Went on a Sunday evening. Looked like a short wait but we spotted an empty table in the bar area. Sat and was promptly greeted by our friendly server. He got our beverages and warm bread right away. I ordered the special, Sirloin and Lobster tail with a wedge salad, no onions. My wife ordered the Alice's chicken and a house salad. Both came out fairly quickly. Our food was cooked as we ordered and was hot. Our server never let our glasses be empty. The bill came and was very reasonable. I dine here every couple of months and will continue to. read more

Poterhouse steak was just good. Medium done. My first drink was ok can't remember the name because I'm on my second drink name Sidney's Cosmo. Vince my waiter is great always asking is there anything else he can do. Great customer service, that's how I like it. Good job Vince. read more

Curbside take away is terrible DO NOT DO IT. 30 minutes for 1 item, fine, arrive at 3:37 sure. But when theres no sign if food and you've been waiting till about 4. Its ridiculous it's a Wednesday at 3:30. The wait is too long, then we go inside to see what's going on in there and they have it ready in the back. Hello, sorry what. I've waited 20 extra minutes and it's ready inside? Terrible terrible terrible read more

Let me preface my review by saying that I am not a fan of chain restaurants. But I was craving shrimp and unlimited shrimp ultimately swayed my dining decision for the evening. The food was good, shrimp are kind of small but who can complain when you can eat 100 of them if that's what you fancy. The service was what really wowed me. From the wait staff to the bartender to what I assume was an assistant manager EVERYONE was awesome! They all seemed to really enjoy their work environment and each other, which really shows in their treatment of the customer. This was my first time to this location and while I can't promise to become a regular I will absolutely be back! Great job guys! read more

I am so upset by the experience I just had at this location. I went to have lunch by myself and ordered the wedge salad to start. When it came out it was frozen on the bottom. I don't like to complain but I did mention it to a server who brought me a new one. This is fine because I understand things happen. The rest of my food came out and nothing was wrong with it. I had finished eating and it was 1:15 pm. I know this because I looked at the time because I needed to be home my 2:30 pm. I waited about 10 minutes and watched my server Erin walk by more than 3 times. She was busy so I figured I would give her a few more minutes. I got up and asked 2 different people for my server because I had waited for so long. They replied that they would send her over and never did. I eventually got up and saw someone in a red shirt who I assume is a manager. I asked her to either please print my check or get my server. She very kindly printed my check. I didn't not leave the restaurant until 1:50 pm. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it. read more

Had a Christmas Eve dinner here. Mom's lamb chops were raw and sent back twice. The third time they were over cooked. She never got to eat. Dad's salmon was dry and brother's steak was well done when asked for medium and had to be sent back. Ever since Dave Trout left the quality control has been really really bad and many, many mistakes. read more

great food and services ! Loves my waitress Colleen and the team here! I ordered the wrong dish and the manager took care of right away! My family and I really enjoyed the experience here and also the delicious food will be back! read more

Don't eat at this location - the hostesses don't wash their hands! Before I sat down, I went to the restroom & saw a hostess in there. She had just exited the stall - walked to the sink, adjusted her clothing, played with her hair, and left! I went directly to the hostess station & complained. She walked up & said she was clean because she had gone to wash her hands in the kitchen, where they all wash their hands! Where the food is prepared! After she touched God-knows-how-many things along the way! And all the hostesses thought that was just fine! I called the Springfield board of health several times, but no one ever called me back. FYI - I have seen servers at the both Conshocken & Rt 202 locations wash their hands properly for 30 seconds. I'm not crazy, I don't stalk them, I just happened to notice. read more

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. Food arrived cold and undercooked. When I sent it back I was told that I was mistaken...it was just fine. Outrageous. read more

Just had the most horrible experience ever at this OutBack. Worst I've had coming here. Not only was the service mediocre but wait time for seating, ordering of drinks etc was was the worst. We were waiting and there was no line!!!!! Tables were just not cleaned. After being seated it took at least 10 min to place a drink request. Then we received water posing as ice tea. Unbelievable! Baked potato soup was as cold as the temperature in here on a day that it's 40 degrees. Won't ever visit this one again. read more

Slow service tonite. Place isn't even busy. Sad. Theyre leaving a lot of money go out the door due to this. Need a new manager to kick things up i guess. read more

Totally screwed up a take out order. I had to come back to pick up the restaurant and still had to wait.

I was there last Thursday and Eliza and Amada were the absolute best. I opted to sit at the bar to avoid the wait and it was the best decision. Their service and conversation will make me come back. They made my experience. The food was decent too read more

I don't know how this place only has three stars. This has become our favorite place when we dine out. And I will admit that I'm not a big fan of the corporate chain restaurants. But this place can't get it wrong. No matter how busy they are. This place runs like a machine. And consistent. The staff never looks stressed or hurried. They all help each other. The management is also very nice and hands on. The food is amazing. The portions are the perfect size. We went on the night where they do the 11.99 specials last time. Excellent! Steak cooked to perfection. The price was unmatchable for a three course meal. Were headed here tonight and I can't wait. We always call ahead and its worth it as we get seated within a few minutes. The whole experience here is great. I look forward to witnessing them pulling off another miracle on a weekend when they're super busy read more

20+ years and still consistent. Saturday night bartenders Liz and Amanda are awesome.

So there I was, free steak voucher in hand. I was excited. I walk into the restaurant to find out where to pick up my delicious to-go bag. The hostess shows me where to stand at the back of the restaurant. I wait. Several servers pass me, as this is apparently the way to the kitchen. Each and every one of them stops to ask if I am being helped. Not just one. Not even two. But ALL of them. When the person manning the to-go...hallway?...shows up, he is also friendly. When I have the receipt in my hand, fewer servers stop to see if I need anything, but several of them are undeterred and insist on asking if I need help. Or they at least smile. As someone who has waited tables for several years, I am totally baffled by this inexplicably cheerfulness. A manager walks by with a tray of what look like cocktail party food sandwich pieces. He (AGAIN) asks me if I was being helped, and then offers me a piece of this amazing morsel that is apparently their new steak foccacia sandwich. I'm terribly confused at this point. Then it hits me: why am I so horribly perplexed by a restaurant DOING IT'S JOB?! Astounding. I was that much more excited about my food when I left. The only catch? The steak was supposed to be medium, it was definitely more well done. And thus, dry and not as flavorful as I had been dreaming of. Which reminds me (tangent): who the hell orders a steak well done? There is nothing flavorful or satisfying about dry meat. Just stop it. That being the case, I would still go back just for the staff! They were wonderful. read more

I love this place! I wish they were open for lunch! It's a small place but very nice! The food is good and fairly priced. Great service. Give David Trout a shout out when you're there. read more

The only reason I give this place a 1 star is its consistency. Consistently having poor wait times, poor service, low quality foods. My wife and I went again last night, only to have 2 separate foods brought to our table we didn't order. The wait staff is so quick to drop off the food, we didn't have a chance to tell them it wasn't ours. I spoke to the manager who said "he'd get right on my concern", then came back 5 minutes later with a free appetizer for my next visit. Hate to tell you, there won't be a next time. read more

This place is a circus on the weekends. It starts with the parking , good luck with that. The restaurant is usually packed as the dining area is moderately sized and the waiting area is small elbow to elbow. The staff is nice and food is just ok, it a chain so.... read more

I have never left a review in my life, but our server, Vince, was insanely good. It was like that dude was bred and raised to multi task in ways that I could never be capable of. He's so fast you can't see him move, he just materializes in front of you with 2 more orders of shrimp that he telepathically found out you wanted. Wild. read more

Went for a birthday lunch on a Thursday, first table of the day. Employees weren't enthusiastic to be at work. Took the waiter a little time to greet us and didn't offer to put an order for appetizers in. I also shared it was a birthday luncheon and no offer to make the birthday boy feel special. Food was enjoyable and consistent with other times I've been to outback. Would have been nice to have felt a little more love. read more

This Outback has decent food and service, but both fluctuate to some degree. The waits are anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours, especially if you arrive later in the evening. If you want to avoid the masses, make an early dinner date here. read more

Not much of a point to do call ahead seating. Well, that's not true rather than wait an hour to be seated you have to wait 20-30mins. Also, the parking lot is usually filled up. Those are my two gripes. Otherwise the food is surprisingly good for a chain and the price is reasonable. The service is decent enough. Usually this place is packed so overall the servers hustle and do an adequate job. I usually request Jason, he is by far the best server here. I usually come two or three times a year because I convinced my mom that an outback gift card for a present is way better than whatever crazy clothing choices she sends me. That being said, if anyone wants a black T-shirt with and Eagle and the Statue of Liberty on it hit me up. read more

This location has great service I highly recommend this location , I can't remember his name but the African American manager is great and very pleasant read more

Never going back here again. Apparently it is acceptable to have servers that steal. Our bill was around 70 dollars and after leaving a cash tip, my statement stated that I was charged 12 dollars more. After talking to the general manager, he said all he could do was give the difference of the bill and the overcharge ( basically returning what his server had stolen). Out of this world that after blatantly being robbed, all he did to handle the situation was return what was stolen. Unless you want a thief to take advantage of you and steal your hard earned money, don't waste your time. If I could give negative stars I would. read more

This place is always busy and jammed pack. The wait is always about 45 minutes but I always looks over crowded due to the poor lobby set up. The food is always above par but the take out portions have always been meager. Never had a problem with service. read more

Great Food, but today just terrible service, wondering if it's worth continuing to come here to deal with the slow, less than adequate staff

Came here the other night and had a great experience. Service was perfect. My server was always around at the right times. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the potato soup was just ehh. I'm not sure if they changed the recipe or what, but I remember in the past it being extremely hearty with great flavor. However, my dinner was great -- prime rib sandwich. The moscato they offer is probably one of the best I've had from a chain restaurant. read more

Pretty generic about all Outbacks but not a bad place to go once in a while. The bread is SO good and bloomin' onion...I don't even have to explain. Steaks are okay, but a step up from Applebee's. Get there early or be ready to wait for a table. read more

My prime rib came out cold and without horseradish sauce. Sent it back and requested the horseradish sauce. Manager brought it back out again without horseradish sauce. Requested horseradish sauce from manager. No sauce. Asked another waitress and our waitress still no sauce. Finally walked back to kitchen to request it and by the time they brought steak was cold again!!!! Waitress got an attitude about being asked for the sauce. Blooming onion over cooked on outside barely warm on inside. They did take Prime Rib off bill. read more

Outback is no longer the good value for quality than it used to be when it first opened. I was here last weekend and ordered a porterhouse. The entree was $30 which isn't bad, but the quality of the meat was poor. It was fatty and tough despite it being cooked medium rare. The salad and sides were cooked and seasoned well, so it seems like they are trying to cut corners on the quality of the stake. Bad move for a stake house. Take your $30 to Texas Roadhouse and you'll get a much better quality. read more

The only reason this restaurant isn't getting five stars is because it lacks originality. But it's a chain restaurant, so what do you expect? The wait here can get ridiculous, so call ahead, or you may be faced with a wait up to an hour. All that being said, the food here is good. It's a mass produced steakhouse, but when I want an affordable meal better than most, this is my go to place. The wait staff is responsive, the management is attentive. I have had orders messed up, who hasn't, but the manager has been more than accommodating. And their beer is always fresh. They serve typical beers, but they rotate their stock frequently. All in all, a good place to eat. read more

Had the best time at outback the blooming onions are the best..... I had a big piece of steak and all-you-can-eat shrimp I think I ate about 50 of them LOL!!!!! Clean and friendly staff and very fast on bringing your food I give them five stars and five thumbs-up great place thanks for your service read more

This was the worst outback experience ever. Waitress was weird. Salads came late, second before main course. Two of the steaks ordered weren't right. One was sent back twice. I had mahi-mahi that was dry. Oh yea, drinks are served to wrong people. Each time the steak came out wrong she would ask us "what spectrum of pink would you prefer?" Spectrum? Really? No refill on my drink either. Sorry for rambling but this was the worst ever. Glad my hometown outback isn't this bad! read more

I recently went to meet a friend for some drinks and dinner. I have bee to this Outback before with him and other friends. Took Uber to get to the restaurant so that of course cost me money.I arrived before him and ordered a 9oz. wine which cost $14.95. My friend arrived sober and proceeded to tell the bartender exactly how he wanted his drink made. She did not know what Grand Marnier was a liqueur, that was in the drink. GREAT bartender! Next comes over another bartender wants to know again what does my friend want to drink? Again he explains how he would like his drink made. We wait. The a very young man comes over and tells us that the women do not feel comfortable serving him. Would he care for a glass of water. So we now will leave and never go back. More money spent on Uber. Really low class place. read more

The food makes me nauseous, but we love throwing back a Wallaby-Darned

My steak was horrendous. It was so tough, and flavorless. The waitstaff was prompt and friendly.

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at an Outback Steakhouse. The food was excellent, (cooked my steak just right), my appetizer which were cheese fries were extremely tasty and delicious, and the strawberry mousse was probably one of the best desserts I've ever had. The service was magnificent. Our waitress was very kind and the manager stopped by to make sure we had the best experience we could at this Outback Steakhouse. I would really recommend this restaurant to anyone who wanted to pop in for a quick meal or have a great feast with family and friends. read more

Great place for a nice dinner! One of my go-to's and the 6-oz. sirloin is one of my favorites! Would recommend greatly!

I was visiting my daughter at Widener, and she wanted to go eat dinner at her favorite steakhouse. We were seated promptly, our server was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, and the service was outstanding. Our food was delicious, and we of course saved room for their bronzer desserts! We will definitely be back soon! read more
