I'll start by saying I am normally very happy with P.F. Chang's. This time, that was not the case. I ordered the ginger chicken and the sauce was so runny it didn't even stick to the chicken. I had also ordered the northern style ribs, a long-standing favorite of mine. This time they were burnt and so salty I couldn't eat them. The second star is because my mom ordered salt and pepper prawns and her dish was as good as she expected. We meet our friends who we hadn't seen in almost a year to have a special dinner and celebrate two birthdays and the minute we sat down our waitress made us feel rushed. We ordered 2 bowls, for $50 (see attached). When we looked at the quantity of food we received for the price we both laughed hysterically. Like the Ambience Have been here multiple times, service is always good. I always order the beef and brocoli as I like the sauce. The beef is always cut in very large pieces and chewy at best. This time the beef was beyond chewy and not edible. My wife had the chicken and brocoli and said the chicken was also chewy and just not good, she also likes the sauce.
