Ordered a couple months back and really enjoyed our food! Ordered tonight (and spent a decent amount of money) and while the chicken schwarma bowl and chicken schwarma wrap we ordered were great, the rest of the food was completely inedible. The baba ganoush and hummus tasted rotten - like it had gone bad long ago. The pita was hard as a rock (clearly stale) and the wings and falafel were clearly old (off colored) and tasted fishy like they had fried fish in the same oil or probably more likely that the frying oil was very old. I called to let them know the food was inedible (and potentially gone rancid) and got... absolutely nothing. No apology. No offer to make it right. Just a "that's weird we haven't fried fish in days." I was so shocked that there wasn't any apology or effort to make it right so I asked about a refund for some of the items and was told they'd have to ask the manager to call me back but that's all they can do. And then they proceeded to not take my info. Very disappointed in the entire experience especially since we had previously really liked this place! Won't be back. read more

My friend was here once and he likes it a lot. The food quality here is good which surprised me when you see the exterior which is basically a plaza w street parking kinda in the middle of nowhere. I was expecting much more salad but there was much more chicken? Schwarma. . Not a bad thing but very slightly different: At least one of my friends got a burger and it looked superb actually but I am surrounded by so much bad food in my adventures lately that I am trying to mix it up more. Walkable from the Sellers library - so if they have events there. Could be.a good walkable go-to outing afterward. Outside I could smell the trash which did not give me a good first impression but the inside is very clean and a different world. Some more healthier drink options besides water like maybe an in-house prepared lemonade or something like that might add a bit more sparkle. read more

I've been here 3 times and have not been disappointed. The tool sauce is good. I've had the shawarma wrap, the chicken sando and a burger. All was good. Looking forward to try the bowls. They are close by and the prices are awesome for the amount of food you get. They also have a decent lunch special. A must try! read more

Learned of Toomi's from a local social media page and decided to check it out. Can't speak to the order and pick up experience, as my husband handled. He didn't complain, so I'd say it was positive. My falafel wrap was great. Husband liked the wings he tried. The lamb shawarma bowl was probably the standout, though. I had a bite and wanted more. Will certainly return. read more

This is the best shawarma we have eaten on this side of the Hudson and Delaware Rivers. Everything was delicious, from their homemade hummus and pita bread to their salads and sandwiches. Use the Toast app for your delivery orders because it's better for the business. Highly recommended. read more

First time Turkish food eater and obviously first time here. I always do walk in ordering the first time using a new place to see how clean the joint is and how mannered the staff is. Toomi's being new I expected it to be clean and it was. The staff was friendly but there was a tad of a language barrier which was not a problem. Ordered a wing platter ( w/ soda and fries ) and a chicken doner which was my reason for trying. The wings were a pleasant surprise. Very well sauced and a good bit of Zing as their name states. I had the buffalo dressing. The fries were actually the hit of the meal for me. Crunchy outside and soft inside. Excellent. Now to the chicken doner. Not sure what spices are used in making this and being a first time Turkish food eater didn't know what to expect. It comes on a roll with pickled cabbage of which there was a lot. Probably a bit overpowering. Did remove some to get to the finish line. A lot of food for under $20. The experience wasn't bad so I'll be trying them again. Maybe give them a few months to get settled in. Other items on the menu look inviting so time will tell. Feel like the 4 rating is pretty on point. Wish them good luck in this new venture. read more

I ordered food and when delivered the falafel bowl was missing.The courier said the restaurant wrote note that it was missing. When I called the restaurant the man who answered said he tried calling me and i replied no you did not Ido not have any missed calls. I again said you did not call and I am going to post a review.
