Amazing amazing roofers! Jacob got in touch with me right away when I put out a Yelp SOS after the recent Nor'Easter ripped off a piece of my roof. He had one of his guys here the next day and they climbed on the roof, showed me photos of the damage, and a couple of other things our roofer in 2010 never took care of. Jacob was fair with his pricing and promised to have someone out the following day once the rain had stopped. The next morning his crew showed up right on time and got to work. Four hours later my roof was fixed and in better condition than it was previously. All in all very easy experience and Jacob's workers are pleasant. They also left no mess! Highly recommend Jacob and his team to take care of your roofing needs (they do gutters, too!). read more

Jacob was super responsive on my inquiry to fixing my leaky gutters and installing Leaf Guard. Came out that day to inspect and estimate the job. I was impressed with his knowledge and honesty. Once the crew came to do the work, they were friendly and polite. Top notch all the way. They even spotted and fixed some additional damage to my roof. It's a no brainer. Very good quality and price . I recommend calling them, you will not be disappointed.

We highly recommend Ji Roofing & Exterior for your roofing projects. Jacob was very quick to respond to my call and then to our house for an estimate which was very affordable. Within a week he and his crew were at our house promptly. They were professional, thorough and completed the job quickly and then left the yard/driveway and roof very clean. Jacob explained and showed us the work that they completed and we were very happy at the results! read more

I spoke to Jacob & arranged a day & time for him to come to survey the issue. No call, no show. Waste of time

JI Roofing was fantastic! He wasn't the lowest estimate but he explained exactly what was needed how he was going to do the job. He showed me samples of the materials he was going to use. Also he supervised the job and he showed me photos of the work that was going on , on my roof. He did what he said he was going to do and he did it in a professional manner. I highly recommend this company even if his estimates come in a little higher than others it's well worth it read more

My new home insurance company sent an inspector to look at the house and the company was concerned about some moss on the roof they saw in the inspector's pictures. The company was possibly going to cancel my home insurance. I needed to have the roof cleaned and get a roof inspection report from a licensed roofer and did not have much time to get this done. Jacob from JI Roofing responded quickly to my inquiry and was able to send some men over to wash the roof within a short time, after which Jacob conducted a roof inspection and provided me a detailed report with high qualify pictures of the roof. I was able to submit the report to the insurance agency and the report took care of their concerns. I appreciated Jacob's responsiveness and communication, and the thorough work his men did to clean the roof. When I have roofing needs in the future I'll definitely reach back out to Jacob! read more

JI Roofing were professional, knowledgeable and prompt. Jacob knew exactly where my roof was leaking and how to fix it without me having to explain anything! I was quoted a very fair price, they came as schedule, and did top notch work! They stuck to the original price quoted even though they did a little extra. I highly recommend them to anyone! read more

Our insurance company decided we needed a full roof replacement in a very short period of time. Jacob was recommended to us, came out and gave us a great estimate, and his team went to work a few days later. They completed everything in one day and we added beautiful seamless gutters with gutter guards. The roof looks great, is more efficient and we were so glad to have met Jacob. We definitely recommend JI Roofing for any roofing needs for your home. read more

This company goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right! From beginning to end it was an exceptional experience dealing with JI Roofing. I would highly recommend this company. Great pricing and fast service. read more

We hired Jacob and his team twice now. Once for a traditional roofing job, with new gutters and skylights. They did a wonderful job, did it quickly and were extremely fair priced. We asked them to return and fix our garage roof, which had been leaking extensively. In order to get to the roof, they had to remove a large deck, which they did. They outfitted that roof with professional grade EDPM materials and then replaced the deck (and it looked better than it did in the first place). Jacob was kind enough to take preventive measures and add a sophisticate drainage system around the work area as well. Overall, they are quick and provide high quality solutions for shingled and flat roofs, and they provide a robust warrantee as well. read more

The guys did some cedar siding replacement and windows trim replacement. The job was done professionally.

Left work at a stated time for an estimate and Jacob never showed so I called he said he'd be here this morning and do the roof for a flat rate and never showed up or called. read more

I was shopping around for a company. And across Jacob because of all the positive reviews. Jacob came and provided an estimate and although it was a little higher I was hesitant. After doing some more research I settled with Jacob to do the job. I will say I am very happy and the material and labor is warranted for which Jacob did provide a warranty receipt for GAF. I would recommend Jacob and his team. read more

JI ROOFING is excellent. They gave me a great price, they got me the color that 2 other companies said was unavailable and they got the job done the week that I signed the contract! The workers completed the project in 2 days despite those 2 days being the hottest days of the summer and they cleaned up VERY thoroughly. LOVE this company! read more

I did not ultimately receive a roofing service from JI Roofing, so please bear in mind that my negative review does not reflect the quality of their work, as I have not personally experienced it. My review is based on this company's poor communication strategy- communicating with this company was a logistical nightmare. As a result, I was never able to get the free estimate they tout, hence why I cannot review their actual work, which for all I know may be stellar. I initially sent a message on yelp, to which they responded requesting I reach out to a listed phone number. I reached out to that number and mentioned that I cannot receive calls, just texts, since they insisted on communicating via phone and not yelp/email. No response (THEY wanted me to reach out?? They asked me to reach out to this number??) The following day, I sent a follow-up message. Eventually, I got a call (despite requesting I not be called) requesting that the visit to the location needing a roof repair be planned for April 5, between 11-11:30 AM. This was spoken verbally. Friday rolls around and no one shows up at this time. I sent a message asking if they still planned on coming by, and they offered me a 3 pm time slot, without any regard for the fact that I made time to meet them at 11 AM. I explained that 3 PM would not work, and offered an alternate meeting time. No response for some time, until I get a message stating that the roofer will make plans to arrive on a Saturday. Never showed up on that day either, never called. Absolutely zero idea how this company operates- setting up an appointment with them is like nothing I have ever seen in my life. The weirdest part is, they never showed up during time slots *they suggested*. I didn't offer an 11 AM, April 5 meeting, THEY did. I didn't offer a Saturday morning meeting, THEY did. I find this absolutely bizarre? Wouldn't you know whether or not you are busy? Why would you tell me you will be arriving during a date and time you know you aren't available? Do they just not check their calendars? And then we are left as the customer to take an educated guess on whether or not they plan to show up- they don't actually communicate this. For example, by noon of the initial meeting day, I figured that no one would be showing up because it had been over a half hour since they said they would come over. No one actually called or texted me to cancel- I just had to figure this out independently. The Saturday morning they mentioned they would call and come over, I similarly didn't get a call or text canceling- I just figured out that they wouldn't be arriving independently after they never showed. It seems like other customers have similar experiences, so I don't feel like I am the sole person who has noticed this lack of communication. read more

Timely response, professional work, free estimate and price was great. Needed to stop a substantial leak for now (damage to be assessed later) and they came the next day. Waited until after this weekend's storm to make sure it held up, and it did!! Couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. read more

The owner Jacob is the man, delivered every thing promised. Nice and clean. I found him through Yelp. He showed up the same day for a quote. (I had 5 other quotes.) He followed up to make sure everything was done to high standard. Upon final inspection, he replaced two shingles that had manufactured defects on them. His crew is very punctual. The job was finished on time. He went extra miles to resolve issues. Price was fair. I received warranty info from manufacturer within one week after the roof was completed. Highly recommend if you are looking for work done on roof. read more
