Caeat before you get into this review; it isn't my usual review for a restaurant. We decided to go out for dinner tonight (Friday) as a "date night". I have the Texas Roadhouse app, so I put our request in for their Wait List. The app indicated it would be an hour to an hour and 10 minutes before we would be seated. We did a few things around the house before leaving for the restaurant. We arrived about 10 minutes ahead of the time we were supposed to, and I checked in through the app. I was supposed to receive a text message when we were to go into the restaurant to be seated. Well, we sat in my vehicle for over an hour and I got tired of waiting, so we went into the restaurant (in hindsight, we should've left after sitting there in my truck waiting for the text to come in). I walked up to the hostess stand and told her we were on the wait list and sat in the asking lot after checking in for over an hour. We were seated immediately. It took a while before our server made it to our table (another red flag). Initially, she was pleasant. It took her a while to come back after ordering our drinks. We placed our food order, and then someone else brought out our side salads. Then the waiting game really kicked in! Wee waited for our dinners for over an hour and others tables near us turned 2 times while we waited. I searched out a manager, and I told him what was happening. He wanted to see where we were sitting and then find out what was going on. During the hour plus we waited for our food, our server only came by the table two times and the first time she stopped by our table (about 30 minutes into our wait for our dinners), she said sorry we are a bit backed up and your food should be done in a couple minutes. Sadly, another 30 minutes past before we saw our server again. This time, she didn't even look at me, so I knew something was going on. That is when I sought out resolution by speaking to a manager. He left our table and said he would get to the bottom of this and let us know what happened to our dinners. Then he disappears! Whaaaaat? About 15 minutes later he shows up saying the kitchen lost our food ticket. Wait, what? Our server told us 45 minutes prior our food would be done in just a few minutes; now we are being told the kitchen lost our food ticket. About 5 minutes later, our food was finally brought out to us by someone different - not our server, not the manager, and not the person who brought out our salads. While we were eating our dinners, another manager walked up to the table and asked how everything was tonight, grabbed the little ticket they tape to each table, and just kept right on walking. The manager I spoke to came back around when while we were eating and said our meals would be comped due to everything we had to go through before our dinners were in front of us. Sadly, no one took accountability for what happened, our server basically disappeared during the hour plus we waited for our food, the manager disappeared after he was going to find out what happened, and another manager did not have the decency to actually stop when she walked up and asked how everything was going before grabbing the ticket taped to our table and kept on walking. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and if I could leave a no-star rating, I would. If we decide to go back to a Texas Roadhouse ever again, it will not be this one. Very frustrating to say the least and quite disappointing.

Texas Roadhouse is usually a consistent, decent meal however this particular location was the best TR I've had. Not only was the food delicious (I've ordered this same meal at other locations and it was significantly better here), but the service was also attentive and very helpful. Steak, shrimp, fries, chili, and rolls for $22, doesn't get better than that!

Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by friendly wait staff and shown to our reserved table. The ambiance is upscale with dim lighting. We were there for a book club luncheon and the restaurant wasn't busy or noisy, which was perfect for us. The menu offered a nice variety of options. While the restaurant is known for barbecue and pizza, most of us ordered sandwiches and salads. Our server seemed to be very new, but was polite and pleasant. She was on top of drink refills, which was good because Coke and Iced Tea were $3.00. Funny thing but someone in our party ordered a gin and tonic and that also was $3.00. Our food orders were slow to come out and our server couldn't keep track of who ordered what, which wasn't a big deal since we were a group of approximately ten. Not all orders came out at once, so some were eating and some were waiting. I ordered a veggie burger with cheese and a side of ranch. When the plate came out, there was no cheese or ranch dressing. Our server took my plate back to the kitchen and I also requested a slice of tomato. I found the veggie burger very bland but edible. The fries were plentiful but I only ate a couple. Nobody raved about the food but I didn't hear any complaints either. A lot of our group took home leftovers. When the checks came, we learned that 22% gratuity had been added to each check because we were a large table. I also learned that the cheese for my veggie burger had an upcharge of .99 for the cheese and.50 for the ranch dressing. We enjoyed our discussion and socializing in a nice ambiance. I was underwhelmed by my meal, so wouldn't run back anytime soon. If I were to dine here again, I'd probably try the pizza. A photo of my veggie burger is posted below.

Upon arrival, the already small lobby was completely overcrowded, to the point where there was barely room to move. It honestly felt like a fire hazard with people constantly trying to squeeze in and out. The only update we received from the hostess, Victoria, was that they were "backed up," delivered with a noticeably rude and dismissive attitude. There was no organization, no guidance, and no effort to manage the situation or accommodate guests. To make matters worse, there was nowhere to wait except outside. When we asked if we would receive a text when our booth was ready, Victoria responded sarcastically, saying, "You think I can text all these numbers on this list? There's no way to do that." That level of unprofessionalism was completely unacceptable. After waiting 20 minutes past our reservation time with no clear communication or plan, we decided to leave. The lack of organization, poor communication, and rude service made for a very off-putting experience--especially on a holiday. Unfortunately, this experience has made us very hesitant to return.

Can't hardly find that anymore. So we had two rounds of beer each and got two appetizers. I spinach dip and some pepperoni egg rolls. Both were actually really good. Spinach dip could use some more seasoning but that just seems to be the case almost everywhere anymore. Food came out fast and was delivered hot. Beer was Ice cold. It's kind of a small spot so you're either going to sit at the bar or at one of the few tables that are around the bar area. Lots of TVs around the bar. $31 for both of us. I do recommend.

It's all about convenience here as the website or app lets you place orders quickly with multiple pickup and delivery options. This location opened in the former Moe's / Magic Wok building and I hope they stick around. According to my receipts I've been here 17 times, and tried most of the menu. The cheesebread appetizer is good, but the accompanying marinara sauce is too chunky. How about a basic mozzarella sticks style sauce? At only $2.89, a caesar side salad seems like an easy choice to go with your pasta entree. The lettuce is fresh, dressing tasty, but size is very small at only a few bites big. Shove some more lettuce into that cup. Dishes that are good here are the mac & cheeses. Buffalo chicken mac got a little too hot for me by the end, but the barbecue style with crispy jalapenos was just right. Interesting contrast of flavors. In large size, they fill the container almost to the brim and have some real heft. Pesto cavatappi (spiral noodles) is also very good with a delicious sauce. Simple buttered noodles with parmesan is about what you'd expect, possibly too plain for most. You can pick whatever protein you want for any entree. The meatballs go great with this dish and they are truly exceptional - taste like they've been cooking all day and have an almost crispy shell on the outside. I thought I'd like the Japanese noodles with marinated steak more. The steak was surprisingly great. The sauce was a sweet teriyaki variety with a kick of heat. It tasted okay until I found the noodles a bit chewy - almost like they were not cooked long enough. Your jaw will get tired chewing these. Repeat visits confirmed that's how they're served. The broccoli in this dish also needed to be cooked longer... crunchy. A couple other fails for me were the pad thai - not a fan of the citrus sauce - and regular spaghetti. Too many tomato chunks in the red sauce. The tortelloni (that's how they spell it) in garlic cream sauce is a winner. Tender folded, stuffed pasta with great cheese flavor. So what is hands-down the best dish at Noodles & Company? That has to be the alfredo montamore with parmesan-crusted chicken. It's your basic chicken alfredo dish with a couple twists. They use spaghetti noodles, add fresh spinach leaves, and the parmesan-crusted chicken is outstanding. It's a salty, indulgent treat we get every visit. Service here is usually spot-on. One time they handed us a bag with two bowls when there were supposed to be five, which was fixed immediately. Friendly employees, attentive management, big variety of dishes. Try this place for something different.

Seems like as a extra added bonus your new customer service policy of "take it or leave it" has clearly helped as you have sanitized the whole customer service relationship to the point that there is no real communication between the store personnel and the customer. As one of those customers, I felt very isolated away from any type of personal dealings with people in the store. I was met with an attitude of "hurry up and get off the phone", presumably, so she could deal with something more important like maybe text her friends from school. Last night we called and we ordered a pizza and we asked for triple cheese and we got it, in fact, that pie was probably the best pizza I have ever had from Marcos and I was very pleased with it, so pleased that we decided to order pizza for us and a neighborhood couple. So, tonight I tried to order two pizzas the same way as last night and I was lambasted by some girl who said that the person that took that order and sold it to us was as in "serious trouble because he made the customer happy. Now I'm told that they do not have the capability to put triple cheese and furthermore, I could take it or I could leave it go somewhere else.that so since we were now screwed because of the time I placed the order for two pizzas with only extra cheese and, i'm guessing so that she can show us who the boss was, there was so few toppings and cheese on the large pizza that I bought that had I been home when it arrived I would've sent it back and demanded my money back I was ripped off for $40 and did not get what we wanted or how we wanted it even though they charged us for it.
