The chimney in my 115-year-old brick rowhouse had a badly deteriorated terra cotta lining. The remainder needed to be demolished and then a steel liner inserted in its place. Not an easy job. Michael gave me a fair price, was punctual, and while spending more time than he expected, stuck to the original price. Kudos to Michael for getting a tricky job done. I'm very happy with the result. He also suggested putting a turbine cap on the chimney top, creating updraft and preventing wind coming in -- excellent suggestion which I did and you can see in the picture. There was an extra charge for debris removal, and somehow an additional bag of heavy debris was left in my residential garbage; he came back and got that.
