Needed an inspection of boiler for insurance company. Booked an appointment, easy. Guy came when he said he would, sent text earlier to set expectations. Pleasant, explained things in easy to understand manner, addressed a minor issue (no extra cost) and got thing done in a professional manner. Pricing for the inspection was fair and clear. Other companies wanted to layer in other services on top of the inspection (bait switch). I only wanted inspection and it was what I got for a reasonable fair pricing. Their technician showed up on time, for diagnostic visit for my PTAC refrigerant gas leak I've been smelling and tested positive twice with my two different, high quality refrigerant las leak detectors I bought, on different times. Andrei K. opened the unit, and after a while told me he doesn't see a leak, and his company could seal the joint of the slightly eroded metal pipe connection by metal molding + replacing another piece of metal connection. His manager will send me an email in a couple of days, the estimate of that costs, with written summary of this diagnostic visit, since Andrei's English was often hard to understand since it is his second language, I asked. That was one week ago, I've called Optimize Air several times, no one picked up the phone unlike previous times. So, I emailed them, No reply at all! Would they act like this if they haven't collected the full $200 for this visit as Andrei left my place, with a promise of a report and the estimate in a couple of days? We had separate LG HVAC units that were improperly wired so that we kept getting a CH53 code. We initially started w another HVAC servicer that came in and tried to rewire everything by cutting open the walls and taking the wires out. They left with the job horribly uncompleted and thank goodness we found Optimize Air who sent Alex to help us reset everything correctly. Of course, without a question, we used Optimize Air again when we heard a whirling coming from another HVAC unit and they sent Andre who correctly diagnosed it as a broken motor and was able to get the replacement part and install it correctly. We love the 3-unit Mitsubishi ductless air conditioning unit they installed for us. Price was thousands less than quotes we had received over 2 years of research. The units look great and work great. They cleaned up thoroughly after the job. Their recommendation to cover the outer wires was terrific. Stay away from this company. Not sure if these reviews are legit or if we just had bad luck but either way we had a terrible experience with this company that has still never been resolved. They installed a split unit AC system 2 years ago which has given us issues ever since. It broke down a few times, made noise even when it was turned off and it leaked so much that it damaged our floors. We called the company and they came once to attempt to fix the issue but never did. When we called again they wanted to charge us their service fee. Never did they fix the issue. We are now recruiting other companies to fix this and when we send them the videos/images they all express how bad of a job and installation this was. We spent a significant amount for this company as they are quiet expensive but because of the many good reviews we went for it. This was a big mistake and we now learned not to trust the reviews on here neither. We will be filing a complaint with BBB now as well. read more

They gave me a two hour window for the appointment and the two technicians were right on time. They diagnosed the issue, obtained the necessary parts, and fixed the unit the same day, within hours!! They told us exactly what was wrong and showed us the part as well as the diagnostics on the AC unit. They didn't leave until they were sure we had nice cold air filling our home.
