If I could leave zero stars I would. I've never been treated so poorly by a hostess and a manager. We couldn't check into our hotel and had 2 small carry on bags and asked if we could put them aside or on the patio away from everyone and the hostess basically made us feel stupid said absolutely not and the manager was equally as rude. There are way kinder ways to say no - or maybe there was a way we could have tried to find a small place anywhere in that giant restaurant but they turned us away after hours of delays and a terrible traveling day. Manager didn't even give us the time of day and walked away while we were talking to him. Just was a terrible way to be treated and a kind or simple no I'm so sorry would have been ok. Service was very spotty. I think our waiter was new and needed more training. We never received our appetizer. Drinks went empty and we had to flag down another waitress to get refills. The food varied, some was lukewarm. If it had been hot, it might have been ok. Ambiance was ok but overshadowed by the other issues. Nasty, dirty restaurant! PF Chang's used to be THE place to go for consistent Chinese influenced food in a nice atmosphere. This location is just not clean! It's harder to see since everything from the lighting to the floors are dark. For years, there are constantly little flies / moths of some sort swarming around the bar area! Imagine sitting down to eat and you see bugs flying around EVERY visit. I let corporate know and asked that they address it. Manager called me, didn't apologize or seem to care & basically made an excuse they'd cleaned everything and that it's an "old building." A lot of restaurants are old but don't have bugs flying around where guests eat! The fact they seem to think this is acceptable tells me I shouldn't eat here again. Disappointed with management's response when I found hair in my takeout order. I ordered the crab wontons and upon opening the takeout container there was a loose hair (roughly 3-4 inches) in the compartment where the sauce is placed. I said "ok no big deal, I can still eat the wontons". After eating one and reaching for another, I noticed ANOTHER hair, but this time the hair was in the actual wonton and sticking out of it around the outside. Gross, but things happen. I called the restaurant simply to alert them so they can check the food out and make sure that any prepped wontons are clear of hairs and to address with staff...but the manager Joe immediately got a bit defensive. Now, don't get me wrong - Joe wasn't rude or aggressive or anything...but his reaction to my report of the hairs was "oh wow that's so crazy cause we follow strict policies and everyone wears aprons/gloves/hair coverings/ponytails for long hair..." I would have expected an immediate apology instead and genuine concern. Joe's reaction made me feel like he thought I was just looking to get a refund - which wasn't even the case and I never even hinted at it. I had to cut Joe off to explain that I wasn't asking for anything and simply wanted him to investigate. Disappointing reaction and think there needs to be a look at how management responds to customer reports. read more

We ordered a pick up order for Sunday night with and appetizerof lettuce wraps, a kids meal orange chicken and a regular sesame chicken. Total cost was $44.56, which was already high but service at pick up was horrible, the ability to fill the order was non-existent and food quality was unedible slop. The kids chicken on the website showed orange chicken as you have seen it, a cup of broccoli and a cup of fruit consisting strawberries and blue berries; what we got was cut up chicken nuggets not cooked in any sauce, a small container of some sauce which I assume was the orange and 2 1/2 wedge quarter slices of orange like go on beer glass side as the fruit. As for the lettuce wraps, they have always been crisp iceberg lettuce with a sesame sauce and we ordered extra lettuce and extra sauce; what we got 4 pieces of romaine lettuce and a cup of peanut butter sauce. Whn we called the manager to complain, he really acted like he did not give a damn, said they had changed the lettuce wraps and they were unedible. We used our own iceberg and own soy sauce. An by the way got charged for extra lettuce, and no senor, no extra lettuce and no extra sauce. As for the main dish, the portion was about half of what I expect when I eat in the restaurant. We ordered extra sauces and guess what no extra sauces. I should have put it all back in the bag and returned it, instead of having to throw away most of it. Will not be eating at this location of PF Changs again and would not recommend it to anyone. SLOP. read more

Great lunch and service by Grant our server, provided excellent service and our drinks refills without asking. Well manner and polite even boxed our lunch which not many servers do anymore. Sure it was pricier than the local Chinese takeaway, but ambiance, food quality and broader options made it worthwhile. Well, it's been a while since I visited one of these but the one in Grapevine did not meet up to expectations. Menu is limited, expensive and the food was not that good. The (new) chicken teriyaki was essentially chicken nuggets in a sweet sauce with almost no veggies (or flavor). It was also very oily. Likely used a mass produced generic sauce and frozen chicken pieces. Uninspired and overpriced. Service was good, as were the drinks. But we'll not be returning anytime soon! read more

Took quite a time to take drink order and we ordered appetizers, then he asked if we were ready to order mains. I was thinking, great, they'll all come out at once. Soon the apps arrived without plates. Once plates were delivered, our main came out at the same time. We never received any check in except to bring the check and then Chris was extra attentive. For an early Mother's Day dinner, my future mother in law requested P.F. Chang's. I haven't dined at this restaurant in a few year. Probably since they removed by favorite dish from the menu, the double pan fried noodles. For starters, we ordered the chicken lettuce wraps, vegetable spring rolls, and egg drop soups. The chicken lettuce wraps was always a favorite of mine. Luckily, t still tasted the same but the lettuce was smaller than usual. I miss the original sauces the lettuce wraps came with. The vegetable spring rolls were okay. I misread the part where it said they were crispy so I thought they brought eggrolls. The egg drop soup was really good! It was piping hot though, I actually burned my tongue! I topped the soup with wonton chips. My fiancé and I ordered beef with broccoli to share since we ordered a few starters. His parents ordered the sweet and sour chicken and pepper steak. The entrees were surprisingly small. I guess it's a good thing that we ordered several starters. My fiancé and his parents did notice as well that the portion sizes have slimmed since their last visit. The beef with broccoli was good, nothing out of the ordinary, just your basic beef with broccoli dish. I took a bite of the pepper steak and it was good as well. We went here for our 46th anniversary on the 15th of December and the food was great. The service was prompt and the server was courteous and friendly. The manager Ali had the table decorated up very nice with placemats and a vase with yellow roses in it and a card signed by the employees. We felt very special. We ordered dessert but were too full to eat it so we took it home with us and the rest of the meal we couldn't finish. It was enough for dinner a second night plus our dessert. So much food and lots of leftovers if you do not eat family style and share. Today party of 8 with 8 entrees, 3 appetizers, 3 glasses of wine and 1 cocktail our total was 300.00 with a tip. This evening we purchased $74.00 worth of food. We ordered Changs Spicy Chicken with brown rice extra spicy plus add extra chicken which cost. Next was the Salt'n'Pepper Prawns with extra green onions and fried rice, rice cost extra. The third meal item was the Singapore Street Noodles, extra spicy with chili-garlic sauce and extra shrimp that was an additional cost. Finally we purchased an appetizer, the pork pot stickers pan fried. We placed the order at 6:14pm and when my husband went to retrieve it, unbeknownst to him they gave him the wrong meal at their curbside pickup. He came home, shed his clothes and showered before jointing the family for dinner. You see my mother lives with us and has asthma and upper respiratory issues and we also have a 7 month year old son so we try to take every precaution we can to not bring the virus home. And if that's not enough we at least hope we've washed it away before we come in contact with those two specifically. We received a call from a manager name VC that was we received the wrong meal. We explained that we were going to call him as soon as we found the number because we didn't want anything from this meal we brought home. He informed us that he had squared the other customers away and would remake our meal plus refund us our money. So my husband returned for a second time and retrieved the food they brought out, came home and went through his process. I'm attaching pictures because they decided to send us home with what they felt we deserved which was burnt salt'n'pepper prawns without the salt and pepper. A barely there box of fried rice, it actually had two table spoons of fried rice inside a large rice box. Pot stickers that were barely seared on one side and jelly like everywhere else. And no chili-garlic sauce just some kind of dipping sauce I'm not familiar with. I will not order from this location again. We have dined inside twice before and the first time they got my order wrong. The second time they brought my husband someone else's meal. So we stopped going there and frequented the Arlington location. However in honor of Take-Out Tuesday we went with the closest location. So for starters i hate going to chain restaurant. But my co workers insisted that i try this place, and honestly I'm not mad at their decision. Setting: i personal wouldn't have a big dinner party here but small one no more then 10 people. Not set like the usual P.F. Changs very different and welcoming. We came during lunch around 2:15.
