Money that I don't have to waste... The vegetarian lettuce wraps and the hot & sour soup were the only things that were enjoyed. The king Pao chicken was only eaten by two of the 3 and the two that ate it both had bad stomach issues all night . I didn't have any and my stomach was fine so, go figure on how good that one was . :( And then there's the chicken fried rice. Umm zero flavor. Zero. Nobody ate it. Saturday night, party of 3. We ordered dynamite shrimp, shrimp dumplings, chicken lettuce wraps, fried rice and a kids lo mein. I have to say it was really good! I always forget about this place somehow but then when I finally go back, I'm always surprised by how delicious the food is. It felt soooo quiet even with the music. I felt like everyone could hear us talking. The Cosmo was ok but too much sour mix (I asked for a regular glass). Service was very good but it seemed to be lacking in the bussing department, lots of uncleared tables. Probably short staffed. Definitely a little pricey but good portions. I'll start by saying I am normally very happy with P.F. Chang's. This time, that was not the case. I ordered the ginger chicken and the sauce was so runny it didn't even stick to the chicken. I had also ordered the northern style ribs, a long-standing favorite of mine. This time they were burnt and so salty I couldn't eat them. The second star is because my mom ordered salt and pepper prawns and her dish was as good as she expected. I've enjoyed this restaurant too much in the past to give it up on one bad experience but this experience has scared me off of this location for the foreseeable future. read more

What can I say . I was once a 5 star PF Changs & Pei Wei regular. Still try'n to give benefit of the doubt here . Bar tender guy is well just sn out right dishonest liar . We went there at little after three ordered kung PAo lunch portion ( bowl) not to mention he's waited on us numerous times for lunch . Orders us dinner and i said we ordered lunch and his response was sorry we dont serve off the lunch menu (after 3:00 ) to which I quickly pulled up phone showing it says 4:00 on menu. I told someone about it and got the credit but WOW . What push back ! He's screwed up our order before and Ryan who's served us less times than him , came up to us and said did you order your "regular bowl Kung Pao " We said yes and he stated he will get it fixed as it was about to come out wrong "again" from bartender guy . That guy's on the ball and remembers our name ,previous orders etc Took filet medallions off menu ! Thats life but wouldn't hit reviews up if it wasn't selling but ...No black berry green tea like Kirkland has and almost every waiter when we ask says," its never been on the menu but everyday someone try's ordering it . Received a gift card from a Christmas party for this place. The last time we ate at P.F. (chandler location) we had a cockroach crawling on the wall behind us that flew on our table. Still had to pay full price. Let's just say my expectations weren't high, but it's rare when I pass up free food, so what the heck. Ordered on the app, which was easy and great. We ordered 2 bowls, for $50 (see attached). When we looked at the quantity of food we received for the price we both laughed hysterically. Our food bag smelled ripe of cooked fish, which was gross since we didn't order it. Quickly disposed of the bag and lids. With a positive mindset, we both agreed, maybe the food will blow us away. My wife said hers was a nice snack (orange chicken). Mine tasted like fish, so I threw it away (Mongolian beef). I only write this to help those deciding on dinner plans. If you want to overpay for a small quantity of food, go for it! I personally will never eat here again. Took my daughter here as her birthday request last night. She and my son got orange chicken which came out fine. I got the Mongolian beef and it came out as almost all green onions with probably less than 10 chunks of meat. I paid almost $25 for a bunch of green onions. ‍ Won't be returning. Came here on a Saturday afternoon. No wait with the reser we made. They have kits seating with fire pits that is beautiful at night. We sat in the back in a booth. Loved the decor and dim lighting. Appetizers caME fast. We had the wontons and potstickers. My drink (lantern special) took over 30 min to get. I was going to cancel my drink order, but it came while I was talking to our waiter. I got take out and I was shocked at the quality of the food I received, but also shocked they let this order leave the restaurant and thought it was up to PF Chang's standards. The Mongolian Beef was dry and hard and looked like beef jerky. The Pad Thai was cold and had no peanut sauce!! The beef on the Pad Thai was also hard and dried out. So , the wife and I went out to Chang's tonight . Wasn't busy at all . The menu has been pared down a lot to just the basic offerings . The food was served quickly and hot and tasted good . Like the Ambience Have been here multiple times, service is always good. I always order the beef and brocoli as I like the sauce. The beef is always cut in very large pieces and chewy at best. This time the beef was beyond chewy and not edible. My wife had the chicken and brocoli and said the chicken was also chewy and just not good, she also likes the sauce. For me 70 dollars for a bowl of rice and sauce has eliminated the establishment from my dining choices. We are both disappointed but they should do better. read more

For that young lady.... 5 stars but I can't remember her name because it was late and I was tired and I still needed to drive home to Tucson. The food I ordered was orange chicken. When I think of orange chicken I think a a crispy exterior and a nice juicy piece of chicken. I got the juicy chicken part, but the exterior was mooshy. So much so that my son Derek said "I can't eat this" so that was a waste of money. Isaiah shared some noodles with mom. Total plates ordered 3 and some appetizers. Two orange chicken, a noodle dish I believe it was chow mien. 2 friend rice sides and some pork dumplings. . I completely forgot to take pictures (to tired). I have given up on this location. The last two times we have eaten there, the service has been subpar. One time it took over 25 minutes to receive our check, I had to hunt down a manager to pay them. Another couple that was there that night were complaining about the same thing. If there is a GF next to the food item I expect it to be Gf. Finally got the GF version of pad Thai and then notice chicken has some kind of breading. We ask the server and she said it's a gf fried. At this point we don't trust it. Why couldn't the chicken come grilled?? Needles to say, he began having a flare up on the way home as his hands began burning and blistering. My fried rice is just white rice covered in soy sauce. Definitely not fried like it used to be and has zero flavor. We paid 18% tip for curbside pick up and no forks, spoons napkins, sauces, etc. It really is disappointing when I tip in advance and get screwed. Also, our chocolate cake had chili sauce in a cup when it was to be extra chocolate on the side. I don't remember seeing chili sauce as part of the chocolate cake dessert.
