His crew is wonderful, they showed up on time, protected my home like it was their own, and just did a gorgeous job on my roof. I had my roof replaced by Safeguard last week. From the get go the company explained the materials they were going to use & approximately how long it would take to install my new roof. They showed up at 7am as promised & used the GAF shingles which were promised. The company as a whole were professional, organized & courteous. The foreman Anthony kept things moving & made sure they left my property in the condition it was in when they arrived. Yes mike , thank you so much for flooding our home and leaving us high and not so dry ! 2017 , an still a leaking roof and yet to get anyone here for home Depot to settle the situation. All the walls and ceilings you were going to have painted while they were soaking wet still have not been taking care of ? Floors still all cupped and yet ... roof still leaking . . You could have came an made good on the inside . Or at least help with a direction ?But nope , ya didn't . The basketball hoop you ran over then attempted to fix ... no good ! We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work, professionalism, and fantastic customer service after hiring Safeguard to replace our roof. Mike was in constant contact with us prior to and during the work. He came out right away when we told him we had lost some shingles after a storm to give us an estimate and even got up on the roof and replaced the missing shingles before he left so that the roof would be watertight as it was due to rain and snow again the following day. The day of our scheduled appointment, the crew showed up on time, worked (incredibly hard) until after sunset, and cleaned up so thoroughly that the front and rear patios looked better than before they started working. Safeguard Roofing replaced my roof last week, and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Mike responded quickly when I requested an estimate and was very helpful and personable when he came by to inspect the roof. My roof had been leaking for several years, and was in very bad shape, so, I knew it would need to be fully replaced. Something that I appreciated most, was that he did a thorough inspection of the area, by checking the whole roof, chimney, plywood, and looked in the attic, to check for any water damage. I had about 10 estimates done in total, and Mike was the only one who went up to the attic to assess any damage. He then sat down and discussed with me what he found that needed to be done, including what was necessary, as well as options that I could choose to include. I never felt pressured into additional costs or work to be done, and I felt confident that my decisions on what was proposed to me were fully respected. Mike sat with me and worked out a plan based on my budget, and gave me a more than fair price. He was flexible in what worked with my schedule and any changes that I made prior to having the job done. I was impressed with how easy he was to contact, and how quickly he responded when needed. Mike and his crew removed and replaced my roof, all in one day, and when I came home from work, the entire yard was completely cleared, with no debris or mess, as if they had never been there. Though, my beautiful new roof was proof that they had been! They even came back a few days later, to check around the property, in case anything that was agreed upon, was not done. For something that I had been dreading for years, due to the enormity of the job, and how unsure I was about even being able to afford a whole new roof, working with Mike and Safeguard Roofing was an incredibly positive experience, and they put me completely at ease. My roof looks beautiful, as well as the shutters that I asked them to install, and I no longer cringe when I drive up to my house, and see the roof.
