Watch out, Look out! Awesome Thai food ahead! We had a craving for Thai, but had struck out on a few around. We took a chance and gave TPC a chance! Wow, we did not go wrong. The restaurant was tucked away in a strip mall, but was cozy. The staff is amazing and we were immediately seated. We went with spring rolls as a starter and were blown away by the freshness of the ingredients. Main courses did not disappoint. We had the orange chicken and spicy basil - both were on point! Came here with a friend. I ordered the yellow curry with white rice, the Thai wonton soup, a Thai tea, and fried wontons. The server was nice. I was a little thrown off about the yellow curry, I wasn't asked my spice level. I later found out it starts at a level 2 ... which would have been nice to know before ordering. I also ordered the Thai wonton soup and fried wontons. The Thai wonton soup wasn't bad actually, I probably should have ordered a bowl. The fried wontons were quite sad. 95% batter 5% meat. The meat portion in the fried wontons were extremely tiny. A bit of a disappointment. The yellow curry came out and I'm used to flavorful and spices, and spiciness (since it's level 2). It was neither. I couldn't taste any flavor to it at all! Like eating food with no flavor or spices. I took the food to go. All day the next day, I was having the WORST issues with my stomach. (And you know the rest). I was sick all day. Not blaming this food, but it was a high possibility. My friend was also a little sick the next day. This place wasn't for me. My wife, daughter, and I came here for dinner, and although the restaurant was full, we were fortunate they had one table available for us. It's a small spot tucked into a strip mall, and unless you know it's there, it would be easy to miss. It's a really good restaurant. Service was a bit slow, but that was understandable given how busy they were and the nonstop phone calls for takeout orders. We have been searching for pineapple fried rice that we love. Here it has the fresh pineapple chunks, cashews and raisins as we prefer. We got it mild spice wise and I go up a level next time. This place was BUSY and their phone calls will not stop ringing for take out orders! We found out first hand! We sat down and local people kept walking in and out to pick up food. It's a small restaurant that is tucked in a strip mall. You won't know it's there unless you googled it/mapped it. As someone who loves to travel, I can honestly say Thailand serves some of the spiciest and most flavorful food on Earth. If you're new to Thai cuisine, make sure you know your spice tolerance. We made a large order to go and the front lady was very friendly and reviewed the different spice levels with protein options. There are a great selection from the menu: curries, spice levels, and protein choices that it can feel overwhelming at first, especially if you're ordering for a large group. But the staff made the process incredibly easy. Our waitress was friendly, patient, and helped us place our orders quickly. Plus, each entrée came with rice, which was a nice bonus. A few must-tries: -Vegetable egg rolls , perfectly crispy, hot, and fresh. -House salad , cool, crisp, and refreshing. Pair it with the egg rolls for the perfect appetizer. -Spicy basil and broccoli dishes - both were excellent, and we loved being able to customize our proteins. We had several vegans in our group, and everyone found something they truly enjoyed. If you make large order and are rookies, review your orders, it's not them making the mistakes, it's YOU that can't figure out your own selections bc they customized everything to fit your taste buds! We loved it so much that we came back the next day just to try the soups! The Mixed Vegetable Soup and Tom Yum Soup were both incredibly fresh, flavorful, and comforting. We originally ordered cups but quickly upgraded to bowls because they were just that delicious. The restaurant has a warm, family-owned atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. It's casual, comfortable, and we never felt rushed, even while dining as a group. We're only in town for another week, and we'll definitely be ordering takeout before we hit the road. The good is wonderfully spiced, on the gentle side so don't be shy about saying spicy. You can always add chili sauce to add heat, if needed . I had pad woon sen like pad thai but glass noodles instead of rice noodles. Wonderfully spiced, lots of tofu and veg ( I ordered with tofu and it was delicious) I also had the shrimp spring rolls which were beautifully prepared. The dining space is open airy and well appointed with a light at each table. I imagine that could be very romantic at dinner time. I noticed a brisk take out business as well which further demonstrates how popular the food is. We will return and this is on my speed dial for Thai options . Unfortunately this place has changed. We ordered this past week and had a horrible experience. We work at the hospital across the street and have done many big orders in the past with no issues. We had food missing (3 plates) and were not offered a refund or remake after spending 15 minutes on the phone with the owner and spending $200. She was very rude and blamed us for making such a big order. I could go into detail about every rude thing she said and her tone but I'll leave it at that. I ordered the dish that not many Thai restaurants offer. Pad phong ka ree is delicious. I love the medium heat with vegetables and eggs. They go well with curry powder in this dish. I'm so happy to have found a great Thai place close to me. All these great reviews are well-deserved. I ordered the grilled beef salad, pad khee mao, and chicken fried rice. Everything was delicious - freshly made, quality ingredients - but the grilled beef salad was the star for me, simply because it's not something found at most Thai restaurants, at least not like this. Grilled beef slices tossed with shredded carrots, tomato, onion, and lots of cilantro. I'll definitely be ordering more of this in this heat, and look forward to trying more dishes. I have to say this place was pretty impressive when it came to Thai style cooking and cuisine. It's a small restaurant and I would say it can sit about 35-30 patrons all at once. I would recommend reservations on busier nights. Let's get talking about the food! We started with the Tum Thard; an appetizer mixture of eggs, noodles, papaya salad, pork rinds, and pineapples. Based on the layout and flavors we knew we were in for a treat! I personally ordered their Spicy Basil with Tofu. I thought I was a big boy and went for a #4 spice level; I was not a big boy! Needless to say, the spicy garlic sauce stir-fried with the bamboo, onions, and bell peppers paired well with my tofu, but I wish it was tad bit more crispier. Moreover, my brother in law is Laotian so he was able to order stuff not on the menu or that I'm aware of. One of them was the pork intestine soup. I'm not a fan of innards, but I had to try the soup. Boy am I glad I did so cause it was sweet and aromatic of herbs. Minus the innards this would have been my pick for favorite bite of the night. Desserts ensured with sticky rice and mango along with fried bananas. Service all night was solid as patrons poured in.
