Place is great! Their fresh pizzas from their wood oven are reasonably priced and made to order. Their staff is courteous and professional. Matt, the manager accommodated my wife an myself with any request. Highly recommend! read more

I've been to this place a few times and I can see each time the service was OK and the food was very good. At least as good as barfood can get. However just this past evening me and my girlfriend went in there to have a late night drink and snack after a long day, we walked in sat at the bar as usual and waited to be greeted by one of their many bartenders on the floor. After about 15 minutes of three or more bartenders/staff walking by us none of whom have said a word to us since our arrival, or looked ya in the eye we finally decided to leave. Not to mention the seats we chose landed us right in front of one of the lackluster bartenders and he chose to not ignore us. Out of all the staff there not one of them greeted us or told us to hold on, not to mention they weren't very busy. Needless to say I am extremely displeased and I would actually complain to the manager. read more

I have to give this place 5 stars. We went to a show at the Tower, and there is nowhere around there to get a nice dinner before a show. I found this place nearby, got an Uber (5 minute drive) and went. The Pot sticker app was really good. My wife got the Red Snapper, it was delicious! I got the Roasted Garlic Tortellini Alfredo, and it also was delicious. This was well worth the Uber ride from the Tower. We will visit this place to eat before every show we go to. Our waitress, Maggie, was very friendly and gave excellent service. read more

We go to Casey's a lot after Upper Darby Summer Stage performances. We usually have large party's and appreciate it when the staff is patient and courteous. They could train their staff to be friendlier and more attentive but the food is good and reasonable. read more

Had a track get together at Caseys and could not have been happier. Matt was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed. The bartenders were attentive and the food was delicious! A good time was had by all. read more

Arrived at the Bar about 11:30 last night, expecting a good crowd, I had heard good things about Casey's, first off, a band in a place this small, not a good idea, sitting near them even worse. Where was the crowd? Perhaps the band being a Beatles band had something to do with it, or maybe not. First bartender right away came over greeted us served us, then did he go off shift? Trying to get the attention of the other bartender was difficult, plenty of bar backs who can't serve you (he went to get the bartender), so we decided when the band came back on to check out the deck upstairs, even worse service. The bartender there would rather chat up her group of friends/regulars with her back to us most of the time. So we went back downstairs to get a drink (thankful for the bar back) then back upstairs to avoid the loud band (I did say it is a small place). Next time ready for a drink upstairs, about to order, the bartender was standing next to us we turn, she walks from behind the bar & goes downstairs. Okay back downstairs, the band is done, we sit around talking next drink the bar tender actually came over with a bar back getting her attention (yeah) (hey we only get out once a month) and to run into this, no crowd to speak of, horrible service, you have to get someone elses attention to get the bartender's attention, where does everybody go? Apparently not here. read more

Slow service. We were wondering what was taking so long when the waitress finally showed up with ALL OF OUR FOOD at the same time wings soup and entrees. The best I can say is that the food was edible...but not enjoyable. Taco salad had an overcooked chopped up burger not seasoned ground beef. There was zero taste. I picked through to eat the lettuce. French onion soup was onions cheese and watery broth. Blue cheese with the wings was watered down. I should have gone to yelp first but we were just driving by and it looked busy. Two stars because at least the bar looked full. Don't go for dinner. read more

A few month back we ate here and it was terrible, living in the area and eating here off and on for years we thought it was just an off night for the kitchen well it wasn't we tried again tonight and the food was just as nasty. The server had my wife's meal removed from the check because her crab cake was mushy/watery and my seafood combo was no better. Our server was great but looking around while waiting for our food that wasn't the case with all of the servers. Bottom line don't waste your time or money. read more

Gave another chance and what a disappointment! Got a cheeseburger for take out and even though it tasted fine it made me sick the next day; meaning the meat was either bad or resturant was dirty. $10 for a cheeseburger that makes u sick, no thank u. I won't be returning! read more

We went there for Wednesday quiz night. We wandered around looking for a hostess and after not finding one, sat ourselves at the bar. It was mostly empty but the two bartenders were too busy chatting with their friends to bother to notice. We finally got their attention. Over the course of 3 hours, in a bar that was maybe a quarter full, we were never offered food menus or another drink. We closed our tab halfway through the quiz night since it was clear they were not interested in serving us. We happened to win the quiz night and won $25 off our tab for that night only. Since we had already closed our tab, they refused to honor the $25 prize. Terrible service and experience. Never going back. read more

I'm probably at Casey's (this location or the Ridley Park location) once a month, and I've always had great service and great food. The appetizers are amazing, especially the cheesesteak egg rolls. I've had most things on the menu, and never been disappointed. Definitely give this place a try! read more

Every time we drove by this place looked packed so we thought it must be good. Well, we were wrong. We went there a couple of days ago and it was a big disappointment. The service was friendly but very slow (the restaurant was half empty.) The French Onion Soup was the blandest soup I've ever had, it did have a lot of cheese but the broth was tasteless and the onions were barely cooked. My BLT chicken wrap was dry and fries while hot were soft and soggy. When I got home I also discovered that apparently there was some greasy stuff on the edge of the booth bench that stuck to my brand new pants and they are pretty much ruined now. Needless to say, we will not be coming back. read more

The food is decent but nothing to write home about. It will do in a pinch. They seem to have a lot of young hostesses and wait staff that are not very well trained. The worst thing is that the interior of the restaurant still smells from the days when they allowed smoking, and smoke from the attached bar continues to drift in. I'm not sure how this place managed to get exempt from the anti-smoking laws because the bar and the restaurant are clearly attached with shared ventilation. read more

I've eaten the typical bar food here (wings, quesadilla, moz sticks, onion rings, cheesesteak egg rolls) and have no complaints. Everything I have eaten was delicious. I frequent this establishment and it's a nice place to bs with friends on a chill Friday or Saturday night or to watch the Eagles games. Only issue is that there isn't much of a draft beer selection. read more

Casey's is on the way home from work and just close to home. The food is good but average. I enjoy the option of dining out during the warm months on the balcony or terrace. The service varies so if you go at a busy time then expect to wait a little longer. read more

Tried to take the family out for a good meal. Unfortunately, I picked Casey's in Drexel Hill. We had the absolute worst service that I have ever had, and the restaurant was not even crowded. We couldn't get plates, napkins, water, etc.. We would look for the waitress, but she would go the other way. The food was fair at best. My wife ordered the chili and it was absolutely disgusting. I was still going to tip 20% until the waitress would not come back to break a $20 bill for me. What an absolute waste of $60+ dollars. Do yourself a favor - go somewhere else! read more

Talk about a place that makes you feel right at home! This is a great place to meet up with family or a night out with friends. Great food with even better bartenders. Always look forward to my time in Drexel hill at Caseys! 5 stars for sure. read more

Always pleasant! Great specials! Love the cheesesteak egg rolls. We will definitely be back. Owner also super nice. Great staff

My wife and I stopped in Caseys the other night for dinner after hearing how good the foods was. The friendly hostess gave us the option of sitting in the bar or restaurant, we chose the bar area. The bartenders were both courteous and attentive to our every need. I even had a nice conversation about local sports with the male bartender. My wife had the shrimp lejon as an app and then a chicken ceasar salad which she absolutely loved for her entree. I was told they had a newer updated menu and the ribs were a good choice. I'm a rib fanatic and these were some of the best I've ever tasted! The meat fell right off the bone and had incredible taste to them as well. After a few beers and good conversation with the bartenders and some freindly customers we called it a night. Everything was great, being new to the area my wife and I plan on making this our new spot! read more

The food here has always been mediocre. Now with their "new menu" all that I can see they have done is increase their prices for the same mediocre food. They have also added hidden surcharges for almost everything. The Casey burger used to include your choice of toppings. Recently I ordered one to go and found that the list price of the burger had increased; plus they charged me an additional 35 cents because I requested my onions grilled instead of raw. The upcharged for adding a few onion rings instead of the homemade chips was something like 4 bucks. Really?!/ Way to nickel and dime your customers. At these prices, you ought at least attempt to cook the burger the way the customer requests it, instead of cooking everything well done. In addition, 2312 makes a far better burger, and now it costs less! Salads are okay but often have cheap, bland, nutritionless iceberg lettuce mixed in with the mixed greens advertised. And there's that dollar upcharge to blacken chicken. This place has a great location - wish they could do better! read more

Local hangout. Has expanded over the years. Used to be a ratty bar restaurant but they added an upstairs and redid the bar downstairs. Bigger TVs, a stage, and new tables & chairs were added. Food is decent, beer is good. Service isn't great. Seems like some "I don't wanna be here" attitude happening by the staff. Bar manager just walks around and says "How ya doin?" but doesn't help you. He asked me that last night while I waited for my first drink. He walked away and asked other people how they're doing...meanwhile I had to wait for a beer for a few mins while the bartenders walked around. There were maybe 20 people in the bar and the bartenders seem to hang out with their friends more than serve customers...kind of inexcusable but I didn't really care that much last night. For the most part it's not bad but it can be some ghetto clientele. Can get packed...sometimes by a younger crowd but can be a mix too. Have live bands occasionally. It has potential especially since smoking is no longer allowed. Great for a snow day. read more

please never go to caseys!!!!! this is a warning now! the food was terrible and our waitress was so rude and disrespectful so we chose not to tip her. in doing so we leave and check our online billing statement and noticed the waitress took 7.50 off my card as her own tip!! we keep trying to call the restaurant and get our money back but they keep ignoring our calls and saying there is no one to help us at the moment. so if anything is considering eating at caseys DONT GO! absolutely the worst experience at a restaurant. read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I went into eat with my boyfriend and two of our friends and had a horrible experience. Aside from the fact that our food was terrible, our waitress was so disrespectful. Disrespect on a level I've never seen before. When I left the restaurant thinking all was okay, I went to wawa to put gas in my car only to find out that my card was declined! How is that possible? Well, come to find out the waitress kept my customer copy and went back into their POS system and took money off my card without my consent. When I called and asked to speak to a manager, the second I told the hostess what it was about he magically just wasn't there all night. A little later I had drove back to Casey's to get a copy of my receipt and the lie they told me this time was that "They're not allowed to give out customer copies of receipts" you're messing with the wrong person here! I worked in a restaurant for a year and know that is absolutely, 100% false. When I called the next day to speak to a manager again and they found out what my name was, he wasn't in again. Shady? I THINK SO! You're all people who can make an educated decision about this restaurant but I'd advise you never to eat there, or at least check your credit card transactions immediately after! read more
