Ordered chicken fried rice with extra egg. There's no egg. But I paid for it. And the review says I must post x amount of words to be posted.

We received a reward for BOGO at PF Chang's. We went tonight and everything was great! We have never come to this location. Loved the inside. Deep colors, mix of modern and older Asian artistic decor. Outside has the iconic Horses, which we love. Mongolian Tofu and Buddha's Feast with white rice and Lo Mein. Everything was Delicious! Kylie took care of us and she was terrific! Attentive, Friendly. All the staff, including the Manager were so attentive and personable. Really a great location and being offered the reward BOGO made everything that much better after a long, long work week! Great experience!

Look at the filth. Does this place get inspected?

Sat at the bar for early dinner, first thing I noticed was how dirty it was. There was a long sticky trail that ran the length of the bar. Dust on liquor bottles, decor. Mirrors were sloppily cleaned, fridge doors were covered in film. I had a residue on my wine glass. You could just see the filth. This bar isn't large. This bar needs a good cleaning. A scrub, attention to detail. It's located directly behind the hostess stand. The film on surfaces was similar to film on an oven vent. Just bad. Someone needs to pay more attention

The past few times we have eaten hear, it wasn't good. I must have forgot to review. I was dreading stopping here for dinner, but we were passing by after an event late at night and our girls were craving some PF Chang's. This is my least favorite location in the valley, and believe me, we do frequent them all. It is a hit or miss on the food. Food was very good this evening! A gal made ordering ahead for pick up, and breeze. Hot and delicious. Winner winner Singapore Street Noodles and Fried chicken rice dinner!

Madelyn, I hope you read this. I understand its a Thursday night but for a table that sat waiting for 13 minutes just to come get our drink order. Not put in our food in time so the table that sits across from us, 20 min after we sit down, gets their drinks AND FOOD more than 10 minutes before us, is inexcusable. My husband and I have been server's for many years before. The lack of asking if we need anything, how our food was, if we would like another alcoholic drink thats been sitting empty for over 17 minutes, empty water for 27 minutes... this is ridiculous. Thats why we didnt tip very well. 4 of your colleagues helped us more than you ever did. This service was so poor the tip reflects your complete lack of effort in serving us. I hope this teaches you to either try harder, put some pep in your step or STOP serving all together.

This is our (my wife and myself) first visit to a P F Chang's restaurant. The best part of our experience was the service (5-stars). It was superb. Our waiter, Robbie, was very informative and took the time to cater to our needs. Because I informed him that I have a food allergy, he took the time to bring several special dipping sauces and soy sauce (in addition to their traditional table sauces). He also took the time to verify that everything I ordered would be safe for me. Robbie came back numerous times to check and see how we were doing. I ordered the Mongolian Beef and my wife ordered Miso Glazed Salmon. We both enjoyed our meals. We were disappointed in the menu entree options. It was very limited compared to traditional Chinese restaurants. We wish there were a few more options. In addition, the prices are a little on the high side and the atmosphere is not what one would expect of a Chinese restaurant . Having stated all of that, we will likely visit P F Chang's again.

Great lunch specials and fantastic service! For around $14 you can get a soup and lunch portion of one of their popular dishes. Our server was attentive and the key lime pie mini cheesecake is soooo good!

Went here yesterday and had an awful experience. I have been to so many PF Changs in CA, CO and Chicago and this is by far the worst one I've ever been to. We ordered our favorite drink the Mai Thai only to find out that they can't and won't make the original one. The new one has ingredients in it that I don't like so that was a huge disappointment. Then I had the chicken lettuce cups that were fine. However the side of green beans had the stems on them and were not appealing to the eye nor did they taste good. A person in my party ordered a shrimp dish and got very sick afterward. The manager was nice, but I could not believe that they couldn't just make the old original Mai Thai. I'm sure they can make speciality drinks. The whole experience was a major disappointment and a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this location nor would I ever be back.

Stopped in for happy hour (Monday-Friday, 3-6 PM, as listed on their website). The restaurant was pretty empty, making it a quiet spot to relax. The hostess was on the phone when we arrived but seated us promptly afterward in a spacious booth. The seats were a bit worn--you sink in a bit--but otherwise, the ambiance was clean, open, and calm. We kicked things off with a classic margarita ($8.99)--refreshing and delicious, just as expected. Unfortunately, we found out happy hour pricing is only available at the bar. (That should definitely be more clearly noted.) Thankfully, our server went above and beyond by speaking with the manager, who honored the happy hour pricing at our table. HUGE kudos for that! We ordered the iconic lettuce wraps, and they did not disappoint. The lettuce was crisp and fresh, and the chicken filling was flavorful with perfectly bite-sized pieces. A must-try every time! I also signed up for their rewards program and immediately got a FREE individual dessert. I went with the chocolate peanut butter cream pie--WOW!!! Creamy, rich, with the perfect touch of caramel to bring it all together. 15/10 recommend. Service throughout was excellent--fast, friendly, and attentive. We never had to wait long for drinks, food, or the check. Overall: A great visit. Delicious food, attentive staff, and a calm environment. If you're looking for something more lively, this location might feel a little too quiet--but if you're after a chill, tasty experience, this is it.

The soup was solid, but like a 6/10 of being hot (temp wise). The pot stickers were solid, but I would have appreciated them if they were a bit cruncher. As for the main meal, the avocado roll was delicious but you can't really mess that up. I loved the lollipop roll even if it is a bituch for just 1 bite. The salmon saahimi was good, quite small. I feel like the nigiri for the same price would have had bigger pieces? I do love that they have fresh wasabi. It is also a nice addition. Overall, it's a solid place. Would be higher if service was more attentive to start and the sashimi was a bit bigger, but overall def worth the visit.

I decided to go with a half and half steak and shrimp bowl. I tried out their honey chili aioli and signature Szechuan mala sauce. Oddly enough, the Szechuan mala sauce did not taste good but I've had it at their other location where it was spicy and flavorful; I wonder if they changed the formula as it tastes much worse these days. I wanted to try out their cheese cake but they ran out which sucks. I tried out the shrimp crisps instead and it's a bit pricey, but they make it fresh and hot and it consists of two large shrimp crisp pieces; these are reminiscent of those Shrimp Snacks brand of chips. The overall meal was average; so much so that I decided to not even finish my meal because I got tired of the flavor. When it comes to the ingredients, these are items that are just lying out in the counter all day. I think due to that, it makes it so that the bowl itself doesn't exactly taste nice and fresh, but a slightly stale.

I ordered the way I did on purpose. These are my go to Thai dishes. The staples. I wanted to taste everything I consider my personal favorites so I could really gauge the restaurant across the board. The vegetable egg rolls and chicken satay were good. Solid. The potstickers were good. The chicken larb was actually good, maybe a little too much sugar, it tasted slightly sweet, but still one of the stronger dishes. Mango sticky rice was enjoyable. The Thai iced tea, flavor was on point. That's actually my first indicator when I try a Thai restaurant. The only thing that would've made it better is crushed ice. Real Thai spots usually use crushed ice. It melts perfectly and dilutes the sweetness just right. When you use block ice, the tea stays too sweet longer. Crushed ice gives it that smooth balance. Small detail, but that's how I gauge authenticity. Now to the honest part. The pad Thai was mediocre. It was lacking. I've definitely had better and I wouldn't recommend that dish. The spicy fried rice was okay, nothing special. The lad na gravy was way too thick, and instead of using Chinese broccoli, they used regular American broccoli. That's usually my second give when I rate a Thai restaurant. Traditional lad na uses Chinese broccoli. That swap changes the texture and the authenticity of the dish. They also didn't have the typical sauce that usually complements lad na, which I found strange for a Thai restaurant. The Thai fried rice was decent. Overall, I'm giving this place four stars. Here's my why. First, they didn't have common condiments that are pretty standard at most Thai restaurants. That threw me off. Second, the service. They weren't rude at all. Everyone was friendly. But the attentiveness just wasn't there, especially considering we placed a large order and the restaurant wasn't that busy. Third, the flavor and authenticity details. It just didn't hit the way traditional Thai food usually does. I've eaten Thai food all my life, especially in Thai Town in California and throughout Orange County, and the flavor profile here wasn't on that level. If someone asked me if I would return, probably not. But don't let my review stop you. Be your own judge. My goal isn't to hurt the business. It's feedback. Tighten up the service, dial in the flavor, stick closer to traditional ingredients, and it could easily level up to five stars for my taste. And yes, expectations vary. I've eaten a lot of Thai food, so I may be grading on a different curve. One more tip, if you're a party of six or more, double check your receipt. Gratuity was already included in ours and I didn't realize until I got back to where I was staying since I'm out of town. I had to call and have the extra tip removed. Just keeping it real.

For whatever reason, Chinese restaurants in Arizona serve egg hockey pucks and cover it with various items and call it egg foo young. I even asked about it before I ordered it. Alas when I got home and saw what I had, I was disappointed. It's faster to make it this way but the egg hockey puck had no taste - zero. They could have at least added oyster sauce, a little soy sauce, maybe nam plah, and perhaps sesame oil. It was tasteless. A complete miss. I also ordered something simple, shrimp spring rolls.
