency on them was a little off as it felt like it was a rushed meal item. I won't be too hard on the experience as I greatly appreciated the allergy free menu that they provided!!! This was a big part of the 4, I'm hoping next time we get a 5 for the business!

The portions were generous with plenty of leftovers to pack up in takeout boxes for enjoying for another day. My favorite three were the ahi tuna, the black cod and the brilliant asian/french mash up of red Bean Creme Brulee. I also need to mention, I loved the lamb tenderloin. I am not a big lamb fan, but this New Zealand lamb was tender and non-gamey. The owners did an outstanding job of timing the dishes and engaging with our group while also taking care of other diners including non event patrons getting getting take-out and inhouse menu dining. The space is very small, but even with and almost full house, it didn't feel cramped. Even though Kwok's is right across the street from where I live, this restaurant would be at the top of my list of "I would drive out of my way to eat here"

To start, you can't go wrong with the enthusiastic welcome we always receive. Then quickly seated and wine poured. The 2026 CNY menu was fabulous, with some great surprises. The ahi tartare portion anywhere else would have been a shareable appetizer. But each person was served a large portion of delicious fresh ahi. Mmmm this course and a glass of wine could be dinner alone any other evening. The soft creamy rich egg custard was hidden under a thick seafood gravy. I really enjoyed this unique dish. The miso black cod is always flaky and delicious. And the crab fried rice it's nestled on also never disappoints. The rich New Zealand stir fried lamb and shiitake mushrooms over pea shoots was a fabulous hearty dish on this chilly March evening. The braised short ribs were so tender no knife was needed, they flaked apart with the fork. And the e mein noodles were perfectly al dente. The dinner wrapped up with a crème brûlée that only Kwok's could pull off - red bean. Creamy smooth. Not overwhelming. The perfect burnt sugar layer on top. The regular menu is just as delicious. Small inside seating area, so recommend always make a reservation. In the summer there's a fabulous patio area out front. Limited street parking.

In case you're not aware, though the name of this restaurant references a specific city in northern China and the menu has dishes from across the country, their specialty is the spicy and numbing cuisine of the Sichuan region. If you've never had this before, when you see dishes listed as spicy, they may be very different from what you're thinking. It's certainly can be a polarizing experience, with many loving this flavor and many not into it at all, but the broad menu makes this a great call for everyone. Now I love dining with others who are familiar because it lets you explore the menu through their eyes and enjoy selections made by others with taste diverse from yours. My friend picked several dishes I would've never noticed or ordered blindly this time, and I'm so happy about that. We enjoyed the cold Woodear or black fungus in chili oil, classic snow pea tips with garlic, as well as the quintessential Sichuan cumin lamb, but the other three dishes we had were 100% new to me. Those included Sichuan snails (unshelled in an oily spicy stir fry), scallops with garlic and vermicelli, and crispy spicy intestines. The snails were a win. These are small and somewhat chewy morsels that get wok fried with fried chili, chili oil, peppers and onions. The texture is similar to sautéed calamari, but a bit firmer, and the sauce coats everything with that signature numbing heat. The scallops were the big miss. This dish typically comes in the half shell with fresh scallops, but here they're using a lower quality scallop (likely frozen) and a lot of pre-minced garlic (like you'd find in a jar). It looks impressive but the scallops had absolutely not flavor and the texture was rubbery too. Skip this one for sure. The intestines were the surprise. I've had fried intestines and they crunch like a chip and have no distinct flavor that lets you know what you're eating. These were sliced on the bias and wok tossed until super crispy on the outside with a delicately chewy interior. The sauce really amplified the flavor and this all made for a great bite within the whole meal. All in all, this is a home run. If you haven't been, I urge you to check it out, as it's one of the best authentic Chinese restaurants around.

Tucked away in the back of an unassuming shopping mall is Chinese cuisine well worth making a trip for. I was immediately greeted when I entered, and started with some hot tea. I ended up ordering Garlic Cucumbers and Dry Stir Fried Pork Intestines. The cucumbers were light and refreshing with a punch of garlic. The intestines came out crispy and piled high with red fried chilis and szechuan peppercorns. I am a huge spice nut and this absolutely hit the spot! (If you have a low spice tolerance you may want to ask for less spicy as the server did not ask how spicy I wanted it). The cucumbers were the perfect accompaniment to balance the heat and numbing from the chilis. When I first looked at the menu, I thought the prices were a bit high. After seeing the enormous portion sizes, it all made perfect sense. There was easily enough for 2 full meals for me (245lb, 6ft3in man with an appetite). The portions are clearly designed to be shared. On that point they also feature traditional Chinese style banquet seating with the lazy suzan in the middle for family style eating. All told I was extremely impressed with the food quality, service, portion sizes and ambiance. I will absolutely be adding Shanghai Bistro to my regular rotation!

They were offering a BOGO on the combination plate, and so that's what I went for. I had the garlic chicken, and the chicken with seasonal. Veggies. On both dishes, the chicken was moist and tender. The veggies were done well. Just the right consistency, not mushy at all. The taste was great. The only thing I could say, was, the garlic chicken was a bit spicy. About medium on what I like for spice, you could definitely see the red pepper flakes on that food. Unfortunately, nowhere in the menu did it mention the spicy part of it. I did like it, and the spice was within what I like, but I think the next time I would order something else. The fried rice was very well done with a good flavor also. It was just the rice. It had no egg or veggies in it. I had enough for two meals on the first combo, and the second one went into my portable cooler, and is going home to Sacramento with me. For all I got, the price was extremely reasonable, even if I would've gotten only one combination. Thank you very much.

If you're looking for an excellent, authentic Thai restaurant in Reno, I highly recommend Moo Dang…read moreReno Thai Restaurant. It's my favorite place! This place really stands out for both the quality of the food and the authenticity of the flavors. The dishes taste fresh and homemade, with the kind of balance of spice, sweetness, and flavor you expect from real Thai cooking, not watered-down versions. The curries are rich and flavorful, the noodle dishes are excellent, and the spice levels are done right if you like authentic heat. Our waitress Nid was great, friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, and the service is friendly and welcoming. Overall, Moo Dang Reno is one of the best Thai food spots in Reno and definitely worth a visit if you enjoy authentic Thai cuisine.

I then had to fight to flag a waitress to ask for chili paste to get any heat in my entire dish. I like that there are veggies with it and the noodles have a good chew, but I've found zero dishes with anything near Thai spices here My partner got the pad thai, which was sickly sweet yet didn't taste like tamarind, fish sauce nor contain pickled veg. The wood ear in it was excellent, but I've never seen it in pad thai. The thai ice tea was good, maybe a bit heavy on sweetener. I don't understand the high ratings here, based pireh on food. Thai Chili has far better flavors, and is rated lower. The wait staff/food runners lacked politeness, and never checked if we enjoyed our food or needed anyone. Sans the person filling everyone's water, we were never checked on in any other capacity. The restaurant was a cacophony of noise and conversation, I had to lean across the booth to have any chance of hearing my companion. The noise level is overwhelming if you have sensory issues at all. The decor is pretty cool.

My wife knows how much I love Chinese food, so when she came across a TikTok review of Palais De…read moreJade, she asked if I had ever been. I hadn't, but I had definitely heard of it. We decided to make it our next date night spot. We went on a Friday around 5:30 and it wasn't very crowded yet. They asked if we preferred a table or a booth, and we went with a booth near the front. The restaurant itself is really nice, but I'll say the booth felt a little tight. Next time, we'll probably go with a table for a bit more space. The service was top notch. The staff was incredibly attentive, and our drinks were constantly refilled. Our glasses were never empty, which always stands out. About 15 minutes after we sat down, the place filled up fast. It seemed like most people coming in had reservations, so I'd definitely recommend making one if you're planning to go after 6 pm. We decided on the Shanghai Dinner. I ordered the sweet and sour pork, and my wife got the sweet and sour chicken. I was tempted by the cashew chicken and kung pao chicken, but we'll save those for next time. The appetizers were amazing. The meal comes with spring rolls, crab rangoon, paper wrapped chicken, and honey glazed BBQ spareribs. Everything was delicious. My wife loved the paper wrapped chicken, and for me, the ribs were the standout. They were tender with just the right hint of sweetness. Honestly, I could've eaten a full plate of just those and been happy. For sides, I had the egg flower soup, which was really flavorful, and my wife had the salad. She could not stop talking about how good the dressing was. Both the sweet and sour pork and chicken were great. The sauce had that perfect tangy, slightly sweet flavor. That said, next time we probably won't order the same sauce for both dishes. I think pairing something like sweet and sour with kung pao would give a better balance with a little heat to cut through the sweetness. Overall, this place is a winner. Great food, solid portions, and the price is very reasonable at about $33 per person for the Shanghai Dinner. My wife enjoyed everything so much that after seeing another table order the duck, she's already talking about coming back to try it. I've been trying to get her to try duck for a while, so I'm looking forward to that next visit. We'll definitely be back.

When some asks about bona fide Chinese dining that I always suggest PDJ first. The experience is sit down, formal, and shockingly consistent. The service level makes you think you are dining in this families home. The food is still the star of the show. The Peking Duck and Seafood Birds Nest are highlights. In reality, no matter what you like and spice level you are comfortable with you can't go wrong here. If you want to impress your lunch date, colleagues, or treat your loved ones, bring them here. The parking lot is cramped and gets busy during peak times. Thank you and congratulations on more than 35 years in Reno.
