First off, I'm not here for the beer. They have a nice outdoor space that attracts the crowd with young ones. That's us. My husband liked a beer and would've gotten a second one, but the waitress never made it back to us at that point. I, of course, came to a brewery and ordered their apple cider margarita. There was a lot of ice. Too much ice. Not much drink. Didn't hurt that much because the drink was just ok. My kids crushed the pretzel. It was huge and my one kid discovered a love of cheese along with it. My spouse got the Cuban, which is a little dry, but pretty in line with Cuban expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed the pickle burger with double patties, enough meat that I also shared bit of it with the kids. My kid dipped the patty in the pretzel cheese. My spouse had read that it took a while for food to come out, but it came out pretty speedy for us. We also ordered the crab dip, but it came out at the same time as our main course so we didn't eat much. Taking that sucker home. Besides the pretzel, the variety of spaces here are the main highlight. Again, disclaimer being this is coming from someone who didn't come to a brewery to drink beer. read more

I had a nice time, my bag was stolen that had my wallet and a ring not to mention my dad's drivers license who just passed away. I call the next day and was told the manager would call me back. After calling 4 days in a row he finally got back to me. I told him the story and said he would call the security company that has the cameras. Said they only keep the footage for 12 hours. (Nice if he called me back) I called again and he said he saw me with the bag and couldn't see me leaving with it. Asked if he could get the footage later and he said he would, again called a few times and I tracked him to answer the phone after a week. He said he can't get the footage I explained that you talked me you saw the footage of me not leaving with my bag. He said he never said that. 80%sure the bag was turned into lost and found and he liked the cash and ring and took it, or knew the person who did a regular or friend. I asked for the footage and he cursed at me and hung up (I didn't accuse him on the phone it's only now I think this) I called back and he told me to F off and hung up. Great place for a late dinner. I got the meatloaf sandwich and could only finish half. Very accommodating staff moved us after we realized we were seated too close the the band playing that night. Pretzel appetizer came out the same time as our entree but that's a minor criticism. I will go back just to have the tomato soup. read more

I like the set up of this brewery and think they did a good job with the location, but the beer itself is kind of middling. Not a single thing on the menu stood out to me, and of the brews I tried I wasn't super impressed. Also, the fries I got were fine but nothing special. A Yelp search delivers again! Always chasing down local breweries for grub and grog, this one was a great find! Amanda took great care of us, and had high-performing support staff as well. Not a super busy Sunday evening, even with football on the several TVs mounted overhead. The beer choices were great, I really enjoyed the Session IPA. And the food - get the Cuban! Wings were shared around the table, excellent! With several overhead garage doors and a roomy outdoor patio, I also see this being a frequent warm-weather watering hole stop! Pics next time... Hidden treasures are found in spontaneity! When a restaurant I love didn't open until 3pm and it was noon, a flex and decision needed to made. My friend suggested The Artillery Brewing Co. in Drexel Hill and it was the best laid new plan! Our server Susie, was incredibly welcoming when we entered. She told us to pick where we wanted to sit and she would be right with us. It was a beautiful day, so outdoor seating called us. This establishment is large inside and out. I love the aroma of a smoker and guess who has one?! Their menu is creatively crafted and perfectly named. First Regiment are your starters, Second Regiment are mains... Super festive and inviting. Okay, okay... What about the food you ask?! If you adore smoked wings or fried wings... You'll drop the mic when you taste their smoked, fried wings!! Absolutely DELICIOUS!! Susie told us about the Alabama White sauce, which is slightly sweet and spicy. We ordered that, Buffalo, ranch and blue cheese on the side of naked wings. SMDH... that Alabama White sauce was so dern good, it would make you slap yo mama! But since violence is not the answer and I wouldn't want you to get slapped back by yo momma... I wouldn't suggest you do this Then there was the "CRABBY" crab dip... Another hit! I ordered the Salmon Salad Sandwich and my friend had the Musket Burger (see what I'm saying about the creative naming)... Since we were full from the First Regiment and cocktails (Lemon Drop Martini, Cosmopolitan and Mango beers ) we just tasted a little and boxed the rest of the Second Regiments to go. Great little brewery. My wife and me went with my daughter and son in law for a beer and lunch. The brewery is very clean and well kept. The staff were great! Professional and very helpful with any questions. We had a couple of the lunch specials, the smash burgers and sausage sandwiches. I had the sausage sandwich which was outstanding! In house made sausage smothered with peppers and onions on a bun that was crunchy on the outside and soft inside. I washed it down with a couple of their Fog of War, a New England Style IPA. Made the mistake of going here for my birthday tonight. 6 people. Took 30min to get beers. When we tried to order an appetizer, we were told the cook was overwhelmed and we needed to wait 20 additional minutes to place an order. Ok. When we finally ordered, it took over 30min to get food for 4 of us. It took over an hour for the food for the other 2 to come out, and it was burnt to inedible when it did. They messed up grilled. cheese. sandwiches. The beer here is great but the service makes it difficult to be a patron, and we will not be back. Such a disappointment. After looking at the menu online before going, I was really excited to try this place that's practically in my backyard. Right off the bat, we were surprised to see that there is what I suppose is some sort of municipal parking lot in front of the place. Whatever it was, there was nothing indicating that we didn't have to pay for parking despite it being a Sunday afternoon, so we did. We also weren't prepared for live music but fortunately, that wrapped up almost as soon as we sat down. (I'm not a big fan of live music, especially when it's loud, when all I want to do is have a meal and chat with my companions.) Strike three was the food. My husband ordered but did not receive an Impossible burger. He much prefers Impossible and Beyond because he thinks they do a good job of mimicking a beef burger. What he got was green and had carrots, whole peas, and other veggies in it. I'm guessing it was a MorningStar Farms veggie burger. I got the musket burger and it was awful. It was a lot of salty grease (which may have been partially due to the excessive amount of mushrooms on it) but for as much as I was able to eat of it, I never got a taste of actual hamburger. Despite the server saying she would note "no pepper" on my order, the fries appeared to have at least a little bit of pepper on them, but were otherwise OK. The service was friendly and adequately attentive. Despite their having three strikes, I might be willing to go back to try their pulled pork, grilled cheese, or tomato soup, but I'm not sure when I'll next feel like paying for parking in the middle of a residential area. read more

Stopped in as a first at this brewery. Pleasant experience all around! Sat outside, in the afternoon. Ordered the salmon sandwich (delicious!) and ordered a couple of their beers, IPAs, which were excellent!! The bar looks like a cool place to hang for games and whatnot. Def coming back!! Great pub and brewery in Drexel Hill. Wonderful wait staff, low key environment and they have an outdoor seating which would be fun on a nice day! We tried a few different menu items as well as two of the beers. Really liked *most* of it and the beers tasted great. We got the Tomato Soup which wasn't that great, very thick and had a "tin" taste. Apparently people really like it So maybe we got a bad batch. The hot wings were good, nice buffalo sauce and a smoky flavor. Mac and Cheese with pulled pork was DELICIOUS. Creamy cheese sauce and perfectly cooked and flavored pork. Sweet potato fries were nice and crispy, a definite for next time. Husband got the Fog of War beer which he enjoyed as he likes IPAs, nice flavor. So I absolutely love this place. Not a five since the food sometimes is a bit hit or miss. Like the Cuban sandwich is served with a bun upside down which is weird. The beer is great. We went on opening weekend and had all of their beers. Always a good place to sit shoot the shit and drink good beer. The service never disappoints, the feel of the place is great. First time here. Live close by, had no plans for dinner. Very glad I stopped by! Beer and food were quality! Had the Alabama white wings. They were surprisingly delicious! Perfect smoke on them and the sauce was so tasty, with what seemed Like a sweet note on the fried wings before they were sauced. Genius I also had the Mac and cheese. I was full halfway through eating it, but could not stop. There was a wonderful crispy layer on top that just made this. Highly recommend both dishes The beer: I had 2: The Flintlock (double IPA) it was decent The Fog of War: this was a winner. Hazy IPA that delivered! Excellent food and a great vibe. We tried a few beers all were good standard brewed beers but all good. Food was delicious and larger dishes. Took home enough for the next day. Enjoyed burgers and roast beef and plenty of fresh cut and fresh made fries and onion rings. Service was a little off but it was busy with a few large parties.
