Food just OK. Service was sub-par: NOTHING was removed from table as the meal progressed. The appetizers and salads were left on the table when the main dishes came. Then we got desert and had to pile the dirty dishes with leftover food in the center of the table with little room. I asked for the table to be cleared just so I wouldn't have to look at half eaten steak but nothing was done. A wait at early bird dinner time is odd. As I sat at the table I noticed they could use a good deep cleaning. I stopped in specifically for the Steak and Lobster Tail Special. Ordered a dinner salad with blue cheese dressing. Basic or less than basic iceberg lettuce with hard grocery store croutons. The dressing was also a big let down; no flavor and tasted generic. I wasn't looking forward to my meal. Surprise! My meal was delicious! The steak was cooked perfectly mid rare and well seasoned without being salty and so tender. Six ounces is the perfect size paired with a petit lobster tail that was so tender and served with drawn butter. My side veggies of carrots and zucchini were freshly cut, NOT frozen, perfectly al dente and seasoned just right. Not normally a fan of big chains but they are doing a nice job. read more

Okay yelp. I keep getting a reminder to review the spot so here we go. We came as a table of four and spent about $200 before my brother-in-law's military discount. The server was awesome and I wish I could remember her name. I would love to give them more stars but my brother-in-law and my man both ordered steaks and had to send them back. I just don't understand this at a steakhouse. Both undercooked by quite a lot. So we had 2 appetizers to split. Mac n cheese bites were good. I cant remember the 2nd so that says something. I had chicken and I can't remember what my sister had. I got the hot and honey chicken. It was kind of tough and it definitely needed more of the hot and honey sauce so I asked for some more on the side which helped the flavor a little bit. The side items mashed potatoes and veggies were definitely decent. We all got a round of cocktails with the Pinot Grigio being the winner for me. It was a very slow dinner so no dessert. They would have gotten four stars except for the steaks. You can't call yourself a steakhouse and then don't know how to cook to order. We didn't come expecting Ruth Chris but just accuracy. The surf and turf special is well worth the $19.99. The salad was just ok and I would skip it the next time and pick a different side. It was weird we had to wait to be seated when no one was there. The hostess could use some better training and was not very friendly. Our waiter was friendly and the food was served quickly. They could use a little updating and cleaning. Granted it's very close to my hotel, but this is my 3rd visit here on night 11 of my 12 night stay. The great service has been consistent on every visit. Compliments to the cook as well. We were a table of 5 four of us senior on a Sunday afternoon around 4pm. The hostess seated us promptly Our waitress was friendly, and very attentive. We had several requests she was always accommodating. The food was not good, potato soup was super salty, I couldn't eat it and requested baked potato. Wow that was overly salted skin. Ordered Primerib on Sunday. Primerib delivered with the salad. So...I eat salad while dinner. Food runner said she could take it back, but it might be overcooked after sitting under the heat lamps. Then bartender(I'm sitting at bar) comes over and say no worries I'll just order a new one. So when finished salad I get prime rib. Dry on top, so not new, under heat lamp.. Ok, fine. Holy Moly , cannot cut through the thing. It's like a contest to see who will win. So much connective tissue, even the serrated knife can't go through. Tough, chewy, awful, about half is inedible. I want to know who is cutting the meat and are they properly trained. Or... is this what Texas Roadhouse .asked for thinking we have no alternative? What a waste!!!! First of all, the server was frazzled, overwhelmed but they kept seating her. Waited 10 minutes for sodas, 20 minutes for hread, she forgot to put the appetizer in so that took over 45 minutes to get and it was awful/greasy/overcooked. This review is long overdue. We have been using this location for catering services for our company. Every time and everything has been perfect!! Truly! The office is really happy with the step up in our lunches and it is so easy with Outback. Brent, Manager/Maumee, is thorough and we have never missed any food or setups. Here we go! It had been a long time since I had been to a Outback. So, I decided to go back and see how they are doing. Well to my surprise it was really good. The Blooming Onion was great as well as the Cesar salad. The entree I ordered was good. Steak was cooked medium well and the fries were spot on. There new $14 dollar meals deal is awesome. A lot of good for a good price. We (all of my friends that were there) we impressed. Been a long time since we could all say that. Service was good too. After a long day, nothing better than finding a good place to hang out with your friends. Despite the reviews, this is what just sounded good. And I was pleasantly surprised. From the moment we were seated, our server is really what made this visit worth the stars. He was phenomenal--VERY attentive staff (including the manager). Some of the best service I've had at an outback. Even with it being a Friday night, food came out decently quick. I ordered half rack of ribs, and was not disappointed. Meat was nice and tender, not quite falling of the bones, but pretty close. My only thing I can say is that I prefer sweet BBQ sauce, and this is DEFINITELY tangy, no sweetness here (as the description says). 13 guests in our party and besides the waiter accidentally refilling a sprite with water (understandable) we had a great experience. Waiter was friendly, interacted with our grandchildren, brought out some fruit to my 2 year old grandson because he was so hungry and couldn't wait to eat, and made special accommodations for my mother's meal as she is on dialysis and could not have fettuccini sauce so they substituted it with garlic butter. Absolutely atrocious so far. My sisters ribs were cold, mother had her center chicken raw, my bone in rib-eye was inedible due to horribly chewy unrendered fat, fathers steak was mediocre at best. Just awful. Mother just spit out the mushrooms as we're dining. Just god awful. The mushrooms had a strange chemical after taste and the signature blooming onion actually hat plentiful amounts of onion skin still attached. **Update- ordered a filet replacement for my bone in terrible rib-eye, filet was full of fat and under-cooked. Just awful. The manager ended up pulling up a chair next to us and speaking with us for about 15 minutes. I informed her of our reluctance to dine here due to reviews. She stated it is an under haul in progress and that she is attempting to turn it around in a few weeks. She was easy to talk to and relatable. She actually comped our entire meal, minus alcohol, and apologized immensely. I informed her due to multiple horrid steaks it could actually be a supplier issue.
