I highly recommend Main Duct. The service I received was very professional and well done. The two service men were very considerate and keeping my area clean and in explaining the whole process thoroughly it was a pleasure working with them. read more

Easy to schedule an appointment. They were on time and did a good job . My tenant was satisfied with the quality

The business conveniently leaves a few facts out of its comment. 1. I needed the ACs serviced because I was moving (so no I wasn't going to leave moldy units behind). 2. The report has been sent to them by Frigidaire and shows no chemicals were used in the cleaning and the units were moldy. 3. In the midst of my move I ended up completely forgetting about this whole thing and it's the business who proceeded to send me unsigned emails threatening retaliation if I did not remove my review (is that why they have no bad reviews? They just scare anyone who says anything they don't like?) I called and attempted to clear things up and was told they lawyered up and I would be contacted within 24hours for legal action. Now this.. Edit: here's a screenshot of my call log from yesterday showing I had a lengthy conversation with them. If they check their recordings they'll see I spoke with Roman. read more

True pros, exactly what I wanted. They gave our window AC units a deep clean without having to remove them. They worked quickly and cleanly, and the results were very evident in what I could see in the machine. Price was good and staff were responsive to messages. Big thanks. read more

I recently completed an initial job with MainDuct. I requested that a couple of firms inspect my HVAC systems, assess them, and repair them as necessary. I had MainDuct do the work. When Alex got involved, I was impressed with his technical expertise, which he delivered to the job quite well. MainDuct was the only firm in many years who executed such a good job and so I wasn't as concerned about the price. I'll hire them again. read more

I needed to have my central air system checked. I selected MainDuct because they provided complete details of what is included in the service call. Alex and his crew arrived on time. He explained exactly how the work would be performed. The compressor, evaporator, vents were all checked and cleaned. He then explained the condition of the system and its life expectancy. I was very pleased with the professional and courteous service provided. I will definitely call them in the future. read more

My wall through AC units were very dirty and had mold growing. They did an extremely thorough clean, getting rid of all visible dirt and mold with a power washer and antimold solution. The air in my apartment is noticeably cleaner now. highly recommend and will be getting this done annually from now on. worth every penny. read more

A great, professional crew came by and cleaned our dryer vent the other day. They were fast and totally reasonably priced.

These guys were extremely efficient, communicated clearly, and did fantastic work!! They fixed my dryer, cleaned by ducts, and cleaned up an extremely messy area behind the dryer. Highly recommended! read more

We have a mysterious airflow issue that we've been chasing for six months and MainDuct were the first people to take the time to thoroughly investigate the situation and suggest viable solutions. Alex and his colleague were professional and determined to identify any possible explanations for the behavior we have been experiencing. They are more than duct cleaners - they are true engineers with a thorough understanding of the subject matter as well as a mastery of the tools available to explore our system. We look forward to working with them further to resolve our concerns. read more

They did an excellent job with the cleaning process. Service techs were knowledgeable and respectful.

These guys were very meticulous and did an excellent job. They do dryer vents, chimneys and HVAC vents. I used all three services.

I needed to do a diagnostic assessment of my HVAC systems. The guys at MainDuct were very polite, professional and pleasant to work with. They did a comprehensive job of examining my systems and gave me a detailed breakdown of the issues they found, and what my options were. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend MainDuct to anyone. read more

I needed my PTAC cleaned. The tech was professional and through. They came a bit late, but all in all I would recommend.

Great work, highly recomended. Very professional and thorough! My ACs are running great now.

We needed our window A/C unit cleaned as we had left it in the window though winter and was overrun by dust and mold. They explained their whole process on the phone before committing, arrived on time, and was nice and respectful though the whole cleaning. The price was great knowing that it would have taken me hours and headaches to do it myself. read more

Great service, fair price. Very prompt. Highly recommended for your HVAC and chimney cleaning.

I contacted MainDuct because I had tried installing 2 Honeywell T9 Smart thermostats myself and they would not stay powered on. They charged $85 flat fee to come look at it (which was later deducted from the quote). Their person Alex was super professional and let us know the wiring in my water heater was an absolute mess and likely the cause of the power problems. I got a written up report about what they found in the furnace. Service went exactly as stated. They found and resolved several safety issues with the furnace cut off circuit, and got the thermostats working perfectly. 10 / 10, I have no notes at all. I hired MainDuct back to install a dryer exhaust duct. They did a great job and explained everything relating to fire codes. I will absolutely be hiring them back for any future needs. read more

Great service. They were communicative; they responded quickly; and they kept me updated via Yelp message and phone calls. They cleaned my dryer vent ducts, and my dryer actually dries clothes now! I really liked that they showed me before/after pictures. And they went out of their way to get the job done. The only access to my vent is on the roof, and the only way to get to the roof is with a very tall ladder. Multiple other companies said they wouldn't go up to the roof, but the MainDuct guys rented a large enough ladder and went up there. Will definitely be hiring them again. read more

I noticed that the inside of my AC was filthy and had never noticed anything like it in the past, with any AC. I did a search on Yelp and I went with MainDuct bc Roman, who I spoke with, was incredible - he answered all my questions (I ask a lot of questions) and explained how they work. I was able to get an appt for 2 days later. The two men were incredibly thorough and spent about an hour and a half cleaning my AC, and cleaned it perfectly. I highly recommend MainDuct. read more

I cannot recommend Aleks and MainDuct enough! There I was, right smack in the middle of Summer, with no working air conditioning and with no help in sight. Thankfully I found MainDuct. When repairing my AC unit, Aleks was incredibly generous with his time explaining and going through the process each step of the way. The details were explained very clearly to me so I was able to understand what was happening. When other businesses either flat out refused to help or even tried to rip me off, Aleks was transparent and thorough in his work. I've never received better HVAC service than I have with Aleks and MainDuct and I would, without a doubt, recommend them to anyone with problems related to HVAC. Where I live, it's rare to find this level of service. read more

While I didn't end up using MainDuct's service, they were one of the most responsive companies with good explanation for the potential work they would do. read more
