To whom it may concern : Hey - I'm writing about this whole solar situation I had installed a year ago.. seriously not happy right now. - still haven't got the system up and running like I was promised, and heck no, I'm not gonna pay for this, and now I'm learning, this Enfin has reported it to the credit bureaus and its fcking up my credit score.. this isn't right - Ive talked to enfin and they start yelling at me about why the system isnt up and running and working by now - mind you this was back in November and I told them that I have no fucking clue why its not up and running and suggested that they call Attyx to find out why its not up and running and stop fucking bugging me about it because I don't know shit anyway!! I went from upset and disturbed to seriously go fuck yourselves.. this isn't right - no customer should feel this way about a service or product or business that they are paying for .. Because now you're messing with my well being, my business and my career as a pilot with my company and my credit score.. I'm heated and deflated about this whole thing and seriously don't know what else to do .. I am definitely not paying for this damn loan if I haven't gotten what I was promised.. I mean at this point, come and take the damn solar panels off and I'll find someone else to do it if your solution is for me to pay for it .. I just can't do this with you folks anymore .. Over a year ago, we agreed to have solar panels put on the house. They made promises about tax incentives and other write offs .... I am not even concerned about that. What I will tell you is they sent an electrician to hook up the solar panels to our house. He piddled around for about an entire 8 hrs and at the end of the day, he told us we didn't have all the parts we were supposed to have and that he would have to put in an order to send out replacements. He told us he would be back in 3 days. Three days later and he was a no call no show. We tried reaching out to him and ATTYX. He was supposed to work on Friday. All weekend long we heard nothing from anyone. Finally on Monday, someone from ATTYX called and said they could not reach that electrician and they would have to schedule another. Later that day, the City informed us that the proper permits had not been filed with them. This was supposed to have been done by ATTYX. We jumped through several hoops and were able to get this part done on OUR OWN and on our time and dime. TWO Months after the electrician flaked and panels still had not been connected, ENFIN started their campaign of harassment for wanting to be paid. I told them I am not paying a PENNY until the job is finished. (They call about 4 times a day, every day, including Sundays. They change their number and try calling from a local number - so blocking doesn't help. I also liked how they THREATEN to turn off my solar panels!) Also, bear in mind, I am STILL paying for my actual ELECTRIC bill - and I explained to both ATTYX and ENFIN BEFORE the contract was signed that I cannot pay BOTH an Electric AND a Solar bill and they assured me I would not have to - not even close. That's what they ASSURED me .... so .... can we get working panels OR not get harassed? 10 months later (So we are talking about a YEAR after the panels were put up) - An Electrician contracted through SOLAR COWBOYS out of Dallas, Texas was supposed to get us CONNECTED at long last. He came out and informed us nothing had been run or touched. There weren't even lines running from the panels to the boxes. The first electrician just got an 8 hr paycheck for nothing? He said his notes told him he was just connecting us to the panels and that it should only take him a few hours, but since that was not the case he was going to need ATTYX to schedule him a WHOLE day to actually do the work and that there were parts missing that needed to be ordered. 2 weeks later - he finally returned. We thought FINALLY, a little over a year later, this was going to happen. He shut down the power to our house, worked on it a full day, and at the end of the day, he told us that he "got bit" by one of our lines and because we had older wiring and something was backfeeding from somewhere, he could not complete the job because it was a danger to him - so he referred us to contact a REAL ELECTRICIAN ..... ???? So, he left and only HALF of our house had electricity. We finally got a REAL ELECTRICIAN out and they said SOLAR COWBOYS really screwed the goat on this one because OF the work he "completed", he didn't label anything. What was wired didn't make sense. They said what SOLAR COWBOYS attached to our roof from the pole is not code compliant. They referred us back to ATTYX because they said for them to undo what SOLAR COWBOYS did would cost us a LOT out of pocket and ATTYX needs to make this right. So, for WEEKS, I had extension cords crisscrossing my house. I had NO CENTRAL AC. We called another friend who was an oilfield electrician who helped us tone out our wires and figure out what went where and now we are 90% back to where we need to be, including AC .... and then ONCOR came a knocking. ONCOR is our local electric Delivery service - they maintain the lines. I guess one of their people saw the "not within code attachment" on the roof which prompted them to send out an inspector. The inspector came out and looked at our meter box and we got a nasty letter in the mail saying WE are on notice for tampering with our meter box. We told them the story and have proof of the shenanigans we have endured for FOURTEEN months now. Turns out SOLAR COWBOYS should have contacted ONCOR prior to messing with the meter box and turning off the power - such a ROOKIE "mistake" - but it puts US in a bad spot. ATTYX has stopped returning our calls about a month ago. I just want my solar panels to get connected, the electricity fixed back to 100%, and for collection efforts of ENFIN to cease. OR If there are any other citizens or attorneys who would like to start a class action law suit, feel free to reach out to me. I have pics, contracts, and documentation. :) read more

The customer service/sales guy was great. And well into the contract he responded to our messages and tried to help as best he could. But, this company missed every initial appointment they set. They missed every deadline. They failed to get the proper permits and never submitted applications. The process is and has been held up months after the install trying to catch up on all the paperwork they missed. The contractors for the HVAC left vents unhooked and trash under the house. Their excuse was the had to drive 4 hours to get to my house. I had to unload the materials because they hadn't arrived in time to make the delivery. The only other positive thing I can say, is that when the panels were installed it was very quick. It'd just be nice to finally use them. Stay away. They just want the contract signed, then they quickly become inept. read more

They told me it's in the contract that they didn't have to fix interior repairs. The reps are super rude and they give you the run around after they get your money. The work they do isn't up to par. So about three months ago, I had a representative from the attyx company mr. Sam MITCHELL come to my house and get me a price for solar. I was inquiring about solar due to me needing a new roof on my home and they stated they will replace my old roof free of charge. They promised me a $5000 bonus to sign up , a new electrical panel in my garage, and a brand new roof to put their solar panels on. They also stated I would pay a fixed rate of $95 a month for the next 20 years due to me owning the panels. I asked many many questions. They assured me and laughed at me that they've been in business 16 Years. There is nothing to worry about and there is no scheme here so they sent people with drones to look at my roof, they sent people on my roof to check it out. They all said yes the roof needs to be replaced one very soon. So two workers came and said they need to do minor repairs on my roof as they aren't replacing the roof he said no it's not in your budget for the plan that I was getting. I tried to contact my sales rep several times. No answer. I was referred to his supervisor Logan Christiansen to no avail. He also stopped answering my calls. they all stated is your roof needs to be replaced but in order to do that I would have to pay either $11,000 or not sign up with them. I then sent a drone of my own on the roof to look at what they did they left my roof patched up and taught everywhere 10 times worse as it was before. Just please learn from my mistakes do not sign up with this attyx company. Please learn for my mistakes. They will send salesman to your house promise you the world and take advantage of your lack of knowledge so now I have a messed up roof, no solar panels and they refuse to answer my calls if you can, please advise on what next steps I should take before taking legal action. read more

While ATTYX did a good. job installing my solar, I was less impressed with the HVAC installation. And the financing company they connected me with for the solar loan, (EnFin.com) buried some information deep in the contract that would have killed the deal for me right up front. They require that you pay the interest on the loan FIRST. They failed to mention this in our phone conversation and they buried it in incomprehensible terminology on page 8-9 of the contract. Also, the price of the 8 solar panels they installed on my house was $26,000. They should have been cheaper ... and they claim that they are cheaper now than they were earlier this year. NO. DO NOT SIGN DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. THESE PEOPLE ARE LYING SCUMBAGS. The sales guy got fired two months, I called every three days after we agreed- trying to get answers out of them. No one answers the phone, no one will call you back with a complete answer, they'll always pass the buck like they don't know, it's not their division, their managers aren't in etc etc. We agreed on Mitsubishi units, the sales guy even increased the price of the project by $6,000 to accommodate this request. I had questions as to how many units were being installed, how many amps, etc - no answer - was promised a return call by the electrical supervisor, even gave them my electricians number, no one ever called. The day before they said they were ready to install, they canceled the appointment, the next day they said they had available to install, I finally got it out of the scheduling guy that they were installing GREE(cheap inferior units) I lost my mind. They had me waiting for this answer for two months. After telling them I refused to move forward they sent me a letter demanding $7900 dollars!!!! RUN AWAY from these animals. I went for the total roof replacement and solar. The crews that came out were friendly, and courtious. They worked with me and my schedule. The original person I talked to, Janea Hill ASSURED ME my payment would be in the neighborhood of $200 as long as incentives were used towards financing which I am fine with. And my 1st incentive check from ATTYX would be in my hand 2 weeks after system is activated. It now been 2 months and I still have NOT recieved my check. And everytime I call Im told a different story. The first time it was the approval sitting on supervisor's desk. 2 weeks ago it was their financial division has changed who they do business with. Today its the Finance Division is awaiting approval. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told there is no supervisor who can help me. The Finance company EFIN has now shut off my system because I struggle with $400 payment along with a house payment, car payment and other bills. They got 2 stars for the work crews. If I could give a -5 star for customer service then I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I thought I did my research well but I obviously did not. I made the mistake of clicking on a Facebook at that advertised a free, government assisted HVAC upgrade. I was soon contacted by ATTYX. Since clicking on the ad, I have received no less that 10 calls a day, sometimes 20! I've also been texted and left multiple voicemails. One text explained to qualify, I would need to install solar panels on my roof. I very kindly let them know I was no longer interested, because I don't want solar panels. So far this company has been awful. The rep Brad Shotten told me that my payments would be 270 a month and after it install of my roof and the solar panels. i would be getting a check for 7000 to put towards my loan. As i was on the phone with the loan company and the attyx rep was on the phone also the loan came to 89,000 and the Attyx rep Brad Shotten said after the State reimbursement the loan would be much less then what they quoted me. plus the seven thousand dollars i would be getting once the solar was installed well its been since the end of August and I still haven't gotten permission to operate. Nor have i gotten the 7000. But my loan is due. The rep told me my payment would be 270 a month and now my loan is 467 a month and still don't have permission to operate. This company is terrible. As I've tried to call my rep Brad Shotten more the three months as of now and he does not call me back or answer his phone. I've also emailed him ten times and no response. im beyond frustated with this company Attyx/sunco. It rediculous the way they operate. Stay away. read more

my solar and roofing Contract was started by the the former sunco which is now taking over by attex.After a year of nothing been done except signing the contact Attex did the roofing about January of this year.They came about 4 months after and install the solar panel on the roof.It is now over 4 months since the solar panels install and since then there as been no update and when you call no one answers the phone.The bank has now send me bill to pay the monthly installment which begins on July 5, 2025. So I am now paying back the loan for a non functioning solar along with my regular electricity bill. On July, 11, 2025, after calling several times and holding for 30 minutes, someone from attex finally answers the phone.I ask for an update and was told there is no update, they are waiting on the electricity company to give ok to turn on the solar .The person is also so mean with an attitude.I also said that I started paying back the loan along with my regular electricity bill.The person told me there is nothing they can do about that.At the same time they are unable to let me know why is it taking so long..So I guess I will continue to pay my regular electricity bill and the non functioning solar bill.Customers , my reason for writing this review is to prevent you from going through this situation that I am going through.Please get good recommendations before agree to any solar contract read more

It's now November 13 and I've been told by email twice that a technician would be at my home between 10 am and 11 am on two different days and they never show up and I never get a phone call or text or anything. What a scam!! I cannot express the regret of using this company and their false promises enough. I was in need of two new air conditioning units and was enticed by a representative from ATTYX to get two brand new units ($16,000) and solar panels ($55,000) for a whopping $71,000 for both. Well, I was told I would be "off the grid" and basically the $300 solar panel bill would replace my energy bill. Win/win, right? WRONG! It took 5 months for the panels to be activated and for the past 3 months my electric bill is still $300 on top of the $300 solar panel bill because the panels are producing minimal energy. I reached out to ATTYX with my concern/frustration and was basically told to suck it up and "have a nice day". I was also told it takes a while for the panels to reach full capacity, but even my electric company said I've been scammed. Of the 723kwh total energy used for November, the panels are only producing 114.6kwh for the entire month of bright sunny days!! Please please please do not use this company. To make matters worse, the panels are considered a second mortgage and a lien will be placed against your home so if you need to refinance or pull money from your equity, forget about it. None of this was explained during their sales pitch. Take off the rose colored glasses and do your research folks! Don't be scammed like the rest of us. read more

unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this solar company. They only seem to be motivated until the contract is signed. Initially the sales guy Alex was very nice and always available to answer my questions, but when there were problems I could no longer reach him. I called the company´s main number and have been upt off ever since. They told me athe behinning that it would be quick and that I wouldn´t start making loan payments until 23 months later. The truth is hat i have to make my first loan payment in a few days and the solar isn´t working yet. In addition, the electrician disconnected the heating and when I asked to correct it, because the heating season starting soon, and a baby and small children living in the building, I was told that nothing could be done and i would have to wait. In addition, the emplyoees give different information and don´t seem to be trying to clarify anything. I wouldn´t decide for them again. read more
