These guys were absolute pros--polite, fast, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They beat every other quote I got and had our system back up and running in under an hour. No heat to toasty warm--what a relief! They also followed up multiple times during the process: confirming the part arrival, ETA, and even called after to make sure everything was still working perfectly. That level of care is rare these days. If you want fast, fair-priced, and truly professional chimney/heating service, call Chimney Professionals. Rod, Oleg, Michael and the whole team, thank you for saving us from the cold!

They sold me a new air-conditioning unit inside and outside we agreed on a price. Gave it a deposit They did show up when they said they would they installed the units That's where it all went wrong We ended up having to change all the ductwork He had to get a piece fabricated to make it work He showed up one night with the piece to finish up the job mind you we would've still had problems The job was 14,000. I gave him an $8000 deposit which he asked for 10,000. He came back with the piece we needed and he wanted me to give him the balance that I owed him before he walked into the store to finish the job. I hired HVAC Hunters for a refrigerant recharge. The technician told me, based on his professional…read moreexperience, that this recharge would get my system through the summer. I took him at his professional word and approved the work on that basis. It did not last 12 hours. The system stopped working the same day. Only afterward did I read the fine print on the invoice, which says the opposite of what I was told in person: that a recharge carries no guarantee of operation for any period of time and that the refrigerant may keep leaking. So I was sold a "summer" fix verbally, handed a disclaimer in writing, and left with a system that quit before the next morning. To make it worse, no one had the courtesy to call me and let me know the outcome of the conversation with their technician. Having managed large operations for years, I know there's a right way and a wrong way to do business: set honest expectations, stand behind what your technician promises, and communicate directly. None of that happened here. My advice, get every promise in writing before you approve any work, or better yet, call someone else.
