Our food was just fabulous, our waitress Ambrea was just wonderful, caring , professional, we did not realize we were running late for an appointment, so she hurried to help us so we would not be late!!! I will definitely be back again!!!! read more

We paid 18% tip for curbside pick up and no forks, spoons napkins, sauces, etc. It really is disappointing when I tip in advance and get screwed. Also, our chocolate cake had chili sauce in a cup when it was to be extra chocolate on the side. I don't remember seeing chili sauce as part of the chocolate cake dessert. This is one PF Cheng's I will stay away from for a while. I don't think I need to tip for takeout anywhere anymore. read more

Ever since they changed the menu at this location, it's gone down hill. Management sucks and they treat their employees badly.

I could hardly remember why and how long ago I ate at PF Chang . I had lunch today at PF Changs in Mesa on Superstion Blvd. I can honestly say it was the worst excuse for a meal I've ever had. The presentation looked horrible and the food was worse. This food could have been outdone by any TV dinner or meal mu grandchild made when he was three. I could go on and on but why waste the time after wasting the money to pay for that food. read more

Excellent service , gf menu is amazing . Will be back !! Had sweet chili chicken, also offer gf dessert so yummy ! Come hungry !!!!

Great sushi, best Chinese food, great manners waiter. Also had great tea, oolong tea, I suggest dragon eye oolong tea.

Food is awful. Significantly worse compared to 2022. They cheat you on the amount of mongolian beef, they now throw in horrible carrots to try to distract you from the shrinked down entree. Never dining at this chain again read more

I was very disappointed in the food I ordered. I always order the same things. The Brussels sprouts looked like cream spinach. They were all soggy and uneatable. The lettuce wraps had different lettuce. They tasted like dirt, I couldn't eat the lettuce. The egg rolls were excellent. read more

we visited PF Changs on February 14, it was our first visit to this restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised as to the quality of our food, flavor and portion size. Trent in the bar was very patient with us and explained the menu items to us. There was a new menu which cannot compare to the old one but they are definitely going in the right direction. read more

I truly enjoy the PF Chang's in Chandler, yes my fault to believe the service would equal at superstition location ...ordered the GF Singapore noodles curry and vegetables with extra chicken...also order the Chang's spicy chicken extra chicken extra Spivey., no rice. The noodles were clumped, absolutely no veggies with the exception of 4 tiny julienne carrots and what appeared to be 2 pieces of green onion...extra chicken missing, literally got 6' tiny pieces of chicken at bottom of bowl...So I crossed my fingers as I went to serve the Chang's spicy chicken...not spicy and no extra chicken....I guess overall I should have been contented with my curbside order...I didn't have to cook it...except the extra was not free and the taste was poor...Sad Thursday for us at the dinner table:( read more

OK, so the atmosphere is nice and the service is good, but the whole experience is lacking. Chinese food should not be 90% protein. If that's your gig, by all means, hit the Chang's. I, however, love vegetables and expect a goodly amount of them in my Chinese dishes. So, PF Chang's not among my list of acceptable places to spend my money. Unfortunately, my wife likes it. But, I can usually get by with some Lettuce Wraps. This go 'round our server was Dominic. He was pretty damn awesome. My only critique is that he did not offer to tailor the Lettuce Wraps sauce. I have come to expect that and totally forgot to ask when the wraps arrived. Anyway, the wraps were bland as a result. Everything else was bland as well with SPARSE veggies. And believe me I have tried to request add-in veggies in the past. It cost an additional $5.95 for the reinforced disappointment. Even the Hot and Sour soup was iffy. Weak ass Chili oil and chili paste employed to ZERO effect. Lordy! Like I said PF Chang's take on Chinese is not for me... your mileage may vary. Dominic is awesome though. 5 Stars to him and his suave, expert service ... negative 3 Stars for stingy veggie game and lack luster flavor. read more

My asian wife and her two sons checked into wait for dinner. We waited for an hour and 1/2 while other groups our same size came in after us and where seated. Being a white male, I've never experienced racism until tonight, but being my first time I was very disturbed by this experience. I gained a better understanding of what it is to be on the receiving end of this kind of treatment and I'm extremely pissed off! The only reason we actually got seated after 1.5 hours is because the group they called in front of us realized the injustice of the situation and insisted that we be seated in front of them. I swear I will NEVER go to P.F. Changs again as long as I live! I've never been so insulted in my life. The young girl in charge of seating clearly choose other patrons in front of us. read more

Ordered curbside. Got there a few minutes early and waited 5 more minutes to call and let them know I was there. I waited 15 minutes and had to call them again.15 more minutes later she brings out the food. Takes my card and it takes her 4 tries to get it right. By this time my food was barely warm. After waiting over 30 minutes, it should have been free. She was probably new but it's the kitchen's fault for the food not being ready. read more

Packed well for delivery... but the food itself was soaking in oil. If meh and indigestion is what you're looking for, you've found it. High prices on chain food. read more

The service was great, however the food was not. I used to absolutely LOVE this place and the food was wonderful. It is pricey, so you'd expect excellent food. Some things have changed. For one, the prices have increased, as all places have done. My friend and I both had lettuvlce wraps, which were ok. They used to mix the sauce to your liking, but no longer. (probably Covid) The orange chicken recipe has changed drastically. I do not like it. I tried it there, took it home and reheated it the next day. Just threw it away. I want to like it, but I am disappointed. Oh, and my friend returned her 2nd item. She didn't like it either. read more

After going to Pei Wei a week or so ago, I had the worst Mongolian beef I've ever had. (See my earlier review.). So, we decided to go to P F. Chang's tonight to order the Mongolian beef there. Although both are supposedly owned by the same company, the difference was night and day. Although the service was a little shaky, PF's was yummy. It's no wonder why the Pei Wei chain restaurants are gradually closing all over the country. read more

we found the new menu. Quite a nice change! These selections were very tasty! And, the service was excellent!

Love this location. Best Chinese food. Very well cooked. Ingredients are fresh. Mongolian beef with added free broccoli is fantastic. Kids meals are great. The honey chicken is the best. read more

Amazing food and service! Atmosphere is very pleasant. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

Our server, Kristen was fantastic! She was attentive and prompt...would come back to sit with her again. The manager, Ethan, was super friendly and had only great things to say about the restaurant and his staff. Food came out hot, quick ,and delicious read more

My wife and I had a great experience for our date night at PF Changs in Mesa, AZ. Our service, the food, and atmosphere were great!

Great customer service from Jess for our large party! Food was hot and quickly delivered!

I love P.F. Chang's and this location is my favorite. I have been to this location many times with family and friends and they all love it as well. The service and food are excellent. Food it served hot and fresh. Favorites from the menu are the wonton soup, dynamite shrimp, lettuce wraps, long life noodles, mongolian beef, honey chicken, walnut shrimp, stir fried eggplant, and combo fried rice. read more

Service is normally good, quick, and pleasant. Sadly they've changed the menu and recipes for several products, specifically, chili paste and the ma po tofu which my wife will no longer order. Not sure why the change. We did notice far, far fewer diners on this trip. I suspect the menu changes have something to do with it as our server mentioned that many are very disappointed with these changes. It's a tough world for restaurants, and you had better serve what the customers want. read more

We reserved a spot on open table for 5:30pm. When we got there the place was packed!!! We checked in and got seated within 5 minutes. We were approached by our waitperson, Leslie, and ordered drinks while we perused the menu. Leslie came back and told us the drinks were going to be late but took our order. We ordered Chicken lettuce wraps, honey pot chicken, Lobster sauce shrimp and vegetable lo mein. Wraps came within 15 minutes and still no drinks. But we had food and lemon water so it was cool. But since it was taking do's long the restaurant comped our appetizer. Wow! Food came a bit later(we had our yummy drinks!). Wow! Hot and tasty!! Nothing bland spot on everything!! lo mein wasn't oily, honey pot chicken was crispy and hot, lobster sauce shrimp had tasty veggies and tons of shrimp. Leslie is a treasure! She was watching out for us, humorous and reacted immediately to anything that may become a issue. Ordered the bread pudding desert and all I can say is it was outstanding! We were treated like valued guests and it was appreciated! Leslie needs to be rewarded!! read more

Used to be wonderful but now it's gone downhill allot - Ordered double pan fried noodles- a old menu item they still will prepare if you ask. Got it two weeks ago and it was marginal . Got it again and it's almost inedible. Wasn't pan fried it was cremated meat was burnt middle were hard not crisp and it had no sauce and no flavor at all . Basically uncooked Top Ramen with 4-5 pieces of beef after I paid for extra beef. For $19.50 I expected my usual or at least edible read more

My husband and I rarely get out together and when we do we feel as though good service is hard to come by, but not at PF Chang's. Our waitress Tori provided exceptional service and was very genuine about her kindness. The manager is the reason why the atmosphere is good, he is very kind and all about making sure you have a good experience, you can tell they're happy to be there and they love their jobs. read more

Love the food. Never a bad meal, but their sodas are $4. Love to just go and order 3 or 4 appetizers for dinner. Never had a bad meal here. read more

So they responded they would let Soyinka but not that they would fix the lights????? We were one of 4 couples complaining so they obviously have a problem that needs to be fixed. That was the WORST response I've ever gotten so we won't be back. They need new management that actually want to help cost be happy. read more

I have eaten at various PF Changs for years...I have eaten twice in Mesa and both times it was awful food and ordinary service. here's the problem with the food. Salt and Pepper Prawns!!!!!!! $22 and both times at this locations served in YUMMY GREASE AT THE BOTTOM...small shrimp.errrrrrrr prawns and not like any other PF Changs same plate anywhere....ever. I would have complained but it was a celebratory luncheon for an employee, just him and I. Sad to watch this. Changs was once a "go to"...now sadly it's a "go not to" read more

Came here for New Year's Eve. It's a good thing we made reservations as there were more people waiting than there was seated. The same was true when I left 2 hours later. I only come here when someone else wants to come, and then, only rarely. I've never had any food here that wasn't better somewhere else for a cheaper price. They waite staff we had at our table was absolutely delightful! I didn't get her name and I'm sorry for that. The one thing that drew my attention away from all else was a wait staff who walked by a table, a woman put her hand out and touched his arm to get his attention to ask for more water. He took about five steps and I heard him say oh my Jesus f****** Christ.... Only because a woman had asked for water.. I don't know exactly how much it takes to make young people understand being waite staff in a restaurant with the prices on the menu such as PF Chang is a privilege and they should be grateful to be employed there and should treat their customers like gold because each customer is going to judge them on everything they see and hear about them and show it on their tip.... Working as a privilege and when you're in a service industry you give service! That's what you're hired for!! read more

Fantastic meal. Special gluten free menu, sweet &spicy chicken was delish! Hubby had kung pao Chicken from regular menu. Huge portions! Flourless chocolate dome for dessert just decadent. Our server Casey was delightful. We will be back again and again. read more

P.F. Chang's - Chinese Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

Ordered 3 days in advance for Mother's Day, they asked what time I wanted my food so I chose 4:30. It's now 5:30 and no idea when my food will be ready. Exceptionally upset because I received an email blast from P.F. Chang's for mother's day specials, which they clearly could not handle. **Edited to include that 7:30pm came and DoorDash (who P.F. Chang's hires) cancelled our order and when I called the restaurant they had no order for my name, after I had just spoken to them an hour prior and promised it would be out within the next 30 minutes. Needless to say, stressful and hungry Mother's Day, we finally ate at 8:30pm after calling somewhere else for food. Just wish Chang's would have been up front and not kept pushing my order out an hour each time. Hindsight being 20/20 I would've said forget it and ordered something else when they told me 1 hour delay at 4:30!! So so so sad. read more

Slow serving, not enough kids food, in my opinion it was kind of bad. I did not like the service there.

Came in for dinner a few nights ago. The service was awesome! Our waitress never let our glasses empty and was over the top professional and courteous. My wife and I were checking it out on date night. We tried the "chang's for 2" thinking it would be awesome. Should have been since it was almost $50 for it. When I say what I am about to say, know that the food was pretty good. It starts you off with a some soup. We opted for the egg drop soup. This was very good! We would get that again. Next, the egg rolls came out. They were over the top greasy and were not very good. The next course was dinner. I have to say, while it was not bad, it was no better then pei Wei. We could have saved $20 and the drive and just go to pei Wei. We finished it up with the "Great Wall" cake. Now that is worth coming back for. Very good with fresh berries and raspberry sauce. All in all, it was a good experience, but a little overpriced for the quality. read more
