Maycha yuzu cream bun
Christine C.

These buns were as tasty as they were huge. We loved that the top of the pineapple bun was nice and crispy on the outside, but soft and fluffy that it didn't push out all the cream when you take a bite. The cream is light, fluffy, and not too sweet. The cream to bun ratio is actually perfect, and a great "lil something sweet" to eat.

Came for the viral wobbly cat jelly that is so cute and tasty! It's located inside of J-town right across from the bakery inside. There was a long line that moved quickly. You can see all the desserts they sell, they have more than just the popular cat milk puddings on sale. The cat puddings come in two flavours when I went which is milk and black sesame. The cat puddings are quite expensive, sitting at $10 per pudding. Here's what I got: Milk cat pudding 5/5 - This is a must get. It's not only cute and wobbly, making it great for social media, but also super tasty. Comes with injeolmi powder and a syrup that adds to the flavour. Black sesame cat pudding 4/5 - Another wobbly jelly pudding but not as good as the original milk one. The black sesame flavour wasn't strong, but it resembles a cut black cat so you should also get this! Green tea tiramisu 4/5 - This was creamy and tasty, but could have more matcha flavour to it. Comes in a cute single portioned cup. Yuzu panna cotta 5/5 - Super delicious, light and refreshing for a dessert. The yuzu jelly on top was great and the entire dessert was not too sweet. Comes in a single portioned cup. Drip coffee 3/5 - Not my favourite coffee out there. Probably can skip this next time. Great desserts here and I would purchase again. I enjoyed the singular cups a lot and the milk cat pudding the most. Highly recommend for both the taste and social post ;)

The place to go and play with your food! This cafe has the jiggly cat puddings that have gone viral on IG. Located in J-Town. We ordered the original and black sesame flavour. The black sesame flavour was nutty, not overly sweet. Enjoyed the jiggle for a good 10 minutes before diving in to eat!

The cat milk pudding is creamy yet light. It came with soybean powder and brown sugar syrup. Both complimented the pudding really well. The jiggling is super cute! Just this treat alone is worth 5 stars! I came on a weekend morning and they made only the white ones. The cafe could be hard to find because there's no sign and it shares a space with multiple businesses. When you come up the parking lot pavement, take the second or third door on the right.

This is a small cafe in J-Town. I came here for the jiggly cat puddings, but they have other things too. For the cats, you order and pay at the front. The cats were delightfully jiggly and quite sweet. My favorite is the strawberry, followed by the milk and then black sesame. There isn't much of a seating area around, but there is parking.

I've been here a few times and their selection of baked goods is amazing. The staff are friendly and efficient. The filling in their baked goods are really well portioned, and I don't find their sweet pastries too sweet. I've loved every single item I have gotten here! Definitely work checking out.

I arrived right at opening time on a Saturday, and they had all their food items out, and were just placing the description cards on the display. Another family had entered just before me, but otherwise the place was empty. The interior of the store is minimal and clean, very nice quiet spot to enjoy some of their goodies. I ended up getting 3 pastries in addition to the mini-cakes since the staff reminded me that any order of 6 items would be tax-free, and the selection was so appealing that day that I couldn't resist! Flavour, quality, and presentation was amazing, just as I expected based on the birthday cake I had tried from here. I loved everything! Such a spot for great pick me up treat. Prices tend to run pretty standard for the GTA, $6-10 per item. Staff told me their night baker had made all items the same day, so no wonder their quality is top notch.
