I can't believe I haven't reviewed these guys before. I first used them in 2023 after having some frustration with other companies to clean out the exhaust vent for my washer/dryer unit. The guy who came is named Vano. He was personable, considerate, warned me before he started to use the vaccuum ("I'm going to make noise!"), cleaned up after himself as well as dust that was on the floor, building up over the last year. He did the job well, and noticed that we do the laundry almost daily, so there's a rapid accumulation of garbage in the screen that catches all of the lint as the steam exits the exterior of our building... so he said that if we notice it getting clogged-up over the next 6 months, we can just call them to ask him to visit and clean the screen (it's very hard for us to access this screen safely) at NO CHARGE. That makes me feel like I would NEVER use another company for this service as long as these guys have Vano working for them. I am committed to these guys. They are simply 100% awesome. read more

From the initial communication on Yelp with Katie to the appointment with our technician Vano, I will 100% recommend LusoPro. The pricing was also the most economical amongst the different companies I reached out to for this project. Vano came to help assess some exhaust vents we have in our home that did not have covers. He installed a bird guard on one and helped advise on an elbow attachment for another vent to prevent water and avoid birds entering. He took time to meticulously check the source of each vent (we are new to the house and wasn't familiar) including crawling out of our bathroom window onto our roof to inspect one vent and explained the source to then advise whether some pipes need covering or not.
