We stumbled upon this displace in Korea Town. The croffles a waffle made with croissant batter, they offer range from unique to classic. I tried the classic croffle with ice cream and the croffle was delicious! They cut it into bite size pieces to make eating with your hands much easier. The service was quick and the server was really nice, making sure we had everything, including coasters so our drinks don't move. The restaurant gives off a nice vibe, very clean spacious. This is a cute little cafe with delicious croffles and drinks. I stopped in when I had some time to kill and enjoyed a strawberry croffle and mango ade. Croffles are croissants cooked in a waffle iron and Dessert Fox has a lot of varieties to choose from. The strawberry one came with homemade whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and strawberry syrup. It was so good and I especially liked the whipped cream. The mango ade was refreshing but sweet--not a complaint on my part, but just FYI for others who may not like very sweet syrup drinks. Came here for a post-lunch sweet. Love the croffles and café drinks here. We were there on a weekend during the day, and it wasn't busy at all. We easily found a table for seven of us. The shop is a bit smaller, with just a few tables, but it was nice and clean. Although the drinks and sweets took a bit of time to come out, I think there was only one staff member on site. Love the atmosphere inside - bright natural lightning with a few tables available. You can order to take out as well and I like how there is a small waiting area. Food Famous for their Korean Dessert Croffle - it's a new fusion type of croissant/waffle mixed with different Asian inspired flavors. If you want to play it safe, their classic flavors like blueberry, strawberry and oreo are awesome. I loved the blueberry - it was jammed packed with flavor, big chunks of blueberry and adding the cream cheese also elevated the taste buds. If you're adventurous, then try the Brown Cheese and Lotus. The brown cheese was sweet and savory at the same time - blending it well. The croffle itself is around $7.50, but it is pretty filling to share. Oh my gosh! I have friends in Toronto and have heart countless times how advanced Toronto's food scene was. When I heard Toronto had croffles (a hybrid croissant and waffle) I knew I had to try one. The Dessert Fox was delivering nearby with a short wait and it was a no-brainer! This review is based on delivery only, but my god, the croffle was everything I'd hoped for. The matcha croffle was my favorite of the two I tried. The croffle didn't even need a fork and knife and fell apart with its flaky texture. It wasn't overly sweet but had a really refreshing taste to it. It was super satisfying. On my next trip to Toronto I'll be stopping into Dessert Fox to visit them in-person. This was the first time I've had a Croffle which is a main staple of Dessert Fox's menu variations of sweet croffles and delicious drinks. On this afternoon visit, my wife selected the strawberry Croffle which comes with a Croffle, topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberries. Even after our visit days later they were still raving about their food. I went a bit simpler with a Croffle and Nutella which was also delicious. The Croffle itself was cut into bite size pieces which was convenient for eating. With the croffles we also received 2 pieces of Swiss chocolate which was really tasty. A note that when we visited Google hours were shown as the cafe opening at noon but when we arrived their sign showed 2 PM so we decided to have lunch and explore the area until they opened to have a snack later. The service was extremely friendly. And the cafe has a clean aesthetic with a few tables to sit at. read more

This cute little café in Palmerston along Bloor Street specializes in croffles. They also sell a number of cute drinks. Their plain croffles cost $4 and specialty croffles sell for $7.50. I ordered a plain croffle and it was buttery and flaky and lightly sweetened from the dusting of powdered sugar on top. It was also easier to carry home. I was given complimentary whipped cream to enjoy with the croffle. If you are a big fan of croffles like I am, this may be a good place for you to check out and enjoy a coffee and a dessert. We needed a place to celebrate and ended up celebrating this place! It's a real gem in Korea Town. They specialize in croffles, the delicious mix between a croissant and a waffle. They have savory choices, but we came there for desserts, and it was indeed a delightful experience. The Tiramisu was my favorite. The cream is just the right amount of rich and complements the cocoa powder well. The Matcha one is surprisingly well-balanced. I'm not a fan of matcha, but even I enjoyed a bite of it. Finally, brown cheese is a great take on a Danish or what Filipinos would call "Ensemada". Finally, if you like Ritz crackers with cheese, the cheddar one will knock your socks off. They also have a great selection of drinks. The mango Ade is voluptuous and tasty. Their strawberry latte is also a classic. Overall, it's truly a great spot downtown. However, beware that the place is small. We got lucky and were able to sit, but there were only a few chairs available. However, the small size of the dining room is compensated by the tremendous service we got. Our representative was so friendly and sweet, and she made our experience a delight. The proportions were great and had a great waffle to topping ratio. The Lotus Croffle I took to go and was still amazing when I ate it at home. The place also had great customer service. We accidentally got something we wanted to remove but he must've forgotten to remove it from the order, the citrus tea. We enjoyed it and he offered to remove it but we refused since we already started drinking it. He then came back with a complimentary Blueberry Croffle. It was very cool of him.
