Came here with a good friend for a girls day out. Enjoyed the unique coffee. Tastes amazing. Just wish it's less pricey

The interior is really nice and spacious, and the desserts are super pretty. But flavour-wise, everything we got was just kinda...meh. Service was alright, cute spot, just didn't fully click.

Food, ordered with phone, arrived momentarily, not too sweet but very favourable. Prices are very reasonable Service, friendly professional and always with a smile Ambiance, love the warm decoration, seats are are clean and roomy , amazing place to catch up with my girl friends Highly recommended!!!!!

What a cute place! Very I teresting menu if Asian fare. I was super happy to see there are desserts with less/reduced sugar. It's not often to have this option! I'd come back for lunch next time! Drinks were also very tasty. We did try one that sounded great on paper but too strange in reality (coffee and plum).

Excellent store! Beautiful desserts and very unique combos. Also there is food too. Came for the desserts. 16.99 Midnight summer fruits strawberry and mango and pandan jello with popping boba. The flowers are decorations can't be eaten as well as the paper sign. On the side there is the sauce Coconut milk and add to your desired taste. Other choice was osmathum tea. The dessert have special after pm either 50 percent off or free depending. Next was the Thai shaved ice 16.99 they put a lot of stuff on it the brown sugar tapioca and crunch toffee shaved ice covered with sauce and underneath black jello. A nice mix of items and a little Thai tea sauce if you need sweeter. Creme brulee 6.99 friend ordered looked good not sure how it tasted. The store is tucked away in the building and the front entrance you have to go in the building. Parking in front of the store is not really possible as it's a turn about and handicap parking with 20 min parking spots. Plenty of other free parking available on site. Washrooms not instore have to use building just around the corner. Open till 11pm last call 1030pm. Great little place with lots of unique desserts to try. Also there coffee, noodles and some Taiwanese snacks. Not only was the food beautiful the set up inside as well very warm welcoming patio like feel. Service was quick. Some discount if you pay in cash what a steal. This will be my go to dessert and tea spot now. **Note menu items may change price this was the price at this moment in time.

Came here because it's one of the only places open late on a weekday. The desserts were So delicious and aesthetically pleasing. If you like "not too sweet" this is the place for you. I will be back for sure !

The aesthetics of this cafe is spot on. Very homey Instagram worthy. I've been wanting to go here since they've opened. Finally made it here to try their desserts. They are having a BOGO deal now until Oct 14th for their shaved ice. We also got the egg waffle which was good but not sure it was worth $8 for one. The shaved ice is really good. Especially the Thai milk tea one. Also there's a sign on the door that says you get 10% off your bill if you leave Within one hour. Has anyone tried this?? lol

We went Miss Lin for a light meal. It is nicely decorated with a cozy vibe. It's a cool spot which gives you a BBT feel but also provides you some good selections on their menu. This is certainly an interesting place for you to dine comfortably there. We ordered the Salt & Pepper Chicken and the Super Mix Dessert. Both of them were pretty nice. Cute food presentations. Nice server giving us prompt services. I would come back again to catch-up with buddies while having some decent food choices.

If you appreciate a clean, aesthetic space to work or chat, Miss Lin is a good choice. The DIY mix with coconut milk was refreshing and delicious.

I have to say that our first experience with Miss Lin Cafe was amazing and they were very accommodating. We were a group of nine and the place was packed. As we were leaving, one of the staff asked if we can give them 5 mins to seat us it was packed. We loved the ambiance, so calm and clean. We all had different drinks and we all loved it, we thought it was refreshing to have something that wasn't too sugary. I had a dessert that looked so pretty to eat, it was really good and again it was light but filling. Every staff had a smile. We don't live in the area, but for sure next time we are there. U are the go to place

Came to miss Lin recently and they are doing and buy one get one free promo i their desserts after 9pm. Super super worth it for the price. Their service was really good and they kept checking on us to see if we need a refill for our tea set. I love studying here especially because they close late. There's not a lot of cafe that close late in markham. It is always so aesthetically pleasing from the place and the food.

A warm and welcoming spot with tasty desserts and good service. They also serve some simple meals if you're a bit hungry

Came here on a Friday afternoon, and the place was super busy. We waited for a little bit before we were able to get a table for two. We loved that everything about this cafe was super aesthetic! And we loved that the desserts were really unique and pretty. It was unique of them to use a tea based sugar syrup as I dont think I've seen this at other chinese dessert places (where theyd usually use coconut milk or a simple sugar syrup). They also used a unique assortment of toppings and fresh fruit compared to other dessert places. Only thing we didnt love were the prices. Our bill came to about $70 for tea and dessert, which can seem a bit much for what it is. The tea set we probably wouldn't order again. But definitely see ourselves coming back for the ambiance and uniqueness.

The mocha we ordered was delicious, adequate in chocolate notes paired with espresso. I want to say that the drinks were the highlight of my experience here. They have a few special menu items, like the unagi pizza - which I found was not the best in terms of taste. I can't pick out exactly what it is, but something on there wasn't to my liking. Either way, interesting menu item to try. To finish off, I ordered some cotton candy for my sister. I was disappointed that they said they ran out of the paper cones/sticks for the cotton candy, so they offered it to me in brown paper bags. The space itself is bright, cozy, and modern. It's great for a casual brunch. The menu focuses on creative takes on classic brunch dishes, with most plates around $18-$25 and drinks about $6-$9. We tried the pork sausage shakshouka, pork jowl eggs benny, and a strawberry matcha latte. The drink was a standout--refreshing, nicely layered, and not overly sweet. The dishes themselves had good flavors and promising concepts. Unfortunately, the experience started off rough. Despite having a reservation, we waited over 30 minutes for a table during the busy Saturday brunch rush, and parking around the plaza was difficult. When the food arrived, the eggs in both the eggs benny and the shakshouka were overcooked, which was disappointing since runny yolks are key to both dishes. Overall, Corner Cafe has a nice vibe and an interesting brunch menu, but the long wait, tough parking, and inconsistent execution made the experience fall short this time.

Arriving at 11 opening time and being the first table seated we were excited to order. We ordered the sweet potato fries to share and found it standard and delicious. Fried well to crispiness and not too salty. But when we tried the Taiwanese meat sandwich and the Mushroom Sandwich and found them lacking in flavour and most importantly cold. I've tried these korean style egg sandwiches before and the main thing is that the bread is and the egg is warm when serving. So it really threw us off that the egg was fridge cold. Cold eggs and stale bread that honestly tasted oily was a disappointment for this spot. We ordered the ice cream sandwich for dessert which WAS enjoyable and the saving grace of the meal. All in all I would come here for the buns and pastries but not an actual meal (the table next to us who ordered pasta dishes also complained the food was cold).

They have 3 locations…read more(Mississauga, Scarborough, and Markham), where this particular location is located in Markham, near Woodbine and Esna Park Drive. The entrance of Omventure is somewhat hidden where it faces the back of a big building housing several different businesses (mainly restaurants). A great place for kids, teens, families, as well as young adults, the space houses a variety of escape rooms with different difficulty levels, where there is a suggested number of people needed per room. Depending on the difficulty of the escape room, you are given either 60 min, 90 min, or 120 min to solve or escape the room. You are able to book your escape room ahead of time, which is highly recommended. They do have family and kid friendly escape rooms available as well. Also, the use of phones is not allowed when you play the escape rooms - if you do decide to bring your phone into the escape room and use it, you can cause your time in the escape room to end early (they have security footage throughout the rooms). This location also has an expansive board game area with many large tables and many games as well as a cafe selling bubble tea and snacks. There is also a gaming area with video game consoles as well. My party of 4 stopped by Omventure on a Saturday evening where we had booked the escape room "Kingdom of Cats" (60 min, 3/5 difficulty, best for 3-8 people). Upon entering, you pay at the counter where you can get discounts if you follow them on social media or if it is your birthday. Once ready, your belongings are placed in a single locker and you are asked to watch a video explaining the rules of the escape room. Staff also provide you with a walkie talkie where you can ask for unlimited hints if you are really stuck. Afterwards, staff lead you to your particular escape room. My party and I managed finish the "Kingdom of Cats" escape room in the allotted time, although we had to ask staff twice as we were stuck with what to do next. This particular escape room required us to solve puzzles and riddles while paying attention to our surroundings. There was a bit of crawling as we headed to at least 4 different rooms. It may seem confusing where to begin at first when you are placed in the room but with teamwork and communication, you end up figuring out what to do to move to the next step. This particular escape room isn't scary, but it is kid friendly and fun. The 60 min really flew by just like that as we had to use our brains in order to figure things out. I haven't done a lot of escape rooms but this one was really nicely designed with lots of details throughout. Moving through the different rooms was pretty cool and finding the clues and working as a team together allowed us to escape and finish. After we were finished with the escape room, staff came to get us and took our picture on the stage where we could choose different boards to hold up. Nice touch as a souvenir of the fun time you had while you were there. For an additional fee you can also play as many board games if you'd like, but we decided not to. Overall, a fun escape room adventure for everyone! Would love to try the more difficult and scary ones next time. Staff were great and the facilities were well maintained where the rooms very detailed. Great option to have a fun time with family or friends.

The space is fine and decently laid out, so even with multiple groups, it does not feel overcrowded. They offer eight escape rooms, four game console stations, plenty of board games, a photo-taking area with fun signages, an open beverage bar (non-alcoholic... probably), and lots of good-sized tables for groups. It is a great setup for parties. We booked a birthday package that included three hours of hangout time (board games, consoles, photo area), one large pizza, eight drinks, and a one-hour escape room for eight kids. Paper plates and cutlery were provided, and parents could relax while the kids played. Bring your own cake and other refreshments with no hassle. Well-manner staffs are helpful and easy to work with. At around CAD $430 including tax, it felt reasonable, especially since the kids had an absolute blast.
