Wow! I haven't been here in a long time, after a terrible experience with a delivery order several months ago , I wasn't expecting to be here today. I wanted sushi and a cocktail for lunch...PF Changs popped up on Yelp. I thought ok...I'll dine in and see how it goes. Wow!! The hostess was so sweet and accommodating. The waiter...so attentive and polite, and i probably shouldn't say this...so dang cute!! They were out of tuna, so he suggested the spicy California roll. Deeeelishous!!! Great substitute! The beverage, Dragon margarita, was tasty, the black salt was mild and the pomegranate juice made the cocktail so yummy, while not being too sweet. Warm atmosphere with low light and soft upbeat music. The staff are all dressed so nicely and professional. Feels very formal but very warm and inviting. Finally, I decided to stay a little longer to try some dessert and hot saki. Mild, flavor, perfect pairing with the dessert!! Everything was so good!! I got a PF Chang's gift card for Christmas and was excited because I hadn't been there since July. We decided to carry out on January 3. We called our order in and we were told to get there in 30 minutes to pick it up. We arrived 30 minutes after we placed the call. There must've been 10 DoorDash people waiting in the bar for their orders when we walked in.. Our 30 minute window came and went. It took an hour for us to get our food. Then, once we got home, the order was incorrect. That's a shame on me for not checking the order while we were there. Still having some money left on our gift card, we decided to give them another chance on January 10. We got there about 6:30pm. We decided to sit at the bar. Again, lots of DoorDash people were waiting for orders. Our server took our order a few minutes after we sat down. Our appetizers arrived very quickly. They were quite tasty. And then we waited. And waited. And waited. The bartender kept checking on our order and kept telling us it would be out shortly. At 8 o'clock, we told the bartender we were done waiting and that we were leaving. At the same moment, a gentleman showed up with our food. He happened to be the manager. I told him we'd been there an hour and a half, and were just now getting our dinners. I also told him that wasn't acceptable. He tried to explain as best he could but, in all honesty, how can you explain making someone wait an hour and a half for their dinner? I will say, he comped our meals which I thought was very decent. I'm not sure if their kitchen gets overwhelmed with DoorDash orders or whether they are shortstaffed. I just know our two experiences there were less than satisfying. The food was good. I'm just not sure I will go back. If you go on a weekend, be prepared to wait. read more

Haven't been to a PF Chang restaurant in some time. Our server, Mike, provided a great reason to return. He truly was among the best servers we can recall. Both courteous and remarkably efficient, Mike took our order promptly, made sure our food arrived hot, refilled our water glass and soft drink quietly and ensured we had an enjoyable lunch. It's been a year since I've been here and the best part is Molly my bartender is still there. She has been working at PF Changs for 6 years. She is one of a kind and a diligent worker! AIM to please, I love service like hers, it's so hard to find anymore. She is cute as a button & so hard working. Everyone at the bar commented how great she is!! PF Changs has two sizes for the chicken lettuce wraps, I got the one for two people, whole order almost $15 and the chicken sweet & sour sauce, I got the traditional almost $18, I paid $3.00 more for fried rice and barely got any! I would hate to see the special and the medium size of sweet & sour Chicken, because you barely get much for the traditional size. I wonder if I eat in, if I world get anymore? I really think the portions are off balance for the price! Very off balance. It's so tasty!!! I sat at the bar and I had my very favorite thing, happy hour, I started with a Chardonnay until I realized they have my very favorite beer on tab, Sapporo! Yes, it's only $5.99. The people next to me asked for an Espresso Martini and they loved the flavor. I'll try that next time!! $8.99 cocktails!!!! I haven't been to PF Chang's in over a decade and went on a whim because I wanted to try something 'new.' The inside looks the same as it did ten years ago -they are doing a great job keeping the interior clean. Service was fast and friendly. Food was how I remembered it - good, hot, flavorful and the portions were large enough where I needed to get a to-go box. I really liked the appetizer option of being able to order full or half orders. I ordered two half order apps so I could try more. More than anything though, the $8.99 cocktails have me hooked!! I haven't seen a cocktail under $18 at a restaurant in so long, that I was shocked how cheap the cocktails were. The $8.99 cocktails are listed clearly on the bar and in the menu. Service is topnotch. Our waiter was very nice. I should have gotten his name but was a great guy and ready to serve. We had questions about some dishes and he accommodated us to make our visit worthwhile. Pf Chang's, You are lucky to have someone like him! Food came out fast and place was clean and empty as we were there as soon as they opened. My husband enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken. When i make one at home, i cook it less saucy. I called reno, nv and asked for the manager, Barry, simply to let him know that the quality of the food has declined significantly. I wasn't looking for a refund, discount, or anything in return--I just wanted to provide feedback as a longtime customer. Unfortunately, $135 worth of food ended up in the garbage. The rice had a mildew-like taste and wasn't edible. The egg rolls were noticeably different from what they've been in the past and were not good and its mustard sauce was watery and runny, and the honey chicken was soggy and reminded me of McDonald's processed "brick" chicken rather than the quality I expected. For once, I took the time to call and respectfully share my concerns instead of posting a negative review online. However, Manager Barry at the Reno location hung up on me during the conversation. Maybe he's tired of receiving similar complaints from customers, but his response was disappointing and unprofessional. Enjoyed a Saturday night here for dinner with a party of 9. They were pretty busy and we were glad to have made reservations. Our waiter was really nice but he did forget my husband's birthday desert and another friend's last drink order. All appetizers and soups/salads came out quickly, which we appreciated because we were all starving. When the main course came out, it was quick as well but it wasn't hot... just slightly warm. It has been YEARS since I have been here! I am also surprised I have never written a review for this before. I hosted a UYE there and we were given a 5star treatment with a private room, comped apps, amazing service and "no problem" response to separate checks. My Book Club met there for a food and drink filled event. I believe we did maybe mention the book. And I have been here for a huge Yelp Event, and for dining with my best beloved and friends Jump forward to 2025 - PF Chang is still here, Still has good food, Still has good service, and still is part of my list for "chain restaurants that are worth the drive" The food is good. On my most recent visit with one of my "Besties" we decided to go with a slew of apps and share. Always a good choice. The Pork Ribs were outstanding as were the Dynamite Shrimp. Liked the crispy green beans and the pork dumplings. The Spring Rolls were just OK. We were pretty stuffed after all that food. Will I come back? Probably. P.F Chang's NEVER disappoints. I normally don't eat here often, oftentimes it's for special occasions. There was one time I ordered through Door Dash because my family and I wanted some bomb Asian fusion and to be honest with you, it didn't taste the best as if you were to eat inside their restaurant. That's just my opinion. I didn't get the chance to take pictures of the meal dishes and took pictures some of the appetizers, and my all time favorite will always be the bbq pork spare ribs (wet). I haven't tried the dry version which I will definitely give a shot next time. The main dishes were Mongolian beef (10/10), firecracker shrimp (9/10), stir fried Buddha's feast (10/10), and Singaporean street noodles (7/10). We decided to swing by here after attending a Hot August Nights event at the Atlantis. I knew this place would be dead since all the hotels and casinos were packed from the event. I always get the lettuce wraps they are my favorite here. The best thing is that no matter which location you go to in whatever town the food is always the same excellent quality! Joe ordered the Mongolian Beef and it was yummy as well ( we always try each other's food). We also got an order of edamame because it's like the preferred appetizer. I've always thought the decorative style is so grand here inside and out. I was correct about it being slow so our service was excellent! I was there Friday with my girlfriend and we had the worst experience at a restaurant we had in a long time. At first it was going good, but I guess someone pissed our waitress off and she took it out on us. We ask for water with lemon in it and she gave us the look of death. Then when our appetizer came, we ask if the chicken for the lettuce wrap be a little warmer, because it was kinda cold. She tells us, it's how it cook, it supposed to be like that. When we left at 6:15 it was lined out the door. Reservations are a must! We don't eat a whole lot. When I saw the Chef's Feast for $20 a person, we were sold. A three course meal that we couldn't finish. Our server, Dena May, is as good as they come. A few minutes after each course started, she s checking up on us. Near the end they slammed her with a group of nine and too many tables. She persevered and never missed a beat. We increased her tip. Honest food review: Expensive for a dinner and a drink, but good share worthy portions. 3.5/5 but we'll give them a 4/5 because they have a dedicated allergy free menu!!!!! There's always going to be room for improvement when you're done with your meal and you just get your noodles... at least we got the rice though. My food recommendation goes as followed: -Chang's Lettuce Wraps w/complimenting drink -Mongolian beef w/fried rice -Changs spicy chicken w/noodles 4/5 for the experience as it was an American Chinese menu experience. The dinner was later in the evening, but it felt very underwhelming. The lettuce wraps are always a go to as you get a well prepared crunch with your bite, and you just start your meal fresh. Add a spicy bite with the chicken and a savory one with the beef and it's complimented very well with the fried rice! Unfortunately... the noodles tasted very poor, it's what brings down the experience as we received it at the end of our dinner, and it was noodles tossed around in a teriyaki/soy sauce. The consistency on them was a little off as it felt like it was a rushed meal item. I won't be too hard on the experience as I greatly appreciated the allergy free menu that they provided!!! We decided last minute to head Out in Lunar New Year for a casual dinner. We were able to get reservations at PF Changs-5:00 res. When we arrived all the booths were take. And only middle of restaurant table available. We opted to sit at a high top in the bar. The bar tender becomes your server and she was friendly and as efficient as she could be since they were down a bar tender. A lot of people coming in for to go orders and we're having to look for/wait the person who was in charge of that piece. We had a great experience on our most recent visit. There is currently a deal going on in which each person at the table gets to choose between a soup or a salad, there is an appetizer served to the table, and each person gets to choose an entree (with rice included) - the cost is $20/person. The servings are all full sized and it ended up being well worth it for our party of four. You have to pay a fee for certain entrees that might not be included in the promotion, but we did the math and ended up saving ~$50 by opting into this family style dinner rather than ordering food individually. I chose the Egg Drop Soup as my starter, and others at the table had the Hot and Sour Soup and the salad. We shared the pan fried dumplings, and also ordered lettuce wraps as an extra appetizer. For entrees, we got the honey chicken, sesame chicken, chicken fried rice, and chicken lo mein. All were great and I thought the portions were a good size. We had a 10 minute wait on a Friday night. The service was good and the courses were well timed. Inside is very clean and tables are nicely spaced apart. I've been seeing ads about their Chef's Feast and wanted to give them a try since it's been years since my last visit. Arrived at 4 pm on a weekday and was greeted and seated pretty quick. It wasn't quite busy so service was attentive and quick. Water was refilled quickly, orders taken fast, as well as food delivered to the table nice and hot. My daughter and I ordered the feast which was $20 per person for a soup or salad, an appetizer to share, and an entree each with a side of rice. Great deal! We went with the egg drop soup, upgraded our appetizer to the chicken lettuce wraps for $3, and picked the sesame chicken and lo mein with shrimp. Flavor-wise, the egg-drop soup wasn't as tasty as some other Chinese restaurants and the rice was not sticky but for the price, it was not bad. The chicken lettuce wraps were and still are my favorite dish! My daughter really enjoyed their Peach Boba drink, wraps, and the entrees. The restaurant had a nice setting with it being dimmed with Asian decor. Would return to try some of their other dishes, based on the service and friendly staff. read more

Always an excellent choice. We decided to try the items on their new lunch menu and were not disappointed. The lunch menu has a wide variety to choose from and starts at $13.00 and up. I chose the hot and sour soup to start with and then the chicken lettuce wraps. Both were absolutely amazing! And the Pork potstickers are definitely in my top favorites now along with the incredible chili crunch sauce. The service was outstanding! We were well taken care of even though they were very short staffed. There is a tremendous amount of space with intimate lighting. And with the warmer weather it was really nice to walk into a very air conditioned space. I highly recommend P.F. Chang's for any time of day or special occasion. I had eaten at PF Changes for several years when I decided to order for take out. I ordered lettuce wraps, Buddha's feast stir fry, and egg drop soup. When I arrived to pick up my order, they told me they did not have vegetarian lettuce wraps but only chicken. Eventhough I eat most vegetarian and rarely chicken, I accepted the change. However, when I go home I saw they included Romaine lettuce when I wanted head lettuce. They must have been out of tofu becauseI found only two tiny tofu pieces in the bowl and no garlic sauce. There were only steamed vegetables with no taste and not even enough soy sauce in the bag to give them a little taste. The egg drop soup was ok but not as tasty as I remembered. I bought a to go order of mapa tofu, shrimp noodles, chocolate cake, and butter cake. The mapa tofu did not taste good, it wasn't made like a traditional dish, it was fried and there was no sauce or meat. The shrimp noodles, the shrimp was salty and the noodles were bland. The chocolate cake was dry. The butter cake was good. I think this was a waste of my money since I'll be throwing away everything but the butter cake. read more

Just paid $20 for Mongolian beef with extra beef added for an extra charge. Got home and was not sure if there was another container with the extra beef in the bag, but I couldn't find it. We were a party of 4 with reservation at 5:30...finally got food and out by 8:30. It took close to 25 minutes just to get 3 drinks from the bar, and 2 of those were just a glass of wine. Waitress didn't check on our table at all. We had to flag her down for everything. The food came and one plate was piled high while another had a handful of crumbs called teriyaki chicken, but was really just deep fried breading with no chicken in it! Same with the orange chicken. Food was cold and very disappointing. Was really looking forward to an evening there, but it was a waste of time and 250.00. This place has gone downhill and will never want to go back. P.F.Chang's has been a favorite since we moved to Reno in 2013. Until yesterday. I went for lunch with 3 book club friends. We're not young - middle age to 88 - so where we were seated was a problem, as the lighting there was especially dim. Our request to move to a better lit table was denied. Our server, for the first time in all my visits, was quite unpleasant. He was sarcastic "I can't write separate checks until you give me your orders", argumentative "No, your soup doesn't taste funny", and just plain rude. We were not demanding, or dismissive. Maybe he was just having a bad day; it certainly gave these 4 old ladies a less than stellar lunch. It began badly with where we were seated, moved on to us only being given 2 menus for the 4 of us. Re: the food itself: 2 of us didn't eat the "tastes funny" soup, my salad was badly cut head lettuce -big pieces , I dumped it out onto a plate so I could cut it (difficult without a knife), and was unwilling to eat more than half of it. My salmon was fine, the fried rice it was placed on was delicious, the broccoli pieces were undercooked and too large. The other 3 meals were fine, although only 2 one were deemed worthy of having the leftover meal boxed for takeaway. We were given the boxes and left to fill them ourselves - without any spoons. Spoons were provided later with the dessert flight, which was excellent. The bills were placed in one folder and we were instructed to stack the bills with the appripriate credit card on top, in one pile in the folder. Over all, sorry to use a cliche, we were not only "mansplained" but "agesplained" as well. I'm unhappily crossing Chang's off my go-to list. read more
