Oscars has the ultimate ambience and views. We drove 3 hours knowing it would be the perfect spot to celebrate a birthday lunch and spend time with the kids--and it did not disappoint. Although there was a small hiccup at the start with a delay in drinks, the staff handled it with grace. They were upfront about a large party arriving at the same time, went above and beyond to make things right, and kept the communication flowing. That kind of service matters more than perfection. Once things got rolling, everything was seamless--delicious food, amazing service, and a dessert that was absolutely scrumptious. For us, the highlights so far have been the chicken sandwich and the cinnamon roll (a must-try!). The truth is, no restaurant is ever 100% perfect--but when a place delivers friendliness, transparency, and effort the way Oscars does, that's what makes it memorable. Truly the staff was great, the restaurant was very cool. However what place stops serving food and beer at 830 pm AT A BREWERY. Also, the prices are outrageous. 65 dollars for a chicken sandwich that was mediocre and a rice bowl that looks scraped together from the left overs of the day. read more

We visit OBC a few times a year and the food and drinks are always spectacular. Love the beer selection and am always able to find something I like. When it's nice weather the outdoor seating is a must. They do have heaters it it's a little cool. Service has always been attentive and friendly. My husband surprised me with the idea to go here the other day when I got home from work early and he was off. We had been wanting to check it out as we would always drive by it, but never had the chance to go! Once inside and after asking to sit out on patio, we both wondered why we hadn't been here sooner, the view was so pretty and ambiance was relaxing! The server was very accommodating after we explained we were first timers. He proceeded to recommend the garlic bread as popular starter as well as my drink as a recommendation. When I told him I couldn't decide between several plates, he helped me choose the blackened fish tacos. My husband chose the tri-tip sandwich and a sample 9oz beer, which he enjoyed before ordering his regular whiskey sour. The restaurant was empty all night and they still wouldn't try and accommodate our families. We were willing to split up as long as we were semi near each other. The waitress had no issue serving this size. Even if we weren't all together the kitchen would still be getting the same amount of orders if we all walked in as parties of 5 and asked for the patio. Excellent food! I had biscuits and gravy with two eggs over medium and bacon. Delicious and perfect! My wife had pancakes with eggs and bacon! Oscar's Brewing Company was the perfect post winery dining . I was able to end the night off with an Old Fashioned style cocktail and a nice Cuban style sandwich. The service was amazing the waitress honored the drink special that was supposed to be over. We sat outside and had a nice view of the pond out front of the restaurant. They have a good selection of beers. However, they tend to not have 1-2 beers on tap. It's cool. We decided to have food for the first time. Everything was great until the chilaquiles came out. Too soggy, the meat was literally thrown on there rather than having it nicely spread out. The salsa was spicy but was very thick. It was so dry and sour cream was not an option. My bf and I loved this brewery while visiting the Temecula area. Cocktails and beer selection were great. The food was awesome also, we grabbed the wings and a hummus trio plate that came with pita bread. The servers are great and come to your table often in case you need more beer. The best part was our view. We opted to sit outside even though it was a warm day, but we had the best view of the lake. They also had mist systems outside to keep cool with. Great drinks and really solid food choices! We walked in with a group of 13 on a Friday night and they were able to seat us within 15 minutes around their fire pit. We ordered a couple of appetizers and a few pizzas to pass around as well as a few drinks and even though it felt like we put a massive order in, all our items felt like they came out relatively quick. My favorites were the carnitas fries and the lemon wings. I expected to really like the shrimp and scallop fritters but they were a bit heavy and gluey in the middle? I don't think we would order those again. As for their mixed drinks, all of them were super delicious! Since we were outside, it wasn't too loud as opposed to their inside seating. I must say that the red chairs are pretty heavy, lol. If you go drink, at least they'll be sturdy to hold you still but when you try to push it back in, you may struggle, lol. I ordered the blackened fish tacos. They were pretty good. A little smaller than other fish tacos, but they had good taste. The salad it came with was basic but it did the job. Someone at the table ordered the breadsticks and those were really good. Doughy and buttery, they were delectable. We normally go to Oscar's while visiting Temecula. Front desk staff were very nice as we entered and answered our questions politely. The Lost Travelers Noodles are exceptionally delicious and my absolute favorite. Our server was Lexi (not sure of the spelling) and she was very professional, polite and friendly. We couldn't help but notice she was always moving at a quick pace between all of her tables. Her was working hard and she had such a pleasant attitude all the while taking care of her tables.
