These guys were absolute pros--polite, fast, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They beat every other quote I got and had our system back up and running in under an hour. No heat to toasty warm--what a relief! They also followed up multiple times during the process: confirming the part arrival, ETA, and even called after to make sure everything was still working perfectly. That level of care is rare these days. If you want fast, fair-priced, and truly professional chimney/heating service, call Chimney Professionals. The technician, Vlad, was super friendly and trustworthy - he even fixed a broken latch and threw in a fireplace remote for free! Now we don't even have to get off the couch to turn the fireplace on :) Side note: We originally had such a hard time finding someone to service our gas fireplace as many companies wouldn't work on the system unless they had been the ones who installed it...but Chimney Experts to the rescue!!! They were super knowledgeable of our specific gas unit even though they didn't do the original installation and had it fixed and looking like new in under an hour. Wish we had called them first!

I can't believe I haven't reviewed these guys before…read more I first used them in 2023 after having some frustration with other companies to clean out the exhaust vent for my washer/dryer unit. The guy who came is named Vano. He was personable, considerate, warned me before he started to use the vaccuum ("I'm going to make noise!"), cleaned up after himself as well as dust that was on the floor, building up over the last year. He did the job well, and noticed that we do the laundry almost daily, so there's a rapid accumulation of garbage in the screen that catches all of the lint as the steam exits the exterior of our building... so he said that if we notice it getting clogged-up over the next 6 months, we can just call them to ask him to visit and clean the screen (it's very hard for us to access this screen safely) at NO CHARGE. That makes me feel like I would NEVER use another company for this service as long as these guys have Vano working for them. I am committed to these guys. They are simply 100% awesome.
