Every employee we encountered were some of the nicest people I've ever been around in a customer service setting. Calihan who took our order was patient, sweet, and kind. A rare gem in customer service for sure! The food came out faster than expected and was all hot and tasted great. I dined in and the place was clean. No weird splotches on the walls, tables squeaky clean, no trash to be seen anywhere (not even a straw wrapper). They had a children's play area and I thought that was pretty cool since kids don't love to sit and wait once they've started their food down. Definitely will be back when in the area. I ordered a cod fish fried dinner and a grilled chicken sandwich -to go. The estimated wait time was 10 minutes and that was pretty accurate. I should have double-checked my other before leaving but I didn't. realize until I got home that my grilled chicken sandwich didn't have the Swiss Cheese I'd requested. (Added some mozzarella from the fridge.) The chicken seemed overcooked and tough to cut with a knife. They did get the tartar sauce right on the fish dinner and included a cole slaw that looked far more creamy than advertised. The fries, however, were amazing.
