The Peachy is a new Korean-style cafe that opened up next to GoodLife in the basement of Xerox Tower. Not much to mention about service, as you pick up your order to sit down at a table and clean up after yourself. The cafe is spacious and bright, which is a nice contrast to many other cafes in the area that are cramped. Has free wifi too! Prices are a tad above your average Starbucks, but is it worth it? The matcha latte was a solid "meh." A little too sweet and not super matcha-y. Personally HATED the plastic lids for their cups -- flap wouldn't hold its position. The madeleine... err, imagine a pound cake that lacks butter and then decided to fit into a madeleine baking mold. Dry as a desert. There's bingsu on the menu that's caught my eye, but I'm undecided about another visit.

I recently visited The Peachy Cafe that is close to Finch station. It is always a pleasure visiting a new cafe! We ordered the Jeju Hanrabong Ade and Peach Sunshine Ade, and both were a refreshing treat. The Jeju Hanrabong Ade had a tangy and citrusy flavor and the Peach Sunshine Ade, as the name suggests, left me feeling rejuvenated. They have Bingsu and desserts as well. So I'd probably try other menus as well next time. The staff were quick to assist us and had a friendly demeanor. They made us feel welcome and were happy to answer any questions we had about the menu. It seems pretty good choice for a casual outing or a quick pick-me-up.

A few of us came here to have dessert after dinner and shared 2 shaved ice, the apple mango and strawberry. Since we came near the end of the day, our original choice of green tea was sadly sold out and they only had these two options left. We got the sharing/large size and each came with these cute little containers of condensed milk and strawberry or mango purée depending on the flavour. These were really nice to add in more flavour later on when most of the bottom was the shaved ice! Each of them were very flavourful and had a lot of fresh fruit on top, making it so delicious! We had the two bingsus (shaved ice) to share between 6 people and it was plenty. The cafe itself is more quiet, and located in the bottom of the building. I am very intrigued to try some of the cakes and drinks the next time I come here! Would recommend, but would say to go earlier to get the flavours you want.

I went back to try their pastries again ! I went on a Saturday morning and it wasn't busy. Side tip: they have day old pastries and they give 30 percent off those pastries. We end up getting 6 of them since it's tax free. Yummy

Food: I just bought a sweet potato latte from The Peachy. I like the lattte! I've never had a sweet potato latte so I have nothing to compare it with. But it really does taste like real sweet potato. It's a good temperature & not too sweet which I like. Service: I'm not sure if it's the loud music or me but the baristas & I had a minor trouble understanding each other.i was going to order the banana mango latte but it wasn't available. While I was waiting for my latte to be made I looked around at their display. They have sweets & also lunch foods like sandwiches & egg drops. I asked & the lunch type foods will be available around 10.30am they said. I got my latte pretty quickly but they also weren't that busy when I got there. Ambiance: Very clean modern look. White walls & round white tables with wooden legs. The chairs are upholstered in different colours (peach, blue, etc). It's a nice looking place. I don't see any bathroom. I'm looking forward to trying more things from here as I'm not familiar with some of the items on their menu.

New cafe at yonge & finch connected to finch station so its very convenient to grab food & drinks on the way to school/work! They have a spacious interior so its also perfect to study or chill with friends. Have tons of drinks on their menu as well as cakes, sandwiches & more! I got their jeju hanrabong ade so good such a refreshing drink. Definitely perfect for the summer season.

Ridiculously expensive for a drink but I seem to keep coming back. I absolutely love the black sesame latte. It is the perfect amount of sweetness for me, while preserving the taste of the coffee. I have also got the Dalgona coffee, which was just as good. They also top it off with dalgona which is so yummy. I don't go often because a latte is $9 but when I do, I always enjoy it.

The baristas are very friendly and polite. I tried their corn cheese croissant, they warmed it up and it was excellent!

So the bear itself in the affogato was a solid icy chunk of milk (coz we chose the milk flavour) that just frozen. We added the affogato on top of it and while it looked aesthetic, the dessert didn't make sense at all. We were unable to break the frozen chunk or be able to mix it with the coffee and the coffee mixed with that frozen chunk submerged tasted really bad. Paying $16 for that wasn't worth it at all. The bingsu was good though. We got the mango bingsu bowl and it came loaded with mangoes and a marshmallow and an oreo cookie to make it look pretty! I don't think I'd come back to try anything else here. Was a little disappointed.

Delicious desserts, waffles ice cream, smoothies, and more. We ordered: Medium Mango Smoothie - $7.95 Simple Pleasures Waffle - $15.50 The waffle was light and fluffy and the toppings of fruit and chocolate were a great combination. I requested to be lighter on the chocolate but there was still a LOT of chocolate on our waffle. The mango smoothie was refreshing and sweet. I started going to Holy Choco when they first opened and their service was really good from some of the owner. Super attentive and caring staff. Unfortunately, it's since gone downhill since they've hired new staff and we had a number of small problems when visiting this time (dirty tables, dirty cutlery, requested if our food could be put in to go containers because they didn't want to do dishes, unfriendly, etc.) I hope they improve upon these staffing issues soon. Their seating area is good for friends and groups to loiter. Also, if you plan on bringing a laptop, they have MANY OUTLETS!!

For items: we chose strawberry, banana, halal marshmallow, waffle bites, brownie bites, and Oreo with a round of cappuccino's ($5.50 each). The interior is nicely decorated with a cute angel photo op in the back, and window bar seats and couches to choose from. Great spot for 2-4 people. The only criticism I could have was it took a while to get our order. So, it's not one of those places you can be dipping into expecting to be done in 20mins! We stayed for nearly 3 hours and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

I stopped by Kream after seeing all the hype on Instagram about the famous Korean "Dubai…read morechocolate." When I saw the price was $9.90 per chocolate, I was honestly a little surprised, bc it's sold under 7 per chocolate in Korea. But they were running a promotion until the 15th -- 5 for $30 -- which made it much more reasonable. I've never had the original version sold in Korea, so I can't compare it directly, but from what I've seen and heard, it seems pretty similar to what's trending there. Korean reviews are overwhelmingly positive, and people say it tastes just like the viral version. The texture is definitely chewy, just like the name suggests, and it's very sweet. Personally, it was a bit too sweet for my taste, but that's just my preference. That being said, I gave some as gifts and they absolutely loved it. So if you enjoy rich, sweet desserts -- or you're looking for something trendy and fun to share -- this would be a great choice. The shop itself is small and cozy, but very welcoming. The staff were friendly and made the experience pleasant. Overall, even though it's not exactly my personal favorite flavor-wise, I can understand the hype. It's a fun treat to try at least once, especially if you've been curious about the viral Korean Dubai chocolate trend. I'd recommend stopping by and taking advantage of the promo while it lasts!

The cube cakes are rich without being overly sweet, and you can tell care went into both texture and balance. They're also filled generously with so much cream!
