We stopped here sort of a detour on our way home from Ohio and it was worth a stop because the atmosphere was beautiful. It was in a restored warehouse and the food and waitress was very nice. I got the turkey wrap and upgraded to steak fries. My friend got one of the Durty bird burgers and really liked it. He also upgraded to steak fries. I brought half of my wrap home for leftovers.

I've always had a soft spot for a good dive bar. There's just something about a place with a little grit, good people, and zero pretense that feels like home. While Ye Olde Durty Bird isn't a true dive, it hits a lot of the notes I love... and then some. The place has character. It's got that old building charm with exposed brick, creaky floors, and a lived-in vibe you can't fake. The staff treats you like a regular even if it's your first time through the door, which matters to me way more than a fancy cocktail list. Now, about the food... I came for the wings because people kept hyping them up, and I get why. They're crispy, messy in the right way, and loaded with flavor. Their burgers are legit too, big enough to require both hands and perfectly cooked. And while I'll usually take a cheap can of beer over anything else, their draft list has enough local and craft options to keep even a beer snob happy. I love spots where you can catch a game, have a drink, chat with whoever's sitting next to you, and leave full and a little buzzed without breaking the bank. Durty Bird nails that vibe. It's not trying to be fancy, it's just good at what it does - and for someone like me who loves a great dive but can appreciate a well-run gastropub, it hits the sweet spot. Definitely the kind of place I'd come back to, belly up to the bar, and make a night out of it.

This was my first time in as I have heard good things about this place in downtown Toledo. Overall, the food here is pretty good and the menu is huge so you will definitely find something that you like. I would say the menu is pretty overwhelming to look at as there are so many things to choose from. you will get a good meal here and the portion sizes are pretty good however a bit pricy in my opinion for what you are getting. The salad was very big however it was almost 20 dollars and I was charged a good amount to add olives/peppers which I was unaware of. I thought the onion rings and brussel sprouts were a small size for the portion of an appetizer and the price and both of them I could have gone without. The mushroom burger was very undercooked, and the service was friendly however did feel a bit rushed to order. The place was cool on the inside and tucked into downtown toledo, I would like to sit on the back patio in the summer during the nice weather. overall, this place is a good spot in toledo however I do not think I will go out of my way to come back. but if you go i recommend the salad!

I love this place. the food is always tasty, the beer is always cold, and the service very friendly. The ambiance is warm and welcoming. I recommend this place and is my go to spot. You won't go wrong if you're not sure where to try.

Great place! Right downtown, vibe inside was nice with an old bar kind of feeling. Had outdoor seating which would be nice in the summer. Sat at the bar and ordered a sandwich which was amazing. Service was good from the bartender. Would totally eat here again when in Toledo

My boyfriend, mom and I stopped here before a concert in the area, thanks to a recommendation from the guy working the car lot. There was a concert and a mudhens game in the area and we arrived before the rush! We sat outside and it was very windy but very hot. We couldn't open the umbrella because the wind was too much. I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap while the rest of my party had burgers. Delicious! I especially loved the hot grilled chicken in the wrap. Handhelds are served with potato chips or you can get fries for an upcharge. The burgers were tasty. The portions are quite large. We could have walked away with leftovers if we had a cooler to keep them cold.

Close to fifth third field this place is hopping. Plenty of seating inside and a lovely outdoor patio as well. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The chicken chunks are a healthy alternative but heavy on sauce. I had hot which was good but next time I'd ask for on the side. Would have prefer more celery than 1 stick and 1 carrot. My partner had the Cuban on a hoagie roll . There was the option for wheat or white bread as well. He said it was very good. We also stopped back later to use the " Dora Station" for " to go" drinks. Service there was fast and friendly as well.

We stopped by for dinner before a concert at the Toledo Zoo Amphitheater. The place was hopping because there was also a Toledo Mud Hens game. Our service was excellent and the bathrooms are very clean. The food was delicious . We shared the French dip, very tender roast beef, and Brussel sprouts. We also had the French onion soup which I thought was very good! We enjoyed our dinner and plan returning!

I got the lamb sliders and they were not only perfectly cooked and juicy but they were probably the best thing I have ever put in my mouth. The service was quick and since I went on a Monday afternoon it was quiet and relatively empty. 10/10 definitely coming back next time I'm in Toledo.

We came here for drinks before dinner and were seated on the outdoor covered patio section. They have a huge food menu, so there's something for everyone! I ordered three Milky Way martini and the vanilla surprise. Both were fantastic! I see this place in my future for lunch!

Ye Olde Durty Bird is the go-to spot for solid bar food and a laid-back vibe. The wings are big, fall-off-the-bone tender, and come in a perfect portion of nine. The Hot Honey Crispy Bird lives up to the hype--crispy, juicy, and coated in a sweet but spicy honey sauce. We got the Brussels sprouts and Durty Chili Mac on the side, both packed with flavor and perfect for comfort food cravings. The place has an old-school pub feel where people from all walks of life gather, and the staff is fun, friendly, and make you feel right at home. Right across from the Mud Hens Stadium. Downtown Toledo is looking so nice!

They were friendly, and the menu is simple, and just varied enough to make sure there are options but that every option can be perfectly executed. speaking of perfect, we did not get a burger, but I heard the guy behind me say "my first bite was perfect" as he tore into a burger that looked massive and juicy and just as perfect as he described. I'm not going to lie, we opted out of burgers because we thought we were going to a recently opened Korean corn dog place. When we got there, they were sold out and needed to shut down for a few hours- so we came in as a consolation prize. We decided to come in here and try some Korean barbecue wings, potato bombs, fries, and spring rolls. We decided to eat our way through the appetizer menu. The chile relleno spring rolls are decent in terms of flavor, but they are very small to be charging over two dollars apiece for them. Sadly, I didn't expect expecting it to be piping hot, it was lukewarm inside. Could have a little more spice to it as well. same issue with potato bombs. The flavor is good, could use a little more seasoning- but it wasn't hot enough in the middle. I think maybe they need to adjust their fryer temperature because the outside was very well done and the inside was not quite warm enough. Also, they brought everything out one piece at a time. First came the spring rolls. Over five minutes later came the potato bombs.... the food trickling out when it all came from the same fryer was weird. But the same person who took our order did deliver the food to the table each time. It's not exactly a sit down and get some type of restaurant so that was a very nice touch. It's probably more of a three star experience- but I'm being generous because we didn't order any of the things that they're actually known for and those burgers coming out looked stellar.

There was one worker and he was very pleasant and engaging. The dining area had been neglected, thought it could have been cleaner. Evidence of lack of prolonged cleanliness was observed, specifically on napkin dispensers. The food itself, burgers were good, cooked to the requested temp for the most post. I enjoyed the burger lettuce. The fries were basic but good and the ketchup was of good quality. I would like to visit again and see if the dining area could be in better condition, I mean it was not awful but it could be better with just a little effort.

My children pleaded with me to order it, namely because of the assumption that their affection for this YouTube philanthropist would easily carry over into the fast food burger realm. Unfortunately, it did not. I have already read many reviews complaining that the food was cold, which I feel is a tad bit unfair considering Mr. Beast exists solely as a delivery food option. It's like 12° out, and the food is delivered almost 20 minutes away. Of course, it's going to be cold. So the luke warm to frigid temperature of my family's burgers tonight were certainly not the criteria I am using to judge. For those who are unaware, Mr.Beast Burger relies on other restauranteurs To make their food and door delivery services for the rest. In theory, it's genius. This YouTube sensation gets to label-slap his name and brand on a simple burger recipe all across the country and has built-in promotion from the 55 million followers he has online. So, if you are a Toledoan hoping to find a brick and mortar MrBeast restaurant to visit, of course, you will not find one. The delivery time for door dash was pretty decent, nearing 30 minutes. As soon as we opened the paper bag - if he came pretty evident that this online business exist in reality, only in the form of a digital recipe alongside massive rolls of MrBeast stickers given to local employees to stick on generic wrapping and generic bags to give the illusion of a franchise. Regardless, the true testament was the food. Aside from the temperature as previously mentioned, the Mr. beast burger was decently pleasant, with a mixture of Beef patties, American cheese, ketchup, mayo, pickles, and brown mustard, all rammed between soft buns. The pictures on the menu, of course look delightful. I expected the real thing to look like a squished mess, but it even looked less desirable than I imagined. Luckily, the taste of it was pretty acceptable. Scoring no higher than a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10, the Beast burger was definitely appetizing, despite its poor appearance. However, that's where the niceties stop. My son had the Chris burger, which was advertised to include bacon and french fries squashed atop a burger patty. But he found the bacon to be excessively chewy and almost under cooked. His patties were thinner and were much more overcooked and tough than the beast burger. The fries were the worst. Not only did they suffer the most from the chill weather outside, making them not even remotely warm, but many of the fries seemed completely under cooked. Almost like they were slivers of frozen potato. In conclusion, if Mr. Beast Burger existed as a brick and mortar restaurant that I could visit in the summer, guaranteeing a piping hot plate that could be easily returned if undercooked, then this YouTube-turned-burger sensation would earn at least a moderately respectable review in my mind. But considering it's status as delivery-only, I highly forewarn Toledoans from rolling the dice on a risky concept that banks its success on pre-existing marketing from a world dependent on social media than on the quality of it's food and service.
