I never expected this hidden place to be so popular, but after trying it, I completely understood why. The fresh strawberry daifuku was the one I had been craving for the longest time, and it absolutely lived up to the dream. The mochi was thin, soft, and perfectly chewy, wrapping around juicy sweet strawberries and smooth red bean paste in the most satisfying way. It was one of those desserts that makes you pause after the first bite and immediately want another. We also tried the Japanese dango, and I loved that they were made fresh, because the texture was so soft and bouncy with none of that dry or hard center some places have. The kinako one was probably my favorite. The roasted soybean powder and sweet syrup went so well together, and the aroma was so comforting. The black sesame was also really good in a different way, deeper and nuttier, with a more classic taste that felt simple but memorable. Everything tasted fresh, thoughtful, and made with care. This is the kind of dessert spot that makes an ordinary day feel a little brighter, and I already know I'll be thinking about that strawberry daifuku again.

we were looking for dessert after dinner and came across this place for bingsu. we got the seasonal…read morechestnut tiramisu bingsu (which only had the large size), and we also got the small injeolmi bingsu to share between 4 people which was the perfect portion. i really liked the brownie bits in the tiramisu, the bingsu itself isn't too sweet so the brownies added a nice bit of sweetness. the injeolmi one was also pretty good. i really liked the mochi toppings that it came with. the inside of the place is really cute. there are some seats upstairs and more seating downstairs. the downstairs area was decorated with flowers and photocards hanging around, and there's also a photobooth there. we chose to sit upstairs since it was a little dark downstairs. we came around 7pm on a saturday and it wasn't too crowded. you order at the kiosk when you enter and the desserts came out pretty fast. i would definitely come back here to try the other items on their menu, such as their toast and other bingsu flavors.

We were unable to break the frozen chunk or be able to mix it with the coffee and the coffee mixed with that frozen chunk submerged tasted really bad. Paying $16 for that wasn't worth it at all. The bingsu was good though. We got the mango bingsu bowl and it came loaded with mangoes and a marshmallow and an oreo cookie to make it look pretty! When asked what flavors I would like, I simply replied "give me an assortment please." The lady assisting me obliged and thus my box of 25 brigadeiros was formed. I also ordered a box of 4 to try. I chose the original, creme brûlée, pistachio, and white pearls. The box was immediately consumed upon returning to the hotel. They were decadent! I highly recommend visiting this location.
