From the start, Royal Renovators seemed to understand these concerns and put together a plan that worked around the building's daily operations. The existing roof was removed, damaged areas were addressed/fized, and a new roofing system was installed along with snazzy updated flashing and drainage improvements. Communication throughout the project was - chefs kiss - and we always knew what stage things were in. As expected, there were additional conditions unconvered that needed to be addressed. But, these guys were transparent about it, laid out the options like they did before, and it didnt turn into pressure or surprises. Process took about 4 weeks from estimate to completion of work (2x follow up visits for patching/touch ups post 1-day roof completion) . While the roofers that came to do the work were somewhat in hurry and didn't completely protect some existing items, no harm no foul, and quick work with only minor ding-ups that were fixed within the next week.
