After hiring eagle Roofing we got off on a bad start. All I needed replaced was part of the aluminum siding and I wanted a 12foot piece not a 6ft piece and I got a 6ft piece so that had to be replaced so his brother fixed that problem and that was fixed but not the 1/4 that was still missing. So it took 2 weeks later and me saying that I was going to give him a bad review his brother came back and fixed the problem today . So please check what they fixed before u let them go. OTHERWISE just so u know check to see if the problem was fixed in the 1st place. He is a hard worker and they did a good job but took long and aggravation to repair the small problem I had. We had our roof replaced after discovering mold growing in our attic. A few years later, the mold returned and they came back under warranty to "fix" the issue. Then the mold came back AGAIN, and after months of trying to get in touch with them and being repeatedly ignored/ghosted, they finally came out and told us the issue was "poor ventilation" and not a roof problem. What's frustrating is that this was never mentioned during the original roof replacement or during the previous warranty repair. If ventilation was the cause all along, why wasn't that identified years ago? Communication was extremely poor. We constantly had to track them down for answers, and at one point we were even told the company was no longer in business. Overall this has been an incredibly stressful experience dealing with recurring mold problems, lack of communication, and no accountability. I would not recommend using this company. read more

I hate to report negative reviews but I need to for others to know what a mess of a company Eagle was hired to fix a leak caused by flashing for 1,800 but no success. getting then back was hell and still no success I had to have Servpro evaluate the issue. the issue was photographed and was obvious and eagles crew couldn't identify the problem. unprofessional rude Quality is poor never resolved I'm on to Servpro recommendation never pay these guys full up front until you know the problem is fully resolved in your favor lesson learned read more

Kind of disappointed in the service and writing this review. Had a leak coming through the roof, they came and replaced shingles along with matting back in July 2023. Afterwards it still leaked, and then they verified it was coming through my windows frame from outside. They caulked it and verified this as well. A few months later, with a heavy rainstorm, it is still leaking. I called Saturday, they said they would call be back the same day to check for availability. I didn't get a call back, so I called the next day on Sunday and the lady gave me her bosses cellular to text him directly. I sent him a detailed text on what is happening and did not receive a response. I texted the next day on Monday, and didn't receive a response. I then called next day Tuesday, and she said let me get back to you. I finally called again (28-Mar-2024) thursday and she said someone will come 2PM to check it out. The worker called saying they'll be later around 4:00 or 4:30 PM. I get a call from Jasmine (company) saying that someone came and said it was actually windows and I would need to get it caulked. Nobody came to my house, I verified through my doorbell camera also as I work from home all day. She said she'll call back and I haven't received a call back since. Above was my original review, once I posted it they reached out to fix the issue. I also found out the number they gave me that was the boss, was actually the receptionists cell number so she lied on that. Anyway they came and said I would need to get the whole thing redone, which I said ok to. They did the work, broke a part of the rail and it's been 3 weeks now since and I have a tar smell coming through the room. They did however fix the leak it seems like. I feel obligated to write this review as a public service. I seriously think many of these reviews for Eagle roofing must be fake (my next door neighbor used them as well with a similar negative experience as our family - terrible after we were sold a bad roofing job; found out too late that they were bad from my neighbors when I sent them a note saying not to use them after both of us already had ). They were polite, friendly, responsive in the bidding/ sale/ quote process. They then performed work which was incredibly sloppy. Tar tracked from the outside onto our interior floors. Tar on the terrace walls (the place they reroofed is a patio terrace where we sit outside and enjoy a drink or dinner). They ripped out the casing around the skylight and threw it away leaving an unsightly and expensive mess, which we had not agreed to prior to work beginning (job order specifically states they would save it and would put it back on). After the first rain, the tar leaked into our home covering our stairs and walls causing a lot of damage. I called them, texted them, sent emails. It tooks months to get them to return. They did not stress test upon return. They added some more tar. After the next big rain, the roof was still leaking. I messaged and called. Repeatedly. No response. They just plain stopped responding. We spent 6k to re-roof a small terrace. It was supposed to come with a 10 year guarantee. I'm not sure what they're guaranteeing. It certainly isn't their work. Stay away. The reviews here are likely fake. I hate to blast small businesses. But this is one people should stay away from. read more

It's raining, it's dark out, it's past regular business hours. Our roof decided that it's a good time for a show-and tell leak. This was the worse experience. Totally unprofessional, even when it came down to payment, my contact Byron wanted me to write a check to him directly and not the company. Bottom line they did a hack job on the roof and my roof is still leaking. . They did not honor their warranty. Byron ignored my calls and would push me to voicemail. I tried to call their offices. I kept getting virtual assistance on the phone that said they will contact the owner that they will escalate the issue and it was all lies. Non of my calls were returned. There many offices and locations are a fraud . One of their locations is an empty parking lot with a broken down trailer. Another location I tried to go to didn't exist, and the one that actually exist. No one was in the office is just really attractive signs saying call them for work.. many of the bad reviews someone from the company will either try to erase them or make a statement saying we don't see you as a client in our records. I contracted with Eagle Roofing for some repairs this summer. Their repairs caused a leak in my guest bedroom. They came out three times to repair this damage to the roof, however the leak is still active. The last two times, the contractors were late, late cancellations, or no-call-no-shows. When I called outside contractors to review the roof, they confirmed that the work completed was incorrect and incomplete. The contractors left non-roofing tools on my roof and the work was done incorrectly. Because of this - I now have to fully replace my roof. I contacted Eagle Roofing four times in order to file a claim on their insurance for the incorrect work. They have yet to return any of my communications. Do NOT use them. read more

Contacted Eagle Roofing to repair a leak in my roof based upon all of the 5 star reviews on Google. At first I was impressed with the company, I contacted them on a Monday morning after Hurricane Henri and they came out that afternoon. Carlos and his team member were very professional, they appeared to know what they were talking about and told me that they could repair the roof and would email and text me a quote. That same day I received the quote, I accepted the quote, and was advised upon accepting the quote that somebody would contact me to schedule a date for the repair. I waited 2 days without anyone contacting me before I contacted them again. FYI when you call them you get sent to a call center, which I'm pretty sure isn't local. Every time I called I got someone different, although they were always kind and pleasant to deal with. I then received a call that night from Carlos and was scheduled for the following Tuesday morning which was perfect since the remnants of Ida were forecast to hit the area on Wednesday. This is when my experience with Eagle Roofing took a turn. I was told the crew would be at my house on Tuesday morning between 8-8:30am, however by 9am no one had shown up. I called to confirm they were still coming, of course I reached the call center and was told someone would call me back. About a half hour later I received a call from someone, I believe his name was Francis, who told me that no one would be coming out because they were working on a large commercial job and some workers had not shown up; the earliest they would be able to come would be Friday. I explained that it was extremely unprofessional that no one contacted me to let me know they would not be coming, after I had already taken the day off from work and we were expecting the large rain storm the next day! I also was extremely upset because while I understand that a large commercial job pays more than my small repair work, if you don't want to take on smaller jobs then just let your consumers know. An hour and half later I received a call from the same person letting me know that they had found workers and would be able to come and do the repair. At this point how could I possibly rely on a company who lacks communication and clearly doesn't care about it's smaller customers, so I let them know I would not be moving forward. Long story short, I wouldn't trust this company to do any repairs on my roof. I'm not sure how they have so many 5 star reviews, but I will make sure to check back to verify my review is still here in the future and that they aren't paying to have their reviews cleaned up. It seems to me that Eagle Roofing Contractor, Inc. didn't even use the correct size shingles. And look how the roof buckled so soon after Eagle Roofing Contractor, Inc. completed their work -- within days. Even after I got Eagle Roofing Contractor, Inc. to come to try to fix their horrific work, a leak persisted in the very area they claimed was finally fixed, which I was lucky enough to discover on Christmas Day before it totally ruined my floors. The leak has already caused significant damage to my ceiling. I remain at square one -- having paid thousands of dollars to Eagle Roofing Contractor, Inc. with the very leak that I started with when I first made the mistake of hiring them. Carlos of Eagle Roofing Contractor, Inc., in particular, lacks any professionalism in my opinion whatsoever and I strongly believe absolutely cannot be trusted. He is unkind. He tells untruths and makes promises he does not keep. It seems to me he just wants to take peoples' money in exchange for horrific work that does not address the problem whatsoevert. It was a slight challenge getting the appointment because of my work schedule, but Byron worked with me to get a good date. I don't know where to begin! I'm so very grateful to have found Eagle Roofing Company!!! I contacted them in regards to do a roof inspection on a house that I am in the middle of purchasing. I spoke with Carlos, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to get his brother Byron to inspect the house the very next day! When Byron arrived he was so detailed, efficient and thorough. Bryon came back to inspect and we made a date for the repair, which he acknowledged needed to be done. That was weeks ago and they never showed up, never called, and Bryon was unreachable by phone or text. After calling the company five times and being reassured that he or someone else would get back to me, it never happened. Highly unprofessional, extremely inadequate in their lack of response. Although the cost of the roof was less than other companies, it was not worth it at all, and we will in the end pay more to have it fixed. If I can give no star, I would. On November 18th 2021, Eagle Roofing was done fixing the leaking issues. However, in less than 6 months, it's leaking again which is unacceptable. NO ONE WILL ANSWER whenever I contact the office, and the mailbox is already full. Finally, after calling so many times and after I sent pictures with the leaking issues, they said they would come and fix it, but THEY NEVER DID. My project is under a 10-year warranty, and obviously, they are not honoring that. I am never the type to leave bad reviews, but this company leaves me no choice. Byron and his brother came and showed me all the materials they will be using for my roof. Also showed me 2 types of materials of my choosing. Gave me a great deal on the cost. He said they will start next day at 8:30 but guys came in at least 45 minutes before which is great. All the workers were professionals, respectful and kind. Answered all my questions and when I asked to see the materials they were using they immediately opened a pack and showed me. They kept send me before and after pictures on my phone and even took a video with my phone on the finished product. The work was done at a reasonable amount of time and they left everything clean. I used eagle roofing from West Babylon, N.Y. I'd say run and do not look back! Use a reputable company not one that proclaims they are in business for 25 years when actually only 3 years is the truth! They will say anything to get a roofing job and your money! august 2019 i contracted eagle roofing contractor inc. to do replace my roof. the experience was not a good one. the job was incomplete. they did not do what they promise and charge me for. the one thing they were interested in, was to get their 9000.00 dollars charge to do the roof. i never received my warranty papers. i am happy i kept the last payment of 1,000.00 dollars. they didn't even check back with me to see how the job was or if i had any more problems and concerns. the roof is still leaking from the original problem and reason i had the roof done. today is june 15, 2020 still. have the problem and they have 8,000.00 which i still have to pay back. read more
