Inconsistent service and mediocre food. What makes this place even more strange are the regulars that sit at the bar facing the door (usually about three of them). They are not the most welcoming group...in fact when the bartenders get off they typically sit with them and start adding to the comments of every guest. If you want good service and don't like to see everyone put down I would find somewhere else. read more

We love Casey's! Great for large parties. Their buffalo chicken pizza is out of this world!

Great service and food was great! We eat here watch time we visit my inlaws and had Cat for a waitress multiple times. Cat is a great waitresses and great with taming wild children like mine! read more

Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name...... Been here a tone of times since I turned 21 a while back and I usually run into someone I know. Even met my wife here. Don't go all that often anymore but I like the renovations they did and that recently the bar became nonsmoking. It's a good place to go and have a drink with friends, watch the game. Beer is always cold and the drinks are reasonably priced. The food however is just alright, stick with the bar food appetizers, wings, burgers, sandwiches, that kind of stuff. I will give this place 4 stars just b/c it's a good place to go hangout and I've never have had a bad time here. read more

My fiancé and ate at the bar on Tuesday February 15th. He ordered a Turkey club sandwich. Mid meal, a roach crawled out of his plate and onto the bar!!!!! We let the bartender know, he quickly swept it away with a rag and apologized. Said our meal and drinks would be comped. He also tried to get the manager to come out and speak to us (he left the bar twice got go and try to get them), but they didn't come out and speak to us. Very disappointed, very skeeved out and will not be going back. It's a shame because Casey's has always been a fave of mine. read more

I hope that young man who runs the place really see's this ... I'm not trying to be hurtful, and I am not a regular but I come in enough, usually with the teachers. Today, there was a retirement party for a colleague. I just watched the very nice and sweet young lady, named Brie constantly play with her hair, dig in her ear, take money and cards and look at her phone, but NEVER washed her hands. Not once. She is very sweet, but when she scratched her head, then picked up a cup and went right into the ice with those same fingers, the ice is now contaminated. She went about her business making drinks and handling food. I heard that lady at the bar say she felt like she was going to be sick, and I could only think of one thing, contamination. I've seen that lady before have several drinks, and today she didn't finish one. She left. PLEASE wash your hands! It might be time to alert the Health Department for a reminder?? read more

This isn't necessarily a place I'd ever consider visiting. But I attended a banquet here. The banquet room was very spacious and service was excellent. I popped over to the bar a few times and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality/price of the drinks. The food was ok, but then again this wasnt lacroix. So I guess it was as good as bar food goes. read more

The service is pretty good and the beer selection isn't bad either. They've got a great indoor section, and two outdoor seating arrangements which are comfortable and pretty large. That said, the clientele is of mixed quality, and you can usually count on a fight or two per night on the weekends (which explains why there's usually a cop car posted in the parking lot after about 9pm)... makes for some good entertainment if that's your kind of thing. read more

Casey's is close to home and a quick, easy place to visit for a casual dinner. My husband and I come every other week or so. Service varies depending on the staff on hand but for the most part is friendly and attentive. Food is consistent for the most part, modest selection, nothing too fancy. Diners have the option of sitting in the restaurant or bar, both of which have comfy booths and the service is usually quick regardless of where you choose to sit. There is also a nice outdoor patio and seating for the warmer months. read more

We love going to Casey's! The food is great and the bartenders are amazing! They are always so welcoming and we love it there! Shout out to the bartenders Brianna and Karen...thank you for making our days/nights at Casey's memorable ones! read more

I've been in and out of this neighborhood bar for the last 30 years. Unless you're in there local click you will feel alienated by the bartenders and everybody in the establishment. The food is average at best and the fact that the bartender seems to disappear behind the bar more frequently than they are behind the bar is it concern. If you can't cook french fries don't be a restaurant. read more

Cool looking establishment w nice front staff, but some of the worst food we've had in some time. Clam chowder, the soup of the day, was clearly Progresso. At least try and trick me and add some chives, thicken w cream, etc. The french onion soup wasn't much better - decent broth but didn't butter/toast the bread. A soggy mess. We split a chicken blt wrap; the bacon was extremely soggy as well and it was overpowered by the sauce. Fries were good. Can't imagine we'll ever be back. read more

Please don't bother going if you want warm food. Long wait, cold food, kinda pricy for what you get.

Horrible, the service is inattentive, and blah. The bartenders and servers will leave your drinks empty, isn't it your goal to sell alcohol, do you not want to make more money.. Also, I've heard that they swap out their top shelf liquors, like belvedere, ketel one, etc. for cheaper liquors like Smirnoff. Put your money elsewhere. read more

Horrible place, Horrible service, horrible staff. I have been here a few times with some friends to watch a game and have a few beers, The bartenders were slow , rude and just outright miserable, I waited a half hour just to get a refill on my beer, and the place wasn't even that busy. The owner was really stand offish, and unfriendly. The food was awful. I ordered a burger and the meat was tough, the lettuce, and tomato slice did not look fresh at all the fries we cold and flavorless. Needless to say I will not be going back again. read more

Had lunch in the restaurant in November. We ended up being charged twice on our credit card. We called the manger and was told they would take care of, which they did. 10 days later we were charged again for the exact same amount. Both my husband and I called t and spoke with someone and were told the manager would look into and call us back. Weeks later we still not have heard back. It's a shame because we have usually enjoyed going there. It's frustrating that nobody bothers to call us and give us our money back! read more

It's a bar, with bar food. A little hard for me as a veggie bc so much of it is meat or seafood, etc. Ordered a "wood-fired" pizza that seemed doughy, bland and not at all wood-fired. My dining partner enjoyed her burger and I thought the homemade chips were delicious....she thought they were overcooked. Good beer selection on tap, attentive bartender/waitress and lowkey environment w lots of tvs if you want to catch up on a game. A nice place to hang out without having to yell over the noise. read more

Dont know what that bozo Steve s. Is talking about this place is awesome full of hard working people. Take a hike buddy. Oh by the way cheapskate it's not 1988 anymore a 2 dollar tip is ridiculous. read more

Been here many times over the years. In this neck of the woods, there aren't many choices for a decent sit down meal. Food is so-so but overpriced. read more

Made reservations. They could not accommodate us inside. We sat on the deck which turned out to be fine. Our waitress was mediocre . not bad not good. And she should have asked to refill our drinks. I got the fish tacos that were very dry. Only a teaspoon of sauce was put on them so I had to ask for more. Instead of boring lettuce and tomatoes they should use a Caribbean type slaw like other places do. Now, I have been here through the years and I don't think it's a bad place to eat. So I would say the food is decent, service is mediocre including the bartenders. Nice atmosphere. read more

Burger somewhat edible. French onion that looked great but was tasteless. Ordered two roast beefs that tasted like roast beef deli meat from the supermarket across the street. Service ok. Wont be back. read more

The buns on the burgers was absolutely amazing!! And the cheese steak rolls was ridonkulous! Just amazing and I don't know what's in that ranch dip other than ranch but I can eat a napkin if I dip it in that sauce! read more

Food is okay. Service okay. Not very clean and it smells like smoke even in nonsmoking section. Would not come back.

If you are looking for a private room for a party, go elsewhere! Service was good up until we tried to leave. The person who threw the baby shower paid $18 a head for food. When we asked for Styrofoam take out trays, the staff brought a few. When we asked for a few more, they brought six more and a bill for six people at the rate stated above. They are absolutely ridiculous!. We had the room until 5 but staff was poised and ready at the window to reset at 4:10p.m. It was about 80 degrees in the room. Even the sliced roast beef was served with a spoon in the chafing dish, not tongs. Dinner was a challenge. The manager is responsible for all of the above. Suggestion - Get a new manager read more

Absolutely awful. Food's awful. Waitress was awful. We came here on a whim. The host was extremely nice so we thought we were in for a good time. First off the menu is all over the place. The waitress said the fajitas were really good. They were not. Steak was bland and generic. The veggies were soggy and mushy like they had been sitting there all night. For 17 dollars it was highway robbery. My girlfriends hamburger was bad to. Just bland. The waitress was short with us and not very attentive. We had to grab her attention when ever we wanted something. She didn't even ask if we wanted our meals boxed up after we asked for the check. Finally the bus girl who was very pleasant asked us. Of course the food was so bad we didn't want it anyways. Maybe the waitress knew it was so bad that no one would bring it home. Bottom line stay away. The food is way too over priced for what they serve. read more

Went there today in the middle of blizzard. You would think they would be more accomadating and friendly considering the conditions and not many people out and about, but nope! The bartender was so blah and stand offish I didn't want to stay! So instead of having a nice cooked meal at the bar I went home and made my own meal. Totally turned off by the lack of care towards the customer service provided! Will NOT RETURN!! read more

The food was great. Just what it should be for a restaurant with local fare. If your looking for prime rib or something like that. You will not get it here.lots of food more then enough. I would come back.. the server was lost in space lol. read more

I think I might be one of the three regulars John S. is referring to from his post on 6/16/12. I have been visiting Casey's for the past 10 years now. I go here because I love the service, staff, atmosphere, and food. Casey's is an awesome spot, if your in the neighborhood, check it out for yourself! Side note: All the negative commentors.... why not say something to Matt or Frank (the owners) when you are in Casey's. They are nice and proactive guys who would do anything to make sure their customers are happy. STOP HIDING BEHIND YOUR COMPUTERS PEOPLE! read more

The food at Casey's is pretty good, normal American fare, nothing crazy. It's got a good selection of beers and a full bar. During the Summer my friend and I are here every Thursday and the bartenders always know us, and know our drinks. The atmosphere is pretty quiet during the week, and it's a younger crowd on the weekends. All in all a good time. read more

Good food and service. Super chill place and a nice mix of music. Affordable drinks and close to home. Wished I would have visited this place sooner! read more

Casey's Restaurant - Yummy! - New American Near Me - Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania

Some of my favorite dishes at Casey's include the cheddar cheese burger, Caesar salad, and tortellini. I also enjoy the Sunset Wheat beer that they have on tap. I like this place even more now that it doesn't have that stale smoke smell. Because of its delicious food and quality service, I will continue to patron Casey's. read more

I'm giving this 3.5 stars and almost gave it 4 in fact. WOW people. 2 stars out of 5 reviews?? I mean what were you guys expecting here? Seems most of these low reviews are due to poor service which I am glad to say I did not experience. My waitress wasn't overly attention or nice, but she certainly got the job done in a timely matter. That's all I'm looking for in a place like this. Casey's is essentially a diner. It even has a nice little old school train car that you can eat in. That type of thing amuses me. Also, I would think it amuses younger kids too, as every other table had a child under 7 when I was there. Everyone was well behaved though. Anyways, food was solid. About as solid as you can expect from a diner type place with reasonable prices in this area. I had some shrimp gumbo, the soup du jour. It was so-so. Definitely lacked kick and was a little light on the okra. Lady friend got a tuna melt. Was solid, not amazing, but solid. I don't know if I'd "recommend" per se, but it probably won't disappoint either. I got a nice little turkey grill sandwich or something. Turkey was flavorful and hand carved. Also came with bacon, roasted red peppers, and provolone, all on sourdough. I liked it. So yeah, nothing mind blowing going on here, but I was pleased with the cost and quality. read more

We had our office Christmas party here a few weeks ago. Matt, the manager, was very helpful and attentive with planning the event. We were placed in the big room for our party which accommodated us nicely. The food was buffet style and served quickly. The food was traditional pub food and was tasty. My only gripe was that the waitress had to come back to fill drinks such as soda and iced tea. It would benefit them more to have pitcher readily available for parties. Over all I was pleased and hope to return for a burger and a beer. read more

Some of the worst food I have ever eaten out. It wasn't disgusting, it was just not good. At all. We all agreed. Roast beef was like eating paper. Fish special was tasteless and dry. We didn't expect much, but we got less than we expected. I guess they stay in business because of the bar. Service, however, was good. It counts for something. read more

02/16/2015 - Just finished an early dinner / late lunch at Casey's and as usual it was really good! Our order spanned the menu as mom had the Mahi Mahi, with goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes, I had the black & blue burger with homemade chips, and my brother had a calzone with pepperoni. The food was excellent and our server Maura was terrific! Highly recommend. read more

This is an OK restaurant but I think there are some better choices in the area. However, if you want to go to a small bar/restaurant for a bite to eat and you are not in a hurry this is an option. However, you probably shouldn't bring kids late after dark. The service was nice and the staff was kind but it took a long time for the food to be served. The food was good and bad depending on what you order. If I was going back there again, I'd probably would get the pulled pork sliders as they were delicious! When I went to Casey's, I had an OK experience. The service at Casey's was great. The waitress was nice and friendly but it took a while for us to order our food and the two appetizers we ordered took forever to get to our table and the place wasn't even crowded. Also, the waitress kept getting confused on what was order at the other tables and keep bring stuff that wasn't ours. The pulled pork sliders, oven baked pizza and the mozzarella sticks were excellent but from what I heard from my other family member who ordered burgers, their food was cold and bland. There was a bar and some people were wandering around drunk so I recommend you don't bring your young children after dark. The price range was from $8-$20 dollars for an entree which is a good deal for the amount of food you get. However, the decor was outdated with old painted paneling on the ceiling which made the place seem dark and dingy. There were 6 TV's in the area that we were sitting and none of them were turned on. There is a train car that you can sit in as a booth and that seemed pretty cool. read more

It's a good place for a quick bite to eat, I feel like it's a little under-rated here.

Let me walk you through a typical weekend night at Casey's. You meet up with some friends decide to go down to Casey's for the night and just hang out. Upon arriving you see many former classmates from high school... no problem it is always fun to run into old friends. Where the night ends up taking a turn for the worse is when the white, faux-hood, tough guys come in (they can be easily spotted with terrible facial hair, even worse tattoos, generic snap back hats, and/or track jackets). These guys usually keep to themselves until about 12:30AM on when a fight is on the verge of breaking out at all moments (I have seriously overheard a fight almost take place because someone asked another guy why he was wearing a spurs hat). I give two stars because the food is decent lunch food. You won't go crazy over it, but it is decent to have every once in a while. Although the restaurant is riddled with inconsistent service. If you ever go there just be ready to interact with the worst kinds of people in delco. I almost forgot to include the woman that are there. I'm not saying that all of the girls that go there are trashy, but I'am saying there are probably more girls throwing up in the bathroom there than an average bar. read more

I was unimpressed with this restaurant. Service was okay and when I finally got my beer the glass had a major crack in it. Took forever for the waitress to come back to let her know. When she did, she was very, very sorry. Food was not that great and again, slow in getting to us. read more
