This is a solid spot for Chinese food that's approachable and well-suited for the Gilbert crowd. They do a good job of domesticating Asian flavors in a way that feels fresh and satisfying, offering a lot more variety than Panda Express without straying too far from familiar tastes. The portions are generous, the chicken is noticeably better quality, and the menu includes a good mix of proteins, veggies, and carbs for a balanced meal. It's not the most authentic Chinese spot, but if you're looking for well-executed, crowd-pleasing flavors with good value--something better than processed fast food--this is the place. A reliable choice for takeout or a quick, satisfying meal.

First time. I was confused when I ordered the King Pao Chicken. She asked if I wanted a combo and I said yes. I assumed it would come with a drink it did not. I guess the combo includes an egg roll. Food was good they bring it to your table. It's food you can get anywhere.

Calling in an order was easy and quick! Very polite and helpful staff. Order was ready when promised and the food was tasty! We enjoyed the complimentary wonton chips and portion sizes were generous.

Ambiance 5/5 This is a nice Thai quaint restaurant with a nicely decorated dining room with Cultural pieces throughout. Service 5/5++ Dinner service was provided again by Moo. What's amazing is her immediate recognition of me and my last order. I have memory envy. Moo got things rolling with Ice Tea. The starter was their rice paper spring rolls (salad rolls) which come as four servings with a nice peanut sauce and sweet chili sauce. As mentioned in my previous review, these are amazing delicious because they are made fresh with thinly sliced cucumber, carrot, sprouts, fresh mint, cilantro and spring mix with a choice of protein. I always have them made with shrimp. Pro-tip challenge Try eating just one serving! Entrees ordered Pad Kee Moa (drunken noodles) Thai Hot! Pork Jerky, nicely seasoned with Thai seasoning and Sriracha sauce reduction. Served with a crispy outer crust and tender pork center. This came with another delicious dipping sauce, bravo! Food10/5 Chef Tom continues to deliver a very fresh culinary experience. The hosts are super friendly and felt lot of positivity entering in. Given the development of egg allergy I am limited to very few options at Asian restaurants. But to my surprise they had an option of removing the egg from the fried rice. So we got the usual pineapple chicken fried rice (forgot to post it) it's definitely a comfort having that. We got the crab puffs and a unique curry (don't skip on this one, I haven't had this anywhere else) the evil jungle princess..it's got shredded cabbage, mushrooms and chicken in coconut milk (that's all too it!) it was amazing! I didn't want the jasmine rice so they give you an option to swap for other things, I went with the steamed rice noodles (oh wow!) that entire combo was amazing! Paired it with the unsweetened cold green tea. We wanted something simple and non- experimental and were glad this place is so close, and the food is just amazing here! Nothing super fancy just good Thai comfort food! Good options of appetizers, mains, noodles, combos, curry's and desserts. To my surprise they even do vegan, gluten free and egg-free which is a plus!

Ta Lew...what to say…read more.. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable environment and relaxing music, good initial signs. I ordered the red curry chicken with a hot spice level, the usual as you'll know a bite of hades is in order. A fellow diner who ordered moments before us got the food first and was practically done by the time mine and my other diners food came. Granted they were getting busier and as such I can't hold that as a gripe against them. The food itself, meh. Presentation wasn't bad, but the floating red oil was slightly off putting. The chicken was pretty good and was accented by the flashing neon of green peppers and flare orange carrots. Yet the LEGION of bamboo shoots was quite overpowering. The curry itself was not hot (taste) in the slightest, I'd personally pinpoint it as a mild. The curry itself shared much the same flavor as the rice, garlic and sweet notes while lacking the creaminess/thickened texture of a non-soupy curry. Yes, the rice taste was...off. Overall I was not a fan. It's not bad, it just wasn't great. As stated before, the staff was really nice and the place was well cared for, positives for sure. And of course as always this is simply ONE of many menu items and just because this wasn't a winner, it doesn't mean they don't have one. But, I personally wouldn't endorse them on the curry.

We got the egg rolls, yellow curry with chicken, and the fried rice with chicken. Ordered "medium" for the spice level, and for us it was perfect. The chicken was hard and flavorless and because you have to dip the sauce it just felt like i was eating chicken nuggets. The orange chicken at Panda tastes better but it will not cost you 50$ for two people. I had the orange chicken and thai iced tea, my wife had a noodle plate and diet coke. 50$ is too much for the quality and serving. I thought the 4.5 in google was a good sign but it must be from door dashers who do not expect quality food and are willing to pay premium for delivery. I can only speak for going into the restaurant, eating there; yes it is a to-go place and i am sure that is used as an excuse to serve low par food at a high price tag

Today I ordered their popular dry noodle dish called Tiew Haeng with beef as my protein choice, egg noodles and the spice level I chose "mild". It's basically a noodle dish that has your choice of noodle tossed a savory, sweet, and tangy sauce, topped with meats, crushed peanuts, fried garlic, and fresh herbs. I can't even begin to describe how delicious the sauce is. On top of that, the ratio of crunch with the bean sprouts and peanuts to the meat and noodles is well balanced. You also know it's a legit Thai spot when you order the spice level as "mild" and your tongue is still burning while eating. Will definitely order from them again and hopefully one day experience their service at the restaurant.

The broth had a very earthy, muddy flavor that I personally didn't enjoy. I realize boat noodles are a traditional dish and many people love them, but the taste just wasn't to my palate. The beef was extremely tough and chewy and the portion size was pretty small too. We also ordered the chicken wings and they were disappointing. Six extremely small wings cost $12 and they had almost no flavor. I expected a unique dipping sauce but it tasted like a store bought sweet chili sauce. The staff was pleasant and I appreciate the opportunity to try an authentic dish but based on the portion sizes, tough beef and lack of flavor in the wings, I don't think I'll be returning.
