If ventilation was the cause all along, why wasn't that identified years ago? Communication was extremely poor. We constantly had to track them down for answers, and at one point we were even told the company was no longer in business. Overall this has been an incredibly stressful experience dealing with recurring mold problems, lack of communication, and no accountability. I would not recommend using this company.

When he climbed the ladder he said my gutter was bad and that is bent... and then i told him that it was straight until he banged his ladder into it and he replied that there was no other way to get his ladder up without doing that. At the moment I didn't think much of it and so today i had another person give me a second opinion and told me that the other person should not have bent my gutter with his ladder like that. That was very unprofessional of him to make my gutter worse and then blame me for it. For that, fuck him.

The leak had destroyed the plywood around the drain & the apartment is taken in water. I three way the plumber with Alex Stewart and he informed of above. Alex told me he would reach out to his father and get back to me with a plan. I never heard back from him and now it's May. He has not answered calls, text, or emails. So much for the Five year warentee. I have had two other professional roofing company up to evaluate and they have confirmed above. In addition they commented on how they did the entire roof wrong & insist I am going to have more problems. After inspecting the roof, they showed us several areas where water had been ponding for a long time and explained how the existing drainage layout was contributing to the deterioration. The project involved a full tear-off, new flat roofing system, updated flashing, and improvements around the drains. The crew worked efficiently, kept the roof organized throughout the project, and provided updates along the way. We've been through several major storms since completion and the roof has performed exactly as hoped.

It's all memorialized in text massages. I've yet to receive any restitution. His work and his word are worthless. Since posting this review this morning, I have gotten threatening text messages from Eden Goldenberg with respect to my livelihood. Beware of this businessman. In response to Eden Goldenberg's message below...the house was built in 2003. I don't consider that to be 'very old.' Update...Filed small claims court suit in April 2018. Eden Goldenberg never showed. I was awarded the total amount by the judge (4K+ court costs).
