Stopped here for a quick bite on our way home from kennett Square. We sat at the bar. It was quiet with all the football games on the tvs. The bartender was so sweet. She was solo taking drinks and food at the bar. We shared yet another mushroom soup. It was delish. I had wings made as the local coach liked. So good. We also had a pastrami burger which was HUGE!! It came with ginormous onion rings on it. Huge. Happy we stopped. I would suggest also to try the French fries. They looked great. Do try. read more

I've been coming to Casey's for years. It is still a great hang out with great ambiance, clean, plenty of seating, good food, good service, and of course Eagles decor galore. Blow the whistle @Gillie the kid. I was there for the happy hour. The portions are excellent. I had the House boneless wings and the grilled chicken quesadilla and my new favorite a passion fruit, cheesesteak rolls and guava martini. If you haven't tried these items you are doing yourself a disservice. It's a great spot hasn't lost its touch. read more

Good food and good service! Appreciated the friendly atmosphere. Accommodated a last minute change.

I had not been to this facility since the ownership change about a year ago. I was nice to see that a good deal of the old personnel was still there. I had to order the prime rib sandwich as it was my favorite until it was taken off the menu prior to the change Not only was it back on the menu, but was even better!! The new owners must have let chef Scott Bray "take the gloves off" and do his thing. I won't be able to dine on anything else when I go to Casey's in the future. Not only is there a more than ample amount of tender prime rib and provolone with au jus gravy, but the addictive fresh hand cut fries makes this a 5* sandwich. Along with an expertly poured Guinness pint, I have returned twice since for my "regular no dinner required" lunch. My lunch-mates were also delighted with their meals, and intend to check out Happy Hour. Kudos to new ownership, staff, Tuesday lunch bartender and CHEF SCOTT BRAY !! read more

Had a large family gathering banquet style here recently and Casey's did a fantastic job with both food and service. The manager was super nice and very accommodating for our 50+ group. The waitstaff and bartender were also very friendly and efficient. Our banquet foods were all very good (chicken piccata, sliced beef, stuffed shells and chicken fingers). I'd like to go back and sit down for dinner or lunch at Casey's again. read more

My place of work has our Christmas party here every year. The food is good for bar food and the bartender is attentive even though they are often alone with all of my crazy colleagues. My only critique of the food was that the chicken tenders were literally chicken nuggets pressed into tender shapes- no thank you. The cheesesteak egg rolls are awesome and the fries were crispy and hot. Beer was cold and quickly refilled, we had a great time and even after the party ended we stayed in the main bar area for a few more hours. My wife and I have come in for dinner here before and it's always a great time but we usually are not in this neck of the woods around dinner time but if you find yourself near here, you could do a lot worse than go to Casey's. read more

I am a long time customer and I like some of the changes I've seen take place since the new ownership. As with any type of change, you won't please everyone as you navigate to find what works but I feel for the most part the new owners have created a better atmosphere overall. I love that they've added late night Happy hours specials and DJs! The new menu is cool but If I'd change one thing in addition to adding new items, I would have kept some of the staple items from the old menu and simply upgraded the quality. read more

Ordered with UberEATS from Casey's Drexel Hill because I was in the mood for a burger but I have COVID and the whole family is limiting leaving the house. As you can see we ordered two Black and Blue burgers (they have bleu cheese) and one Casey's Burger (ordered with cheddar). Instead what arrived were three burgers covered in bleu cheese. It was melted onto and into the burger so we couldn't just take it off either. I call the restaurant and a woman answers the phone and I complain. She says that I ordered three Black and Bleu burgers. Wait, what? Did I mess up when I ordered? I was ready to apologize! But no, I didn't (again, the screenshot). But she insisted that her screen said three Black and Blue Burgers! I am going to complain to UberEATS, so I ask her to please take a screenshot of her screen or printout so I can send it to them. They would want to know this was their fault, I am sure, and also I wanted evidence that the order was screwed up. I give her my phone number and ask her to text the pic to me. She says she will. I settle in and eat the burger I didn't want or love (damn shame since it was perfectly cooked) and watch a TV show with the family. The text doesn't come. Which is not a total shock because none of what the woman said made a damn bit of sense. I call the restaurant after we finish the TV show. No answer, goes to voice mail where I cannot leave a voice mail. I call a second time. Same thing. Okay, so now I use my son's phone to call (my phone has an Ohio area code and my son's is 610) and the same woman immediately answers! What a coincidence. She claims she gave her manager told her she cannot send me the screenshot due to "insurance" reasons. Right. Can I speak to the manager? Nope, not in. She says the manager will call me back. I won't hold my breath. I did contact UberEATS and explained all of this and they credited me for the burger. The woman at Casey's told me a couple of times in both phone calls that I should just do that. Which is fine, but why are they lying to me? Maybe UberEATS will eat the cost of this complaining that way as opposed to the restaurant having to fix the problem, which causes them to eat it. I don't know how that business model works. But that doesn't matter to me! Mistakes are made at restaurants, all the time! I used to work in restaurants! The issue is not expecting perfection, it's just fixing the problem! And even if they just wanted me to complain through official UberEATS channels, I could have done that AFTER they apologized to me for the error. Instead they feed me an implausible story, lie to me they will send something to corroborate the story, and then don't answer the phone until I call them from a different phone number! They took a fixable problem and made it way worse and it doesn't make any sense to me. I used to drop by there to get drinks and burgers from time to time. Not anymore. read more

I ordered the roast beef sandwich via Uber eats. It should come with the au jus but instead I got this disgusting ginger garlic side! I don't know exactly what it is. Needless to say, I had to eat my roast beef sandwich dry because they gave me the wrong sauce. So disorganized. They consistently get your order or parts of your order wrong. Frustrating when I need to order some food when I don't have time to cook. Paid my money to have a bad meal. Ugh Their food is below average. Better go elsewhere. read more

Met friends here and sat in dining room. We had pretzels appetizer and french onion soup. We got Casey burger, the reuben sandwich and the BLT. Everything was delicious. They have tv's available in the room so we watched the Eagles for the entire game. Will definitely return! Our server was awesome and let us hang out and visit without bothering us. read more

My good friend wanted to give this place a try as it's local and we could get a lot done in the area. The things in life you need are very close to Casey's such as Acme, CVS, Rite Aid and Dollar Tree. She also mentioned a prior visit for a fundraiser, she enjoyed the food. Inside there is a large bar and dining area with plenty of high-top seats. We went for the bar so we could have a good view of everything. The place appears generally clean however a little dark/heavy, some areas are dated with a few modern decorations or tables here and there. For me I knew going in I should have declined as I recall Casey's LED billboard had advertised over the top negative comments about the 44th POTUS. I really have no appetite to mix my dining experience and politics. WHY DID I NOT LISTEN TO MY INNERSELF???!! UGH!!! Once inside there were only two other customers and a friendly server at the bar. Our server went over the special and available beers on tap. We both went for the special which was a cheesesteak and chips but 'upgraded' to the fries. Surprisingly the cheesesteak was very good and at a fair price of $7. Half way into my meal here they come with the glaring looks and MAGAwear...To each his own but you don't have to stare! This now clarifies some other reviews of being uncomfortable if you are a 'local'. Well I'm a local. The server was nice the food was decent but the beer pricey at 5:00 pm, the way the customers made me feel I won't forget and will have to pass on another offer to visit. read more

I use to like this bar, I have come here several times and nobody never ask me for my ID and today I went with my husband and his older brother who is 41 years he didn't have the ID on him but have a photo on his phone but she said she can't accept it in a very rude way and said if you want to eat you can go to the restaurant side and she leave with a really ugly actitud, never coming here again, oh and I almost forgot to mention that I'm not sure if this have something to do for the way we was dressed today with work clothes and not nice clothes read more

This place fits the definition of just OK. It will do if you're looking for a lively enough bar. It has a nice separate dining room that is kid friendly. The service was nice enough and attentive. The food was decent but nothing memorable that would make me crave it. I had the Margherita pizza. It was tasty enough. The crust was a little doughy and chewy for brick oven style. The sauce was a little more sweet instead of tangy. It wasn't special. But it suited me fine. I liked the Buffalo cauliflower. Nice flavor and crisp to it. No one at my table seemed to dislike their dish. But no one went out of their way to rave about it either if that makes sense. read more

Oh Caseys.... I did go here for a private party. I've heard wonderful things about the owners, so in case they read this, please take this as areas for improvement. First off, the waitress who worked the party was a completely miserable person. That's the only nice way of putting it. She came in and threw our drinks down on the table and then ran out of the room and only came back it seemed when she really had to. She did NOT look marginally happy to be working this day. One member of the party was coming late. We asked the waitress if we could order his meal when he got there and she said no because the kitchen would be closed then. What? Is this not a restaurant? This isn't Eric Ripert 10 Arts we're talking about. Does the restaurant close down at 2 in the afternoon?? Nevertheless, we did order his meal when he arrived, a little later, and it came out hot and he seemed pleased. As for the cleanliness, some of the tables were sticky, and the windowsills were really dusty. There were also strands of hair on the windowsill with the dust. The food was probably 3 stars, about average for what I was expecting, but the server did not make the experience very pleasant. I was actually afraid to ask her for ketchup. Fortunately I was with good people and good company which made up for the miserable server. read more

The atmosphere is warm and comfortable at Casey's. The service was terrific. Most of the food is good. However, the lack of a veggie burger is surprising and disappointing. This was my first time ordering from Casey's, I had been wondering about the food here. I just received my dinner from UberEats-I Ordered a Chicken Pot Pie, Soup, and Chicken parm/Spaghetti. The chicken pot pie tasted sour. A small piece of dough on top. No flaky brown crust. The Vegetables tasted frozen, sour and flavorless. There was nothing good about the soup at all. Chicken parm was ok, Nothing special. Over cooked and average. The spaghetti tasted as if it was from a jar. There weren't any added spices, seasoning, fresh herbs, nothing. It's tough enough getting the kids to put down screens without TVs in the restaurant. I was hesitant on going here because of some of the other reviews but it was 100% worth it! I went on a Thursday evening and the bartenders (Brie and Mike) were very attentive to everything. They were very knowledgeable about the beers they had and helped me find one that I like and then made sure my glass was never empty. The food came out fast and was exactly as expected. I ordered the Casey burger and it was cooked to perfection. My friend got the fajitas and they looked and smelled amazing. If you're looking for a cheap but high-quality chili's or Applebee's type place, I definitely recommend Casey's. read more

Inconsistent service and mediocre food. What makes this place even more strange are the regulars that sit at the bar facing the door (usually about three of them). They are not the most welcoming group...in fact when the bartenders get off they typically sit with them and start adding to the comments of every guest. If you want good service and don't like to see everyone put down I would find somewhere else. read more

My fiancé and ate at the bar on Tuesday February 15th. He ordered a Turkey club sandwich. Mid meal, a roach crawled out of his plate and onto the bar!!!!! We let the bartender know, he quickly swept it away with a rag and apologized. Said our meal and drinks would be comped. He also tried to get the manager to come out and speak to us (he left the bar twice got go and try to get them), but they didn't come out and speak to us. Very disappointed, very skeeved out and will not be going back. It's a shame because Casey's has always been a fave of mine. read more
