Seafood boil. We got the $51 one with crawfish and broccoli added
    Ashley K.

This was like a 5/10. Reason being is that water we got was tap water, soup was piping hot like it was microwaved, the seafood was ok. We asked for sauce on the side and it didn't come on the side. The bathroom soap dispenser was empty, both of them. This was close to home so that's why we gave it a try.

I love Ruby's Cajun Seafood Boil. My favorite part is the big crab on the wall or the funny statue at the front.

We all had individual choices, we decided to bypass the 'all you can eat' menu! There are fried as well as the boil options! I decided to go w/Raw Oysters to begin my meal and I was happy with all my choices! The group all tried many items (crab balls, fried oysters, king crab legs and dessert options). The staff were friendly and the service was attentive! Note: if one person in the group chooses the 'All you can eat menu', everyone must choose 'all you can eat as well'!

Instead of our server approaching us to explain that our time was ending, a teenager, who had not interacted with us at all during the meal, was sent over to abruptly drop the check on the table. For first‑time guests, this felt dismissive and unnecessarily abrupt. A simple, polite heads‑up from our waiter would have gone a long way. Clear communication and respectful interaction are part of good hospitality, especially when enforcing policies that guests may not be familiar with. The food was enjoyable, but the way the time limit was communicated needs improvement. Better manners, clearer communication, and a more professional approach would make the overall experience much more welcoming for new diners.

They , pick up food with their hands on the buffet, And the Biggist one is ice cream machine. My Table was directly across from the machine. I watch child after child go up, play with the ice cream machine. Stick Their Hands in the flow of it. Absolutely disgusting. They just aren't being supervised by their parents and the staff is too busy to watch them. My suggestion is to move that somewhere else in the restaurant. So somebody can watch it. I also watched a group of teenagers get out of control when their mother went to the bathroom. They were throwing food and I felt so bad for the server. Baby, you need some buddy walking around.Checking this stuff out , especially on a weekend when you are so busy.

The restaurant was busy due to the holiday, but the staff managed everything well and kept the buffet running smoothly. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, especially for seafood lovers. We really enjoyed the crab legs, which were refilled frequently and tasted fresh. The shrimp dishes--including fried shrimp and garlic shrimp--were flavorful and well cooked. There was also a good selection of fish, mussels, clams, and seafood stir-fry, which made the seafood section the highlight of the meal. In addition to seafood, Ichiban had plenty of Asian and American-style dishes. The hibachi grill was popular, allowing you to choose fresh ingredients like chicken, beef, shrimp, and vegetables cooked right in front of you. Sushi lovers will appreciate the sushi and sashimi selection, which included rolls, nigiri, and fresh fish options. The Chinese classics such as General Tso's chicken, lo mein, fried rice, and dumplings were tasty and comforting. Dessert options included cakes, cookies, fruit, and ice cream, which were perfect for ending the meal. Overall, the food quality, variety, and festive atmosphere made our New Year's Day visit enjoyable. Ichiban Seafood Buffet is a solid choice if you're looking for variety, generous portions, and a satisfying buffet experience. We would definitely visit again, especially for special occasions.
