I've used Art HVAC for both a tankless hot water heater and a whole new hvac system this year…read more Professional, trustworthy, and friendly both times. Art pointed out that I had mold in my hvac, and should consider replacement. That was eye-opening, as I've had an unexplained persistent cough for a few years that only happens inside my apartment, and rarely anywhere else. I might have saved a few dollars by having it professionally cleaned, but the system is already 12 years old (used for 10 years), so it made sense to me to replace it. I was always suspicious of my old hvac servicer, particularly in pricing, but I feel confident that I won't get ripped off by this company. Highly recommend.

I am beyond satisfied with Elite Air Conditioning and Beyond!…read more James, the manager, was very communicative throughout the entire scheduling and quoting process. It was easy to find a time that worked. He also answered all our questions quickly and clearly. The technicians who came were very professional. They asked if they needed to take off their shoes, which I really appreciate. I offered them foot covers instead, as we are a shoes-off home. They were very kind, informative, and not only did the job, but cleaned the area around where they worked after they were done. They were on time, which is a huge in NYC and asked before moving their truck in our parking space instead of assuming, which again, is a huge thing in NYC. I am very pleased and the costs were very reasonable. I definitely would recommend this service and if I need future AC needs, I know who to call! Thank you!

Finally, by chance I got hold of SohoHVAC and John spent time discussing the issue in detail with me before he came to diagnose in person and when he did come he fixed the issue in no time at all, as what he originally diagnosed was the problems so he came prepared. He is a straight shooter, extremely knowledgeable, and fairly priced. I am so happy to have this issue resolved after all this time and thousands of dollars later, it's truly amazing. I obviously highly recommend this company and will use them again.
