Amazing place. We've made this our family take-out spot! Every item we've tried from the menu is flavorful, spicy (as preferred) and portions are filling. The pricing is a little up there but it definitely reflects the food quality/quantity, great flavor, and customer service provided. Ever since our first time trying this place, we've come at least once a month, if not more. I popped into this Thai Chili 2go location after shopping at nearby huge Target... (they share a parking lot). I worked up an appetite shopping... well that and it was dinner time and my son was at a pickleball training nearby and I had some time on my hands. I was greeted upon walking in and took a moment to decide what I wanted. I went with the Pad Siew with Chicken - medium spice. It was a large portion and it was delicious. I *almost* at the entire carton on my own, but not quite. I ended up eating the leftovers the next evening. The location itself is pretty basic and no frills. I guess that's why it has the "2go" as part of the name. I don't think this is a destination by any means but folks can stay and eat there if they choose to do so. I would guess the majority of customers that their food to go like I did. If I find myself back in the area, I would absolutely return! read more

The service! We entered no one was in the front to help us order when Destiny showed up at the counter she was rude right out the gate. She didn't want to take our order she preferred we use the kiosk. We told her we didn't want to use it and she took off her gloves asked what we wanted rudely. As we ordered and asked questions she said it's on the menu just read it. The coke machine was out of ice so my husband told her so she got a tray of ice brought it to the front scooped up some ice to put in his cup. Been ordering from the Power location for a long time. Have watched them go through changes but this time it takes the cake. Prices have gone up. Ok. But prices going up to ridiculous highs and taste and quantity going way down. Not ok. Why put a cup of soup in a bowl size take out container. This order used to feed hubby and I. Not any longer. Now it is 1 cup. The soup you get doesn't even match the description any longer. Where is the lemongrass for example? And the sides of the container suggest there was originally more in the bowl (would have filled it to about 1/2) and some was taken out. (See the ring around the take out container in the pic). The same happened with the fried rice- container filled about a quarter up. Asked for shrimp in the rice and got a couple shrimp. This flavorless food is just not worth the price any more. I was told that Thai Hot is 4x as hot as the Hot level, so if you like a standard spicy dish, choose this option. A good place to get your Thai favorites. It's located in a big shopping center close to a Super Target and other large stores and restaurants. I'm a big fan of Pad Thai and their chicken Pad Thai is very good. When you check in on Yelp, you get a free Thai Iced tea which is pretty tasty. I just tried a few sips because it's made with dairy (and I'm going dairy free at the moment) and I liked it. It has a significant tea taste that is very good. My husband tried their Pad See Eiw beef, also my husband's favorite. It is delicious! Portion size can be bigger, it's somewhat small for the price but it's ok. The place is clean and the kitchen is mostly open, you can see it's also pretty clean. There are many people who walk in to pick up rather than dine in; many seem to order online. There is a waiting area to wait for your take out order. I've noticed people usually wait a little even though they've ordered ahead. They're usually very busy, hence the wait times I guess. If you're dining in, you order at the register and your order is called when it's ready. Overall, good food and average price. We've been there twice already and I believe we will continue to go in the future as well. read more

Panang Curry Ordered this tonight from the Williamsfield location. I let them know I wanted the vegetarian option so no chicken or tofu. The girl didn't tell me there was no vegetables in it and I did not want the bell peppers so basically I just got the curry only. I've never ordered opening curry dish without having carrots green beans broccoli loaded with veggies this has zero horrible! It would have been nice for the server to let me know nothing was going to be in the bowl! As I know the ingredients are listed on the menu, I have never had this experience in the many other Thai restaurants around the valley. As I mentioned to the girl I was having the veggie option should have ket me know there would be no veggies! I asked for peanuts when I picked up and they were friendly and gladly provided.. my order was sitting in the counter with others and they got my order and presented it to me. They charge you for the protein (which is fine) but you definitely get like maybe $1.00 worth of protein my Tom Kha Gai came with 2 pieces of chicken thin too maybe they split one piece into two. Over salty and they charge me for a fountain drink when I asked for a cup for water. With diabetes you cannot have anything from the fountain drink. They refunded me the money because I never even received a fountain drink cup, they offer an option between white and brown rice but do not tell brown rice is extra. Definitely not worth a second try. Very misleading with the prices she tried to give the cup for the fountain drink, nice try I never ordered one. Hope People Get their moneys worth. read more

I am officially addicted to this restaurant! I was working a marketing event about a mile away from this location. (November 3-6 2021) Midway through the first day of the event I was STARVING! I normally do not eat at strip mall - fast food style restaurants. But I was so hungry I didn't care. I ran in and ordered noodles with chicken. I had to be directed on the correct way to order as I was deliriously hungry. Waited about ten minutes for my order. It was absolutely Delicious! The chow mien noodles were piping hot, the chicken was very tender and all the spicy flavors were amazing together. I love that they serve the meal in a large, round thick bowl- it's so much better that a flat, styrofoam to-go box. The round bowl keeps all the flavors mixed together so well and it just looks and tastes better. The dish was so good. I wondered if it was really that good because it was good, OR because I was so hungry! So, I went back the next day and the next!! Three days after my work event was over, I drove across town from my house to eat here again and even bought extra to have for later that evening and/or the next day.
