Needless to say, the girls were all around rude to all the customers waiting in line. 25 minutes for 4 things of ice cream, by the time we left the first 2 items that were given to us were pretty melted. All around disappointed. We were all very patient with them, but we could all see the 2 main ones throwing their hands in the air, and on their hips and the eye rolls. Slamming the window shut every time didn't help the situation either. Not a good look for this establishmen.

We went for ice cream and fries and man oh man - does this place have just that! The ice cream selections were amazing and the fries were perfectly salty and crunchy. I saw they had a nice sized soup menu so had to try out the minestrone. We tried the death by chocolate, Cookie Monster and the Superman for ice cream and wow did they all pack an awesome flavor. What I really booted about it this place was that they had toys and drawing for all our littles to keep them entertained. They even had a little Christmas craft bag for us! It was very thoughtful and extremely nice to have for our littles. It's small things like this that really show me how much they value their customers. Amazing place. We will be back!

We ordered one Philly cheesesteak and one Philly chicken. Both of them listed all the toppings you'd expect on a Philly in the description, but then forced you to choose an option which was one topping. I figured that must be some weird oversight in the way they laid out the order page, and there's no way they will make it with just one topping. But just to be safe I put in the notes at the bottom that I would like all toppings except mushrooms. Well sure enough we get our food and it has only the one single topping of onions that I was forced to select. So no peppers, cheese, mayo. Just dry meat and onion on bread. There's two other things I ordered. One was curly fries. You couldn't convince me that these weren't a week old. They were so stale it was hard to chew through them, felt like cardboard. The other was their fresh lemonade which they offered flavor syrup add-ins for. I chose passionfruit and it tasted like straight up lemonade, I could not taste any passiontruit at all. Like I said the ice cream was great and l also felt the price was reasonable, but I would not advise getting actual food here. Editing to add: Thank you for the response Emily, I hate to ever have to write a bad review but it's always appreciated to know that problems are taken seriously! If we are ever in town again we will be sure to stop by for some ice cream.

You know what's great about my mom? Everything. Like... Really--…read moreEVERYTHING. Why, just a glance over to the side, and I can glimpse the NES she bought me back when I was in grade school, oh, so many years ago. But, having the world's best mom comes with a tradeoff or two. Of note, how do you best show your appreciation on her birthday? Especially when you have only TWO HOURS to get something. Well, I've thrown the dice and bought her a cake. The idea to go out and buy one pre-made at Cold Stone Creamery came in a sudden flash. But it was a good one. I'll admit the pricetag for the cake was a bit more than I was expecting, but I'm already convinced it's worth it. The cake we bought was called 'the midnight delight'. It was the chocolate lover's ultimate cake. Chocolate frosting. Chocolate ice cream. Chocolate candy shells. And of course... chocolate cake filling. When I saw it for sale in Cold Stone Creamery's fridge, it took me all of 10 seconds to decide that this was the one. Better still? The staffers at Cold Stone tonight were AWESOME. The cake selection was actually guided by Zoe, while Lily took care of the cash register. Then, under the guidance of the manager, Brenda, the three of them set out to add that extra je ne sais quoi to make the cake absolutely fabulous. They used a very charming variant of pink for the, 'Happy Birthday Mom!!' lettering, lightly accented the cake with pink sparkles, and rounded it off with strategically placed pink candles encircling the cake's perimeter. Me and the family are planning on unveiling mom's cake and presents in two hours around midnight, but I'm very confident it's going to go well. And a large thanks goes out to Brenda, Lily, and Zoe and Cold Stone Creamery for helping us along the way!
