Came here after spring training game down the road... About 4:30pm on a Wednesday, plenty of seating upon arrival, the hostess appeared slightly overwhelmed. There was only 1 other party & door dash driver waiting, yet she couldn't handle that. Upon seating, Cynthia is our server. Cynthia is very pleasant & attentive, overall it feels like they don't staff accordingly. Cynthia had to take the drink order, take orders & provide the refills. Cynthia does a great job, I noticed there were busy not enough people to help. The food; (dinner specials) firecracker Shrimp with noodles, Mongolian Beef & Kung pao chicken was excellent! We received a reward for BOGO at PF Chang's. We went tonight and everything was great! We have never come to this location. Loved the inside. Deep colors, mix of modern and older Asian artistic decor. Outside has the iconic Horses, which we love. Mongolian Tofu and Buddha's Feast with white rice and Lo Mein. Everything was Delicious! Kylie took care of us and she was terrific! Attentive, Friendly. All the staff, including the Manager were so attentive and personable. Wow this is hard to write. We have been regulars at PF Chang's for 30 years. Well that will not be the case going forward. We went to the Arrowhead location at 6:45pm on Sunday. The restaurant looked like a tornado just passed by. We were seated a mile from the door past 70 empty tables. It took our server 12 minutes to acknowledge us. We ordered drinks which took forever. Our server said the bar tender was really slow! Our food was the final nail in the coffin. The server (I use that word loosely) brought my husband's dish and set it in front of me. He said the rest would come out later?? Well the next dish was nothing that either of us ordered. He said the kitchen messed up! I see a definite blame pattern here. When they finally brought my Crispy Honey Chicken it was awful!!! I sent it back. We paid the bill and left. I guess even places I thought were good have turned. Be warned to avoid!! read more

Sat at the bar for early dinner, first thing I noticed was how dirty it was. There was a long sticky trail that ran the length of the bar. Dust on liquor bottles, decor. Mirrors were sloppily cleaned, fridge doors were covered in film. I had a residue on my wine glass. You could just see the filth. This bar isn't large. This bar needs a good cleaning. A scrub, attention to detail. It's located directly behind the hostess stand. The film on surfaces was similar to film on an oven vent. Just bad. Someone needs to pay more attention read more

We went to P.F. Chang's for Mother's Day and unfortunately the experience was awful from start to finish, despite the staff being very kind. We had a reservation for 1:00 PM and weren't seated until around 1:30 PM. We noticed multiple other parties with reservations waiting just as long, which honestly defeats the purpose of making a reservation in the first place. It was Mother's Day, so we expected it to be busy and initially tried to let it slide. The problems continued once we were seated. We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps as an appetizer. I had never had them before and assumed they were meant to be cold, but after finishing them I noticed the table next to us had steaming hot chicken in theirs. Ours had clearly been served cold. The biggest issue was how long everything took. We didn't even begin eating our entrees until about 2:15 PM, which completely ruined plans and reservations we had scheduled after lunch because we never expected to be there that long. When the food finally arrived, my sister's salmon Caesar salad was missing. By the time it finally came out, everyone else was nearly done eating. Worse, the salmon was cooked on the outside but completely raw inside. It was honestly disgusting and ruined her appetite entirely. I tried to take a picture, but staff quickly removed the plate before I could document it. Ironically, we barely saw anyone checking on our table during the meal, yet they appeared immediately for that. Overall, for the food itself, it really wasn't impressive and especially for the price/quality. The sushi, especially the dynamite roll, reminded me of grocery store sushi from Sprouts. The dynamite shrimp appetizer was basically just breaded shrimp with barely any sauce (the sauce was the only enjoyable part of the entire meal). The spring rolls weren't good either; I've honestly had better at Panda Express. Even the water was lukewarm with no ice. The only redeeming quality of this experience was the staff themselves. Our waitress was genuinely friendly and kind. But overall, the restaurant felt chaotic, disorganized, and overwhelmed. I understand holidays are busy, but I've been to many packed restaurants on Mother's Day that still managed to provide a good dining experience. This was not one of them. For the cost, the quality, and the overall experience, it simply was not worth it, and I can't see myself ever going back read more

Went here yesterday and had an awful experience. I have been to so many PF Changs in CA, CO and Chicago and this is by far the worst one I've ever been to. We ordered our favorite drink the Mai Thai only to find out that they can't and won't make the original one. The new one has ingredients in it that I don't like so that was a huge disappointment. Then I had the chicken lettuce cups that were fine. However the side of green beans had the stems on them and were not appealing to the eye nor did they taste good. A person in my party ordered a shrimp dish and got very sick afterward. The manager was nice, but I could not believe that they couldn't just make the old original Mai Thai. I'm sure they can make speciality drinks. The whole experience was a major disappointment and a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this location nor would I ever be back. read more

Stopped in for happy hour (Monday-Friday, 3-6 PM, as listed on their website). The restaurant was pretty empty, making it a quiet spot to relax. The hostess was on the phone when we arrived but seated us promptly afterward in a spacious booth. The seats were a bit worn--you sink in a bit--but otherwise, the ambiance was clean, open, and calm. We kicked things off with a classic margarita ($8.99)--refreshing and delicious, just as expected. Unfortunately, we found out happy hour pricing is only available at the bar. (That should definitely be more clearly noted.) Thankfully, our server went above and beyond by speaking with the manager, who honored the happy hour pricing at our table. HUGE kudos for that! We ordered the iconic lettuce wraps, and they did not disappoint. The lettuce was crisp and fresh, and the chicken filling was flavorful with perfectly bite-sized pieces. A must-try every time! I also signed up for their rewards program and immediately got a FREE individual dessert. I went with the chocolate peanut butter cream pie--WOW!!! Creamy, rich, with the perfect touch of caramel to bring it all together. 15/10 recommend. Service throughout was excellent--fast, friendly, and attentive. We never had to wait long for drinks, food, or the check. Overall: A great visit. Delicious food, attentive staff, and a calm environment. Madelyn, I hope you read this. I understand its a Thursday night but for a table that sat waiting for 13 minutes just to come get our drink order. Not put in our food in time so the table that sits across from us, 20 min after we sit down, gets their drinks AND FOOD more than 10 minutes before us, is inexcusable. My husband and I have been server's for many years before. The lack of asking if we need anything, how our food was, if we would like another alcoholic drink thats been sitting empty for over 17 minutes, empty water for 27 minutes... this is ridiculous. Thats why we didnt tip very well. 4 of your colleagues helped us more than you ever did. This service was so poor the tip reflects your complete lack of effort in serving us. This is our (my wife and myself) first visit to a P F Chang's restaurant. The best part of our experience was the service (5-stars). It was superb. Our waiter, Robbie, was very informative and took the time to cater to our needs. Because I informed him that I have a food allergy, he took the time to bring several special dipping sauces and soy sauce (in addition to their traditional table sauces). He also took the time to verify that everything I ordered would be safe for me. Robbie came back numerous times to check and see how we were doing. I ordered the Mongolian Beef and my wife ordered Miso Glazed Salmon. We both enjoyed our meals. We were disappointed in the menu entree options. It was very limited compared to traditional Chinese restaurants. We wish there were a few more options. In addition, the prices are a little on the high side and the atmosphere is not what one would expect of a Chinese restaurant . We had a bad experience with PF Chang's. To start with, there was dirty silverware on the table. I ordered Singapore Noodles which were so salty, I couldn't eat them. The server removed the dish and I ordered a California roll instead. It was the skimpiest California roll I'd ever seen, one layer of rice (which would be the cheapest ingredient) and very bland. Our dinner partners had to order a side of vegetables to go with her chicken dish. The manager promised to adjust the bill and not charge for the side dish. That didn't happen. When I received my bill the suggested 20% tip for a $40 meal was $10.25! That is NOT 20%!!! What a scam!! We will never go back there! read more

This was not our best P.F. Chang's experience. We have been to this location for the last time. Everything was slow to come out. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were busy talking to themselves. One of them apologized later for the service. The first food order was steamed pork dumplings; Luke warm and seemed like it had been sitting for a while. Next was the Kung Pao beef w white rice. That was better but not what we have enjoyed at the Norterra location. We really love P.F. Chang's and go there expecting an above average dining experience. I'm currently writing this review as I've been sitting here at the restaurant for the past 45 minutes after the set time my online order was suppose to be ready. I don't like to leave bad reviews, as a server myself, and I also have alot of patience as an elementary school teacher, but the lack of communication from the kitchen and hostess is extremely unprofessional. I've had to get up and ask for an update, only with the hostess to tell me, "they're still working on it." I was hitting the 45 minute mark with no update for the past 20 minutes. I think they must use pre cooked shrimp. we came after a spring training game and decided we will never dine at any PF Changs again. Our experience today was terrible. First, service was so slow. We were there more than an hour even though we ordered quickly. Second, our meals came without rice. Inexplicably, they were out. This was during prime lunchtime. Third, our drinks were never filled. Not one time. Our server actually disappeared. She didn't check on us until we had to ask another employee for our check. Then she brought that without a single consideration for the lack of what we ordered. I typically order an iced tea in a restaurant knowing the cost is absurd, but I pay it because I like tea. I do not, however, appreciate being charged $4 for a drink that is never filled. Lastly, just as a heads up, the teriyaki chicken is fried and served over a bed of pineapple. Going downhill big time.. Been going here for many years but we just went there yesterday for the 1st time in quite a while I suppose. The bar was just unkept. The lamp shades look like they haven't been cleaned in at least a year, the glass doors to the coolers were gross, the mirrors behind the liquor bottles haven't been cleaned in a long time and the wontons were just gross. You know it's getting bad when there is banner hanging on the building talking about 19.99 specials or something to that effect.
