I came in with my husband Saturday night. It was a long wait, however we were seated around the quoted time. Our waitress stopped over after leaving one of her tables to let us know she would be right with us. When she came back she introduced herself to us and we mentioned we were not happy with where we were seated. She had a host come over and we were told we could not move to a bigger table because they had parties who needed them. Sarah came back and asked us what the host had said and we expressed our disappointment but that we wanted to order because we waited for so long. Right before she came back with our drinks she had one of the managers come over and he found us a table to move to on the other side of the restaurant. Sarah asked us if he was able to accommodate us when she dropped off the drinks and we said yes and asked if she would still be taking care of us. Unfortunately she would not be so we told the manager we would stay because she seemed so pleasant. We were right! Sarah suggested great appetizers and entrees and was very attentive to us as her other tables. We did not feel rushed or pressured at all. When she checked on us for dinner she said to make sure we save room for desserts. We weren't sure if we would finish the desserts so we asked for them in to go containers. She was spot on with the carrot cake recommendation! We will definitely be coming back and asking for Sarah. She is a great asset to your team as was boasted to the hosts by another table when they were leaving as well. read more

Not sure what happen here. I used to be able to go here and expect amazing service and equally great food. My girlfriend and I went for lunch last week and were beyond underwhelmed. Maybe the lunch cooks are the backup? A lot of the staff has changed and we sat at the bar but the service was mediocre. Our food was nothing to brag about. We had an appetizer and two entrees; one including steak and shrimp. The coconut shrimp was overcooked, almost brown and my friend's steak was all the way cooked for her to request Medium. I hear they are moving in another location so maybe they will be better once they move. We had dessert also that was supposed to be served warm and it was room temperature and not good. read more

I just deleted apps, and pictures to download this terrible app to tell you about the sweet baby angel workers at the Outback in Springfield. I feel terrible I can not remember the amazing, dirty blonde, fabulous women who answered the phone for my to-go food but she was working this afternoon 10/28/18 and she hooked it up. She was terrific, the food was banging per usual and I love these people. And the take out guy, he is constantly working I swear he lives there, every damn time I'm there he is. Anyway he works his ass off and is very nice too. He is blondish with glasses, kind of looks like a Justin or Michael but could be a Josh. Thank you to those angels for making it a great day. read more

My husband and I went to Outback last night for dinner and had the best experience. We sat at the bar, which was busy, as it was a Saturday night. We were met with the wonderful service from bartenders Amanda and Tina Liz, who were so pleasant. My steak was slightly over cooked but they replaced it quickly and without hesitation. The manager came to check on my new steak and was very apologetic. They even comped our Bloomin Onion for the trouble, which wasn't necessary. Otherwise, our food was delicious! The camaraderie among the staff made it feel as if we were having dinner at a friend's house. We will definitely be back! read more

I went to this place last night to celebrate my 38th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. The meal was so good, drinks were great. It was a Friday night and it was packed but the workers were doing a great job by keeping the crowd moving. My wait was only 20 minutes and well worth it. The manager was going around asking if everything was ok. It was a great night. So thank you to all of the staff there for making my special day a great one. This steak house is my favorite place to eat. Thanks again. Judith Rokicka read more

What a great experience! Ten friends from high school were getting together from all over the area (Bucks County, West Chester, Delaware and NJ)....this seemed like a good central location. When I mentioned it to the hostess, the staff couldn't have been nicer. Everything was perfect....apps to dessert. And the owner took the time to come over to the table to make sure we were pleased. The drinks were generous and the food was excellent. We'll go there again......for sure! read more

we go a lot and Amanada the bartender RUDE RUDE RUDE. she talks to only the people she likes and knows you wait so long for the drinks and the bar isn't that big. all the other bartenders are so nice and observant to you. she needs a new career. Love the food but we found a new Outback sorry. it's a shame too cause this location is so close but I won't go back. I bet other people feel the same way because some even said it when I was there. read more

What are birthday dinner. I went to Outback on 2/10 for my birthday and the GM Helen ensured my son with food allergies ate safely. She not only informed our waiter Christopher of the food allergies who also provided great service , but she she also informed the kitchen staff. Christopher was well informed of the menu items, gave great suggestions, and ensured we had what we needed. I will definitely be returning. read more

We had a great experience here all because of our server, Mike. He was literally the best server we have had in years - if not ever. He actually showed our kids how it was to show up to work with a great attitude, how to work hard, smile on your face and go the extra mile. He was attentive and had the best attitude. He made our entire experience. Sorry I didn't write this review earlier. Thank you, Mike! read more

I used to love this restaurant, but it has changed. The steak is very dry, and they no longer have the lobster sauce anymore. Some of the waiters are rude, and will mess up on your order. Don't go there between the 1st and 15th of the month because all the welfare recipients are thereand it is a ghetto mess. Texas Roadhouse is my new spot. read more

Not really understanding the bad reviews. Yes sometimes there is a wait but that is because the food is good. The beer is cold and the steaks are consistently solid. Adding the shrimp is a nice option if you want some variety. It's not Barclay Prime in Center City but nor is it priced that way. Solid option in Springfield. read more

Had a wonderful dinner yesterday 6/17/2022 celebrating my birthday with family. Our waiter Michael was absolutely the best waiter we had in such a long time. We lost power in the first 5 mins of coming in from a storm, but honestly one of the best service experience ever. We had impromptu music, surprisingly got our appetizer, and just fantastic vibes and attentive servers. Food is great as always, definitely returning! Keep up the great work outback! read more

The new hostess, Michelle, has literally the worst customer service skills that I've ever seen in my life! She was so unapologetically, shamelessly rude to my family and I, during our visit on Saturday, April 30th. I will NEVER go to this outback in Springfield, PA ever again!! read more

Mike B is THE best waiter we've ever had. Everytime we go to the Outback in Springfield , Del Co we try to sit in his section. Food is always good. New manager is very hands on - he helps bus tables and cleans up. read more

PRIME RIB sandwich is a joke for 18.00 dollars. Total garbage I've been robbed. This place should do the community a favor and close it's doors. Food is total crap. Done with this place. read more
